Wow Dallas indeed. Yet it's a must win Game 3 for them according to someone. Though I think I would try to do what Minnesota could not do, in taking care of business at home. Best chance Dallas would have in terms of getting more rest than Boston (not guaranteed since they can't control the ECF, and they still have to win 2 more games before losing twice as many)

As mentioned, I would miss it, similar to other shows, but I would be okay with the fact that Survivor and company happened. Not that it was over. Nothing lasts forever, and sometimes ending things can be a good thing when it's gone on too long. Especially when a product looks like it's happening for the sake of it. Speaking of the end of things, not surprised at all that Sia's Prize has been done away with.

That's how Wendell won Ghost Island. Maybe they actually do this or have done it, but maybe the final 3 votes for one of their two opponents before Final Tribal Council begins. That way, no pressure since a tie is probably not in the cards

It's a combination of things, including the cost cutting. Personally, maybe it's time for Survivor and other shows to call it quits. Sure cost-cutting is a reason, but it's also an excuse. Just an opinion of mine sometimes. Though I think it's fair when after so long, you've done everything you can & tried everything to where there's nothing new & innovative anymore. The rule changes are a thing, speaking of which. Every season is different. I remember about a decade ago thinking how one's chances of winning were dashed if a injury hindered their participation, while Missy Payne more or less punted on everything before outlasting everyone but a couple people. If someone was helping out someone else, I'd probably do the same at the same time myself. It might cost me, but if I go down, so is the other threat

Surfgirl: IDK about the age thing or if there is merit to it. If so, then so be it, but Peachy has no room to talk. Sure it's the age based on the players, but the fact is Jeff Probst is well over a decade older than Maria. Still, there hasn't been many elder players. I don't know if I have a big issue with that. If you're between 50 and 60 or a fit 55-65 I think it wouldn't be an issue. I don't know if having someone well past their prime is worth it if they have no chance of winning. Same can be said for someone under the age of 21 due to some hidden tricks & tips one would learn in life.

Probably go back to Final two or have 11 jurors. Though in a way, the 3rd place vote is basically similar to if they were doing Final 2, and the absolute final TC winner would get to choose all of the options

It's been nearly 2 decades, and I have to check to see how much air time Stephanie received in Season 10. I think it was a lot for someone that didn't even make the Final Six. I do agree about Ben. I imagine I'll forget that he was on this season a year from now. Charlie? Well, I'll probably see a ton of photos of his emotional state over the next 12 months. As mentioned, Charlie still feels saddened live, but that's due to it being official. He would've known by the time of the LIVE show. Though it was a rather close vote, so it depends on his optimism. I still don't see myself watching Season 47 when it airs, but it's also about a half year away

I still will go with Kenzie winning through no fault of her own. Maybe not "deserving" but as petty as she may have sounded once or twice, she actually had no control on people playing as if their HII was fake. I think Liz's shot wasn't zero either despite my jokes about getting a negative number of votes. While not crazy compared to Ms. Wilcox, I didn't think MaryAnne was winning either. You just never know. It was really anyone's game. I think Maria did distance herself, but not to where it was a lock. I do wonder what could have been if Q had played his idol. IMO, I think Maria would've won based on the focus of everyone else. Prior to her exit, she had a clean sheet in terms of voting, whereas Q received votes in each of his last 5 tribals. The tribes focus wasn't that elite. With Q gone, it was a must win for Maria; too bad she got double teamed. As the end of the day, Liz maybe makes a case to win, but probably not since I can't respect quitting, which would be a valid argument for her choice in that penultimate IC

I totally forgot about the joy Kenzie had for finally being on the winning side. At that time, I thinking, "No chance, but at least you're on the board with a victory!" As mentioned, I do have to agree that when you survive with the cast of people around you in your original tribe, that took a lot. A fair enough case for the win over Charlie

Understood. For the record, I should have posted differently there. I was talking about myself, not you. I meant to say that "I respect one's opinions" while disagreeing with something said or posted. I had no problem with anything said. FWIW, I'm in the minority between Seasons 43 & 46, I think. The winner in 2022 was just...well, we know. What was vexatious as mentioned was that a saving item in the form of a HII was just about given to a fortunate player. It's one thing to go home after coming into TC with it, but I was not thrilled at all how, people just sat there week after week after week and did nothing. At least pass it along or go big. To add insult to injury, while I'll probably laugh at Charlie's emotions later on, it's not that great of a look if he's more livid than those that got kicked out when their survival was (once) in the palm of the hand

Agree to disagree. Respect the opinions which we are all entitled to. For me, 11 times out of ten, I'm ranking 46 before 43. The biggest reason is those folks, to some extent, actually made an effort to survive and play the game down the stretch.

I'm kind of sad it isn't Jon Lovitz on Survivor. Missed opportunity for reality gold watching the cast ask him if he got around to getting an autograph from Jonathan & Wanda

Congrats to Kenzie. Deserving or not, someone had to win the season. But a couple of things, the finale could've been better with Charlie knocking out Q, and it was made better with the move to Season 47

To answer the question asked by Lantern7. I think she finds a way. With vote-splitting due to Ben's "blunder" in this season? Yes she wins. Any other season? No. Chances are you'd get situations that doomed Philip, and 4 years later, Cirie

We'll never know (but it may have been probable the third blunder around)

Survivor owes us one. If they're going to do this after show, more scenes such as Charlie smashing his glass of booze over Q's head, followed by a commercial simultaneous to the blackout result for us to see on our screens.

Ben winning the final IC was the worst. As mentioned, while there's no guarantee who you'd face in the tiebreaker and the outcome, he needed to be there to take out Kenzie. Though as mentioned, he wouldn't have been anywhere near a lock in other seasons (ditto Kenzie, but I hardly think she gives a shit about that currently)
