Bc it looked to me like he had no idea what to do with her. Like you said, he didn't even immediately greet her w a hug. Even Adam knew to do that. But I remember Chelsea saying Adam came from a good family, didn't grow up with a deadbeat Dad. So we know Adam knows better, was shown better. IDK if Devon does or was. & yeah I wouldn't be surprised if he was high.

I gotcha. I've never been abused the way Kail abused Javi, no. But I've definitely had guys who I feel coulda treated me better and made me feel like I just wasn't worth the effort to make it work. I do notice that the way I choose to respond to their hot-cold behavior greatly influences the amount of effort they make, tho. If I get all clingy when I feel them pulling away, they just pull further away and I end up feeling miserable and at the mercy of how much or little attention they give me. But if I respond by going cold and pulling away, too, they start to value me more and start making more effort. Bitching at them to pay more attention to me and sending them multiple texts in a row demanding they respond definitely doesn't give me what I want from them, tho. And it didn't give Javi what he wanted, either.

Kail and Javi have long since put that behind them, tho and were apparently in contact and on good terms until recently, when Javi got a new gf who he seems to really like. So it's not like they haven't spoken since the PFA and Kail just stalks his social media and comments on him despite still claiming to be in fear of her life. Once Kail learned about Javi's plans to write that book, I think she did her best to make nice with him, especially after Chris ghosted her. And it worked...until Javi got a new gf. and I think anytime a new episode airs that brings back bad memories, that opens old wounds for Javi and makes Kail want to defend herself against the backlash she gets from fans. I agree that at least part of the way Javi behaved throughout the relationship is bc he believed Kail was being unfaithful to him. BUT at the same time, he tried to address this issue with her multiple times and she obviously didn't give a fuck. It didn't make her wanna put in more effort to make him feel secure, instead, it just further pushed her away (and to be fair, I think Javi's suspicions were more than likely correct). But it's like, if she doesn't give a fuck that you're insecure about it and basically just tells you "tough shit, this is who I am," you've got 2 options: accept it and stay or don't accept it and leave. Where Javi went wrong was he chose NOT to accept her shady and distant ways, but he still chose to stay, anyway, and continued to try to make her change her ways to his liking, thinking he could somehow make her eventually go back to the Kail he fell in love with at the beginning. But it was so obvious she was over it, I remember one episode where he went so far as to say he was done with her and leaving and going to a hotel and Kail didn't even try to stop him or get him to come home, she seemed relieved...until he came back a few hours later and announced he wants to work things out, without even bothering to ask if that's what she wanted, even tho the fact that she didn't ask him to come back or fight it when he left had to have been a hint to him. Javi was so caught up in trying to make things how he wanted them to be that he failed to see, face or accept the reality that was right in front of him. He couldn't accept that Kail was never going to be the wife and family-woman he wanted her to be. He couldn't accept that she'd emotionally checked out of the relationship and kept trying to force her to check back in and relationships just don't work that way - you can't force someone to feel what you feel. He never got that. He had no respect or care for what she wanted or her feelings, it was all about what he wanted and what he felt.

that's the thing, tho. you can't dictate what's "nothing" to someone else, that's not for you to decide. Kail is a selfish bitch and got more and more distant and cold towards Javi with each passing season, but I think that's at least partly bc of how Javi reacts to her. He wants her to suck up her feelings for the sake of his feelings. Yes, it's nice of someone to do that for you, but you can't force them to or demand it. They either love and appreciate you enough to do it or they don't. Instead of getting that and either accepting it or leaving, Javi would try to force the situation to be what it wasn't and force her to be someone she's not. I think he fell in love with the Kail he was with at the beginning of their relationship and keeps trying to get that girl back, instead of just accepting that that's not who she really is, that's just how she seems until you get to know her. B/c i think he was in denial throughout most of the relationship and trying to force the situation to be what it once was.

Oh so Devon hadn't shown up in months??? So he came for the MTV money and cameras, then. Play fake family man for a couple hours, get a few hundred bucks from MTV, now it's worth showing up! Before, he was "doin' things." At least that little stuffed owl he got her was cute. And whaaat? Kail's "miscarriage" was really her pregnancy with another mans baby that she had aborted??? is that really true or did you just make that up as something you personally think she did? Spill the tea. Also, just FYI, Javi did more than just send angry texts, he angrily showed up at her house that night, despite Kail specifically telling him earlier that night that he's not welcome. Javi showed up and banged on the door, anyway. Kail specifically said this in the episode, as did articles from back in early march, when the PFA was originally filed. I hope he still plans to write that book about his marriage to Kail...i love gossip

i mean, MTV's made billions of dollars by making entertainment out of the lives of all these girls, so if you ask me, i think they deserve a healthy cut of it. salaries have never been about about how kind you are or how many degrees you have, it's about how much money your services are worth to the company you work for/how much money your services can bring in.

