Ashley was engaged twice before she married Jay, but it was never made clear if either of these guys were the father(s) of her two children. She did have a meeting this season with one of her exes but we weren't given any details about his particular role in her or her kids' lives.

I still don't understand why didn't Colt open the door when the police came. I belong to NextDoor.com for my area and although people do have conversations on it, it's more geared towards recommendations for contractors, restaurants, buying and selling things, lost and found and local news like "what is being built on the corner of Main and Elm" "why am I hearing sirens," etc. Very useful, but not really a chat room.
