yes, I see that now. and I also see that it was actually a blank page over than the HEARTLESSLY HUSTLED title, a fan photoshopped in the rest of the words and posted it haha. that makes sense, actually, bc what was written doesn't seem like something Javi would say. He generally has a bit more class than that. and he probably did send her some shit on her phone that she didn't like...but isn't that what the block feature is for? just sayin. why waste the court's time if you don't feel you're in danger, when you can easily resolve the situation yourself by blocking this person's phone number? i mean, if people went to court everytime someone sent an insulting text message, there'd be lines out the door of people waiting on their hearing.

OMG! Dude, that's baaad. As much as I can't stand Kail and totally understand Javi's anger at her, this is too much, IMO. Like it crosses the line and honestly, it's kinda creepy for him to take it there. I wouldn't be surprised if he was drunk when he tweeted this. I can see why he wouldn't want the PFA investigated. Obviously, this tweet doesn't qualify as abuse in the physical sense, but I doubt any judge would be impressed with this kind of creepy, immature behavior and I doubt any judge would just dismiss this as just a baseless claim on Kail's part. And while this tweet is hardly grounds to get Javi kicked out of the military, it's certainly grounds for at least minimal disciplinary action for "conduct that is unbecoming of an officer," or some bullshit like that. I'm sure Javi realized all this and figured he might as well just consent to the order, rather than fight it and have them investigate and find this.

Yup. IMO, that's the problem when you marry and have kids w/someone so soon - in their case, after dating for less than a year. You truly don't know them yet. You may think you do but there's certain things you can only know with time that they didn't give themselves to find out beforehand - like you don't yet know whether, in the future, you're gonna grow together or apart. I mean, you can never truly KNOW those things for sure, but if you've been together for 3-5 years, at least you can have a better sense. Ya know? Like some people are only compatible for a short window of time in their life, where they just happen to be on the same page, before they start wanting different things in life and moving in different directions. And I'm not trying to knock anyone - occasionally, people who do this get lucky and it just happens to work for them, they roll the dice and it lands in their favor. And that's good for them. But a lot of times, it doesn't turn out that way and it certainly didn't for Kail and Javi. I know for me, it takes me forever to feel like I know someone. And I'm a very intuitive person, it's not like I have trouble reading people or getting to know them. But it takes years and years of consistency in the way they react to things for me to feel like I've truly seen all sides of them. It takes seeing how they react when our relationship is put to the test, in a way that it wasn't during the first year, for them to truly show me what they're about. I think that, if Javi and Kail had waited a little longer to get married and have another kid, maybe Javi woulda seen that she's not really about what he thought she was about. And thank you, btw. I felt the same way about a post you made on the last page about Kail having ulterior motives. I was like, "She just read my thoughts and perfectly articulated them on this forum!"

maaaybe, i guess i could see how he'd fear that. i guess it just doesn't add up to me that a man THAT cautious and concerned w/his future would also manage to accidentally impregnate an MTV reality star. lol. but i guess you never know, most men aren't exactly rational when it comes to sex...

truuuue, but he also covered his face in all those snapchats w/Kail. IDK. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe he, too, was married or had someone else he was seeing but they were going through their issues, but then they ended up working it out and he ended up getting back w/her...so he definitely didn't want the kid and didn't want his face on camera bc he didn't want her to know. i can't help but think (and hope, really) that Kail has finally met her match in terms of a selfish opportunist who is all about himself.