I don't know, but I don't THINK he was doing it much throughout most of his time on the show bc he was so into bodybuilding and maintaining it, etc. EXCEPT maybe the last season, when he suddenly started avoiding the cameras. meth is big up in SD, from what I've heard, bc it's the perfect place to operate meth labs there. meth labs are typically operated in the middle of nowhere, since they stink, if you wanna go undetected, it's best to be somewhere without any nearby houses or businesses in site. and pretty much everywhere in South Dakota is the middle of nowhere! lol

She didn't yell and scream at him, though, she just told him she doesn't wanna be w/him and asked how he felt about adoption. And they'd been together a couple months at that point and he made it seem like he was planning to stick around, so I can see why she was upset. She didn't go psycho or ghetto or yell and scream. she just told him how she felt.

Farrah and Jenelle don't really bother me, at least not nearly as much as Kail does. I see some good in both of them that I don't see in Kail. Jenelle at least treats her men well. She's not the world's greatest mom but she does seem to be the type of parent who her kids can talk to about anything when theyre older and the type that will be supportive of whatever they wanna do w/their life, instead of constantly nagging them with criticisms and demanding expectations.

This is gonna sound really mean, but I fast-forward through a lot of Briana's scenes bc the super HD close-ups of her face gross me out - she has really bad skin. Hopefully she'll use some of her MTV paycheck to invest in getting a prescription for Accutane. IDK, I was eating when I watched so maybe that's why I was particularly grossed out but yeah. I wonder if Devon only showed up bc the cameras were there - I know MTV paid him (as they do everyone they film), probably not much but they pay everyone a little something. he can go out of his way for a couple hours to play fake-family-man for the cameras For a little MTV money, not a bad deal. and yes, he and adam have a lot in common, i can already tell.

Sometimes, I think ALL of the ppl on this show use the "it's concern for my child" or "it's what's best for my child" as an excuse for simply doing what they want to do and this episode, I think Javi did it. I can tell he truly loves his son and is genuinely a good dad - both on and off-camera, he's no Adam or Devon, he's no fake-family-man BUT he didn't send Kail 10 angry texts in a row and then angrily show up at her door, uninvited and unwelcome, bc he's concerned about his son. He did that because he was hurt and FURIOUS with Kail and felt insulted and betrayed that, after divorcing him AND telling him she didn't want anymore kids, she's now pregnant by this new dude. This was not about Lincoln, this was about Javi. I'm not even saying I blame him, Kail's selfish and fucked-up behavior is infuriating even to those of us who don't know her, so I can only imagine what it's like to be on the receiving end of it. But it's such an eye-roll to me when people use their kid or any other bullshit as an explanation that's so obviously not the real reason. Just own it, Javi, you were hurt, angry and felt betrayed, you're human...we understand. I do think there's a side of Javi that the cameras haven't fully seen yet, though. Not a violent side, but definitely a side of him that doesn't respect Kail's boundaries. I see it in little ways, like how he just comes in the house and goes through her fridge and laughs it off when she very clearly tells him to not to and continues to go through it and pour himself a drink, then proceeds to make himself at home, plops down on her couch, even though it's clear Kail wants him to leave. Another time I can think of, off the top of my head, is when they had a day trip planned and Kail got pissed at him and said, "Take me home," several times. Despite this, he did not turn around and continued to drive and said, "no, i'm not taking you home," and she said, "i really don't wanna do this today," and he said, "I don't care," and continued to drive on. It wasn't until she said, "I was never excited," and the tire blew out (so they were forced to go home) that he respected her wishes. And now, we hear that he shows up at Kail's door, despite being specifically told he's not welcome, to do or say god-knows-what, argue and yell at her?? He gets so caught up in his own feelings and is completely dismissive to what she wants or feels and just continues to try to force things to be how he wants and I think this drives Kail NUTS and that's why she's so harsh and blunt with him, sometimes, bc she feels like if she has to be in order for him to get through to him. I didn't get it before but after watching this episode, something clicked for me...I get it. He's not a bad guy, to be clear, but I can see why he and Kail weren't compatible at all.

