I guess they decided on bunk beds for rental potential. The two older girls were already teens so I can’t see them wanting bunk beds. I liked the outdoor fireplace. I thought pickle ball (weird name) was a family past time for them the way the parents talked about it, so I was surprised that they didn’t know how to play. Guess the girls do.

I hope I’m not the only person who said “Yay” when Joe and Beck got back together! ?I know, I’m sick! How did Karen know about Candace? Paco’s mother sucks. She is a nurse, right? Yeah, that “closet” was bizarre! ? If one of the extra bedrooms was adjacent to the master, I would use it to create a master suite with a big bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Oh, and keeping all the personal pronouns straight. Plus switching the work setting to a bar! ?

Mathews, VA: I really loved that reno. I liked seeing the couple and his dad doing a large % of the work. Also loved that the cabinets were painted and not just ripped out and tossed. The sea foam green and other colors were nice. Not just white and grey. The porches were awesome.