I think Javi loved the idea of settling down and having a family and being a father. And it wasn't a "fake family man" thing w/him, you could tell he really loved this - he was coaching Isaac's sports teams, very involved w/Lincoln, always wanting to see him, etc. He loved it all so much that, I think, he was willing to overlook pretty much everything Kail said/did wrong to him, so long as it didn't involve her straying. His wife and kids were everything to him and he looked forward to adding to the family. When that happened and then there was a miscarriage, I think Javi was disappointed and he probably did, to an extent, take it out on Kail. That was definitely wrong of him, but I think he's tolerated a LOT of wrongs from Kail over the years and forgave her. Kail was quick to run after one wrong thing Javi did, even after he apologized and seemed genuinely remorseful. My point being, it seems Javi gave Kail a lot more leeway to fuck up than she gave him.

they didn't edit out Kieffer (although he's apparently Jamaican and Irish, not African-American). TR Dues...I'm not sure if Leah didn't want him to be filmed or if TR Dues didn't wanna be on camera. He made his Twitter private, etc. but he did talk to RadarOnline here and there, so...it's unclear. In the case of Chris Lopez, though, I think MTV would love to film him, it's HIM who doesn't wanna be filmed...for reasons that are unclear. I get how someone could value their privacy, for sure, I think a lot of the boyfriends are initially like that. but usually, a little MTV money can quickly ease those concerns lol. it seems MTV usually does a pretty good job of coaxing the camera-shy into being filmed. Initially, David (Jenelle's bf) didn't wanna be filmed, but after several weeks, MTV finally talked him into it. Even guys like Cole, who you can tell is really shy probably doesn't particularly love having cameras a camera in his face, tolerates it bc the money is good.

This dude must have some Hispanic in him, though, with the last name Lopez. My guess is he's got at least some Dominican or Puerto Rican in him.

under certain lighting, black can easily look hispanic. especially since Chris looks like he's not super dark. EDIT: i know this bc i've dated my fair share of black dudes and taken many pictures of my ex's hand when petting the dog

I can't imagine it was on purpose, given that she had the cruise coming up, had just had lipo earlier that year AND (most importantly) the father, if you remember, wants NOTHING to do with MTV/cameras/fame, which would be extremely hard to do if you choose to have a child with someone whose job is being filmed for a reality show on MTV. & sources close to Kailyn have said that it's "unclear" how involved the father of the baby will be in the kid's life, which leads me to believe they're not together anymore.

And I see Phaedra's read up on the big head/little head/IQ theory (judging by what she said about Portia). LOL. Wonder if there's any truth to that. I'm not saying any of these RHOA ladies are dumb, but I can tell Phaedra and Kenya are particularly smart. And Kandi (she's just not as cunning or calculating as they are). I'd be willing to bet all 3 have above-average IQ's.

Agreed, it'll be interesting to see how Phaedra responds to this! b/c Phaedra is very calculating, she's generally very deliberate and careful about what she says on camera, so up until now, she's always been prepared to answer for what she said. This time, she slipped up.

On another note, I really don't understand Kandi's anger towards Phaedra. I can see how Phaedra telling people how Kandi hasn't been there for her and making her look like a bad friend would be irritating, especially when you know (because she told you in confidence) that she had already started seeing someone ne else by the time Apollo left to go to prison. But I don't feel like that, alone, warrants THAT LEVEL of anger at someone where you're still so pissed about it that you've been unable to rekindle your friendship, 3 years later. I suspect that the real reason is that Todd has a deep dislike for Phaedra because they fell out over the workout DVD and she made him look like a conman or shady businessman on national TV, which Kandi and Todd likely felt put fuel to the fire of Mama Joyce's constant assertions and suspicions that Todd was a conman and a user. Kandi had finally found a man she was happy with and married to, she wasn't about to let this mess ruin that for her. So she got pissed and still has some deep anger and resentment towards Phaedra for that.

Yeah but she's got that kind of "ratings gold" personality, if you know what I mean. She'd be worth it. But then again, the RHOA franchise has and has always had a shitload of those "ratings gold" personalities. Especially Nene, Kim and Kenya. But Kenya and Marlo are on a whole other level, IMO - they have a special kind of ratings-machine persona. Kenya is what I would call the Empress of Chaos, as is Marlo. When you've got people like them in front of your camera, you can just sit back, relax and know they will deliver. You don't even have to direct them or encourage them, they'll just naturally do it. And that, my friend, is the definition of reality TV gold.