oh for sure. i can tell Jo thinks that Kail's a mess and probably thanks god every night for dodging that bullet, but he just humors her and her drama to keep the peace and is just so happy none of it involves him! Hopefully, now that he has a new girlfriend, Javi will eventually get to that point. Javi and Jo are both good people but I get the sense that Jo is more...detached. Although he obviously loved Kail at one point and was upset when she ended things, he was never the clingy type and definitely not the type to sit around dwelling on a failed relationship, he's not as emotional as Javi and has an easier time moving on. But yeah, w/the exception of Chris, Kail does seem to choose pretty good guys - Jo, Jordan and Javi were all very good to her. But maybe after being w/someone as clingy and responsibility/family oriented as Javi, all while on MTV, Kail was drawn to Chris bc he represents the exact opposite - no kids, no commitments, has got other hoes and no cameras in site bc he wants nothing to do w/them. Maybe that's what Kail liked, it gave her a chance to feel normal and, for just a few hours, live the young and carefree life she didn't get to have bc she had Isaac so young.

Watching how Kail treated Javi this episode just re-enforced my belief that karma has finally bitten her in the ass w/the whole Chris thing. smh. She finally met her match, someone who's just as selfish and toxic as she is. Takes what he wants to take and then leaves when it becomes inconvenient, without regard for any of the ppl he's affected in the process.

I can't believe I'm defending Kail BUT i sort of get how she was in a tough spot with the whole privacy vs. being on a reality show bc her baby daddy wants absolutely nothing to do with the show - he doesn't want his name out there, doesn't want his face out there, nothing. he wants complete privacy and anonymity and when you're a reality star on a well-known hit show on MTV, I can see how that's a tough position to be in bc on 1 hand, you've got a job to do, and a high-paying job at that, that requires you to give up your privacy and share your life with the world, but on the other hand, you wanna respect his wishes to not be on the show, even though he IS essentially the main thing going on in your life at this time. i could see how it's hard, bc, at least for me, i'd be thinking, "ok, i signed up for this, so i'm getting paid to put all my business out there for the world to see, but my man didn't sign up for this, so i don't really feel i have the right to expose someone who didn't sign up for this." it's kind of a catch-22. my big question is WHY? MTV apparently spent MONTHS trying to talk Chris into being on the show, and you know that means they probably offered him a good amount of money and perks and he STILL said no. Apparently, this is unusual, MTV said that they usually don't have any trouble convincing the girls's new boyfriends to be on the show, most happily sign right on and are kind of excited about being on TV. But Chris adamantly and repeatedly refused. This makes me think he's got something to hide, that there's something he doesn't want people to see or find out. What that SOMETHING is, I don't know..but I'm curious.

Very true lol but he may have THOUGHT she couldn't get pregnant anymore, like she may have told him that she couldn't bc of health complications. I mean who knows? Maybe it was an accident and Kail just doesn't wanna admit to being so irresponsible and having yet ANOTHER accidental pregnancy. Just something about this whole thing is off, to me, bc based on what is known about Chris (baby daddy #3), I can't imagine him knowingly and agreeably signing on to father her third child. Something isn't adding up.

Because knowing he wants no part in being filmed by MTV, it seems odd to me he would give the OK to father a baby with a reality star on a show all about following their personal lives, especially boyfriends and pregnancies! you may very well be right about that!

The one she had w Jo was teenage stupidity, unplanned. Lincoln was planned w/Javi, I get that, I guess. The one with Chris was CLEARLY unplanned. I remember she said something in her blog or on Twitter about how she didn't think she could get pregnant anymore due to health reasons (which she didn't elaborate on) and so I'm guessing they just didn't use protection bc she didn't think she needed to.

This is why I've always had a soft spot for Farrah, I remembered Deb in the very early episodes and in Farrah's original 16&Pregnant episode. She put Farrah through hell and I always get the sense that, now that her daughter's got some money and can't be controlled anymore, suddenly Deb so nice to her and wants to just pretend like the past didn't happen and I think that infuriates Farrah. And, if I'm right, I get it.

Do we know, is baby #3 a boy or girl? as for the kids, agreed it's not the ideal situation, but honestly, kids are resilient, far more so than adults. & there are worse households to grow up under. They're always fed, clean, well provided for and don't appear to be abused or neglected. They've still got all the opportunity in the world to prosper in life.
