Since the tornado was just bringing Ruby to the Underworld from Oz (so much for blood from someone who's been there and back) and therefore had nothing to do with Emma trying to wipe off the names from the tombstones, will anyone think to just go try that again next episode? I know, I'm hilarious.

When Dorothy first appeared as a child, wasn't it when Regina was first learning magic and Snow was still a child? So this flashback likely took place right before the curse. (Of course, we'll probably see Dorothy present time the same age, and A&E will twist themselves in knots to explain, like always)

I just have to say, having recently watched Kacey Rohl in the Magicians and iZombie, and knowing her character was Megara, I was waiting the whole time for her to reveal she was playing everyone. ETA: also, did anyone else notice how much more normal Cruella's eyebrows looked?

I don't know why A&E didn't just go with 'time stopped in ALL magical realms during the curse' and the Cora!Dome was just protection from being pulled to Storybrooke. Because while it's a bit of a stretch, but plausible, to say Zelena knew exactly when the curse was coming to put up her own dome, it makes zero sense that Wonderland and Alice's London were seemingly frozen in time as well. Or is Zelena that magnanimous to have domed other realms, too.

I don't have an answer for this, but it made me think: Rumpel was DYING from having the Dark One inside him last season, now, there is EXTRA darkness, so much that Hook and Emma were literally shaking trying to hold the sword. How is Rumpel planning on surviving even MORE darkness than what was killing him last season? It just makes me so mad because it's the entire reason we had 5A in the first place.

This is the show that uses 5 years ago when they mean 33 years ago. I think we can say that 'a couple centuries', 'more like 200', and 'less than 200 years as a Dark One' can all be construed as Hook being 150 years-ish old. I can't remember IN SHOW references to more than a couple centuries other than hyperbole like Emma calling Hook 400 years old. (Honestly, no ones ever going to budge me from this stance, I've been saying it since season 2)

So Brennan said he left his boys on that ship 'NEARLY a century ago'. Which falls in line to what I always say, Hook being about 150 (century + 20 years aging + 30 years curse). BUT WHY MUST THE WRITERS CHANGE IT EVERY EPISODE! GAAH!!

Yeah, everything ended up the same as if Emma never saved Killian except now Rumpel is the Dark One again (I HATE YOU RUMPELSTILTSKIN) One thing I just realized, it seems like replacement!Liam is still alive out there, right?

It's probably just the same as Merlin seeing Emma's clippy!Nimue. Something about being immortal was enough I think?

A big problem with this episode is that there isn't any time for him to have formed an EVIL plan, but now there's time to form the evil plan AND the real hero plan? He hasn't even been the Dark One (with his memories) for a day yet and he's running double blinds? This entire plot is giving me 2B Regina/Cora flashbacks. Regina wasn't faking everyone out by teaming up with her, and she was actually on the redemption path, too, at the time. ETA: I'll have to watch again (UGH) maybe I'm confusing with the scene where she puts the memories back, but I just remember the (single!) dreamcatcher and not anything to mess with the cauldron

I've already mostly vented my frustration about the HoOk iz the EVILEST* on tumblr, so new thought, Emma appeared to only take away those in the diner's memories with the dreamcatcher, because they knew she made Hook a Dark One, so why did Merida and the Camelot crew lose their memories, too. Honestly, this whole arc felt like a whole lot of unnecessary drama for no reason. This whole show is becoming unnecessary to me. I haven't wanted to quit this much since 'The Queen is Dead'. *(My biggest complaint is we're past it now, so no matter how much wank we think up, there won't ever BE an explanation on the 0 to 1000, because PLOT PLOT PLOT is more important)

No not the part with Red. When Mulan trains Merida and Arthur killed Fergus. It was "2 years" before the "3 weeks earlier" quest for the helmet team up. So it has to be before Mulan met Belle and Phillip. Which was 30 years ago.

So, that 2 years earlier bit with Merida and Mulan was actually supposed to be 30 years earlier, the same way they did those flashbacks for Lancelot, Gwen, and Arthur being only 5 years earlier, right? They just don't seem to like including those 28 timeless years.
