  1. Denver: I actually liked the kitchen remodel. Guess I’m stupid. Loved the library drawer pulls.
  2. Adobe houses aren’t ugly at all. Why were Cirque type performers living in Wichita anyway?
  3. I looked at her website. Didn’t see a mention of still living in Madrid (may have missed it since I didn’t linger there. The pretension was cloying). Luxembourg: I think that spiral staircase would have been more of a problem for Waldo the sweet looking dog than the son.
  4. She has a boyfriend to take up the slack. Luxembourg: Seemed like nice people. I think they picked a good place. The backyard was lovely for the kid and dog. Wonder why it takes two years to build a house in Luxembourg? 🧐
  5. Do you have a link to her website? I need a laugh. Ugh! She sent my “Bitch Please” meter through the roof. JK Rowlings didn’t need an office to begin writing the HP series, sweetie. Thank God, Richard (or should I call him Ricardo when in Madrid? 😉) was there. I bet he thought she was insufferable. Not spouse. They’ve been “dating” for five years. He’s not ready to put a ring on it. Wonder why? 🤔
  6. Albuquerque: I lived there a long time ago and love the adobe houses. I’m glad they picked the one they did. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the carpet in the dining area when the rest of the space had tiled floors.
  7. Judith looks as if she is Alfred’s big sister. White hair doesn’t make Lagertha look old. Why do the men age on Vikings but not the women? I really miss Travis Fimmel’s Ragnar. He was the heart and soul of Vikings. Don’t get me wrong. I’m happy it’s back, but it will never be the same. I just can’t stand Ivar!
  8. Podunk, Georgia: They named that poor girl “Bliss”? Wonder how many times she has been called “Blister” by other kids. I liked the new build house. Hope the boys enjoyed having to go downstairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
  9. Minneapolis: Yeah, where did the money come from that they had such a large budget (plus the reno budget!). His job sounded non-profit, and she worked in “beauty” industry (I think that’s what she said.) I liked the first house and loved the third.
  10. I’m sure she did. There is only so much that makes the cut.
  11. Yeah, Mr. Hipster was annoying with his vinyl (oh, no! I’ll have to go into another room to get a record!) and his spreadsheets. She seemed nice. I liked the first place best. You could see Freddie Mercury’s house! I was hoping for Richard since we were in Britain, but Toby and his sleepy puppy were adorbs!
  12. They were bees. It was a motif Napoleon used. https://www.ngv.vic.gov.au/napoleon-and-the-bee/
  13. Wonder how much the fish’s vet and prescription bill totaled? That bladder stone was massive! Poor tortoise. Bet she felt so much better afterwards! So does the shell just heal up where it was cut? Glad Dr. T’s bunny came out alright.
  14. I don’t mind the color of the stove. I just don’t like the gaudy knobs (or whatever those are) and handles. She picked the brass option.
  15. Do you know if the daughter ever got out from under her thumb?
  16. The daughter was over 21 (it was mentioned) so why was her mother even at the appointment with Dr. Kapoor? I can’t believe Max didn’t know even the basics of the story of Abraham and Isaac. Even if one isn’t particularly religious, the story has been the subject of paintings by famous artists. BTW, I always thought that Isaac would have some serious trust issues with dad after that incident! 😆
  17. Glad I’m not the only one who thought the neon turquoise fireplace was an abomination. Yeah, bitch, throw mom under the bus! As if she would have gone rogue and painted it on her own. 🙄 That stove was garish with the gold levers instead of normal dials. Where did it come from? I laughed at the turquoise wallpaper covered in the Napoleon gold bees motif. BTW, I agree about the wife’s red mole/birthmark. I had a similar one at my hairline and had it lasered off in the 80s. She could certainly afford to get it removed. Guess the master suite will have to wait. My favorite house was the third one. Which house had the dragon mural in the basement? That was a hoot! 😆 Is this the stove (not the color she picked)? It has those gold lever things. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Hallman-24-in-2-4-cu-ft-Single-Oven-Italian-Gas-Range-with-True-Convection-4-Burners-LP-Gas-Brass-Trim-in-Blue-HGR24BSBULP/304507617?cm_mmc=Shopping|G|Base|D29A|MULTI|MULTI|NA&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI-JzPnNru3gIVCIezCh0nYg1rEAkYDSABEgKmTfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
  18. Thailand: I don’t think he had been a full-fledged monk. I think he meant he studied at the temple because his mother sent them there when he was a child. I didn’t understand the whining about “where to put my office” either. That is what an extra bedroom is for.
  19. Thailand: Can’t believe they picked the place with the “dorm kitchen.” What did the husband do for a living?
  20. Leiden: It bugged me when she called the place in a more suburban area of Leiden “industrial.” It wasn’t industrial. It was residential. And talking about a “big girl apartment” sounded so stupid. I liked the place in The Hague the best, too. Maya Riviera: They both annoyed me. She was so negative, and he sounded stupid for wanting to be “where the action is.”
  21. Lake Como: Why were they buying a house there just to vacation there for two weeks a year? Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what the situation sounded like to me.
