  1. I loved the concept of the challenge, taking a retro look and modernizing it. But since McKenzie's intro explained how Ve invented the look of the new Klingons for the movie then Mr W updated them for Next Gen then Neville reworked them for the new movies, I think it would have been better if the contestants had been tasked with updating someone else's retro alien instead of their own.
  2. So why didn't they just take headchopper's magic thingy so Tatsumi could have one?
  3. Looks like KFC is now using Norm MacDonald as the Colonel.
  4. Libby just needed to realize earlier on that she wasn't making a boar/hyena, she was making an orc/gnoll.
  5. Have we seen that Buck Rogers Birdguy before?
  6. The first time they were on a show together on "Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane," Sara played a recurring character who was pretty much the opposite of Dora, rude and evil.
  7. They should do one where they cross-promote some medical show and give each of the contestants a disease they have to make their model the victim of.
  8. I wonder if the cat couple will get to keep their yarn hats, or if they belong to the show, or do the contestants keep souvenirs?
  9. It would no longer be the District of Columbia, it would be the State of Columbia. I'd assume the city of Washington would keep its name. The official names of some of the states call themselves commonwealths, so I suppose it might just keep the name "District of Columbia" even if it was a state.
  10. Maybe the jewelry store kids are Frank's wife, and Ray's wife's rapist.
  11. It took me halfway through the second episode to realize that Darlene was Dalia.
  12. It's interesting that the three cops we're paying attention to have different levels of jurisdiction: Paul is state, Ani is county, and Ray is city. I assume that in order to get our cast interacting with each other some sort of interagency task force will get created, or maybe they'll all just bond over how they want to keep the feds from taking over the case.
  13. Pied Piper needs a new CEO and it looks like Gavin's out of a job...
  14. The flavor of Puritain Christianity practiced in Colonial American, for one. Offenders were commonly thrown in the stocks where onlookers would shout and throw things. Ever read The Scarlet Letter? Public shaming was used to keep sinners in line.
  15. I saw it as more of a "Butch and Sundance" moment.
  16. I loved the irony of having a discussion between the witch and her toady about seeking to regain lost youth before they went to a party at Dorian Gray's house. If she only knew how close she was to the secret.
  17. What do we think about Darrell Hammond's Colonel Sanders?
  18. I'm glad the "salute to fallen comrades" time-wasting segment seems gone for good.
  19. It would be fun if we discover that Diana had accidentally turned Kelly into a dullahan.
  20. It reminds me of the big pile of conspiracy cheese that was "Persons Unknown," so I'm in for now.
  21. Would they have re-hidden Mike's idol, and possibly snuck a clue to its location into the reward? It's odd that no one mentioned looking for either an idol or a clue. Or is it too close to the end of the game?
  22. The weird names of the girls were great - Shasta, Afghanistan, Tranquilitay!
