  1. Wonder if Rosalee and Monroe will have a litter of babies? ;-)
  2. I still love this show although West gets on my last nerve. I'm glad the guantlets blasted her. So happy to see Toto again! That little girl is adorable.
  3. Aw, sh*t! I hate when someone quits for that "I found myself" BS. Your "journey" is not going to buy your land, Callie. Go Fowler!
  4. Aww, not Torvi! :-( Have they found her body? I know Lagertha will give her a big Viking funeral. Speaking of Lagertha, just when I think she can't get anymore badass, she does! Wow. Hey, Harald's brother! We all know why you aren't married! :-p That princess should have followed the principle that revenge is a dish best served cold.
  5. I'm surprised Denzel hasn't starred in a movie about Bass Reeves. Get on it, Denzel. Flynn is so reprehensible. He doesn't care what carnage he creates as long as he gets his family back. On the shallow side, Goran looked so hot in his western wear!
  6. I think Mary may have typhoid from nursing that soldier (the one asking for an orange). Boy, that rotten steward is as hard to kill as Rasputin! "Am I in Hell?" :-) His confession was something. Geeze! Poor Samuel. I don't think he will be able to keep lying about Aurelia and her son. I'm glad the show is back despite Alice and her horrible accent.
  7. Thanks! I was trying to figure out who was playing Jane. My TV picture ratio cuts the beginning credits.
  8. I just love this show! I'm terrified that it is too different for network tv. NBC at least gives chances to shows like Hannibal and Grimm, so here is hoping. Sean Cassidy created one of my fave shows ever - "American Gothic" with Gary Cole. Unfortunately, it was only one season. Where was Toto at the end? I adore that dog. He has such a handsome, intelligent face.
  9. Callie is awesome. I'm glad she stuck it out. Didn't Greg have a change of clothes? He kept saying his clothes were wet. I was rooting for the fox. I kept thinking, "Well, build a better shelter, Meghan," every time she worried about the fox getting in her shelter. Everyone else left has great shelters.
  10. Lagertha looks every inch a queen. And I love her owl! Harald and his brother are the nastiest looking things. I bet they smell as bad as they look! No wonder the princess didn't want him. What was in the preview? Sucks they didn't show it at the end of the episode. I had no desire to watch "Six" (even if Walter Goggins is in it) to see the preview.
  11. I've seen RS in just about everything I can get my hands on. It's essential that you see him in "Middlemarch." OMG, he is about 25 years old then and drop dead gorgeous.
  12. "The Devil in the White City" is one of the most chilling things I've ever read. That guy was a monster. I wish Lucy had told Houdini not to let anyone punch him in the stomach...
  13. The little boy playing Louie was adorable, but, gee, that was the saddest looking kid. Did he ever smile? Severide having that bone marrow extraction was excruciating to watch! Kelly got to have a Civil War style surgery experience.
  14. Where was the father (fathers?) of those kids? I don't see how she could support herself and those kids on just disability. I thought the "Wizard" was smoking a joint and blowing the smoke around! I can't imagine Ray having the funds to make that huge house habitable.
  15. Look for places online to watch it. One begins with Couch...(you didn't hear me say that! ;-)). Lord Melbourne was apparently a handsome man, so even if Rufus is younger than he was at the time, he was a good pick to play him. Wonder why Lady Flora hadn't consulted a doctor herself. That was a mighty big tumor!
  16. I like the actress playing Victoria. And Rufus Sewell, I ADORE him! Peter Bowles (sp?) who plays Wellington, I remember him from "Rumpole of the Bailey." Wow, we've all aged!
  17. I've always thought they could play father and son! I'm loving Rufus as Melbourne. I've adored Rufus since "Middlemarch," and he never disappoints.
  18. I'm having images of GoT's Caitlyn Stark's crazy sister who was still nursing her ten + year old son!
  19. Fun fact: I was reading "The Yellow Wallpaper" again in advance of teaching it this semester. A doctor named Weir Mitchell was mentioned in it. I did some online research and turns out that the story's author was a patient of the historical Dr. Silas Weir Mitchell, neurologist and advocate of "bed rest" for those with nervous dispositions. And, yes, our dear SWM is his descendant!
  20. Are specific nursing mother clothes that necessary? Just asking. Boy, that woman was annoying. I, too, loved the Daymond segment. He's a mensch. Kevin was a dick for going up to 50% with that sweet guy Vlad. The Grease Bag lady must not eat the fried wings she makes. She was whip thin.
  21. Yeah, I thought the "One Ring" when Nick got all obsessive over the stick. Kelly is one adorable baby! I hate having to hate Renard now. Yeah, the "grand jury" was ridiculous since judges aren't part of the process.
  22. I'm loving this show. Singh has such an eye for visuals - costumes, locations, etc. Stunning! I totally adore Toto. What a handsome doggie. And, yes, shirtless Lucas was yummy! ;-)
  23. Oh, yeah! You just know they hooked up the last time they were together!
  24. I'm just through with this crap. I'll read recaps, but I can't stomach this show anymore.
