  14. Yep, Carrie is Roman's daughter with Anna who then went on to fall for, and marry, Tony Dimera. I love Anna and I so wish she had more scenes with Carrie. The last time Anna was around I don't even remember the two sharing scenes at all. I actually wish Anna were around more period. She's way more interesting as a character and as an ex-Brady than Marlena ever was (not including when she was the Salem Stalker). So, naturally, she hasn't been seen in years.
  15. May I have an A for $200 please Alex?
  16. Then shouldn't we also take this line of thinking when homes and businesses are broken into? No security system is 100% safe, as criminals can learn to bypass them. No material used in building walls, windows, doors, roofs, and foundations is 100% impenetrable because there are always machines and tools that can breach those barriers (sometimes a strong storm is enough). Do these realities then make it ok for someone to bypass a security system, enter a home or business that is not theirs, steals items that do not belong to them and were never meant to, and then turn around and sell them to the general public? Of course not, because that is a gross invasion of space and privacy. The only difference between that scenario and this hacking crime is that the security system, walls, doors, windows, etc., aren't tangible in the same way as the ones in our homes and businesses. This happening on the internet rather than the house on the corner doesn't make it less criminal or disgusting. Now, I've read that a lot of the laws in a lot of states aren't written to encompass such crimes, leaving the police and lawyers unable to do anything and the criminals getting away, but I'm hoping the fact that these women who were victimized didn't all live in the same state (thus making this Federal jurisdiction) will result in this particular criminal getting real punishment and the women getting some measure of justice. Then the laws can follow on a state level.
  17. I loved the Salem Stalker storyline so much and was pissed as hell when it was reversed. I was sad to see Jack and Alice go, because I found both actors and characters to still be assets to the show, but I would have accepted losing them if it meant that the others were permanently gone. Plus, I loved that Marlena was the serial killer. I got the biggest laugh when I learned that Marlena was going around killing people. Then they retconned everything and ruined the show beyond repair. If they were going to make such dramatic changes in casting and turn one of their leading ladies into a serial killer, then they needed to commit to it and weather the fan anger, not go back on it and make everything the Dimera's fault after all. That resolution was tired and lame. My sorority sisters and I were riveted to the television during the Stalker months and we stopped adjusting our schedules around the show when the retcon happened.
  18. I decided to re-read the first book to see if they do explain what happened to Neeva and the kids. I'm not there yet, so I'll let everyone know if this changes, but my memory is that the family and employees didn't make it. I don't know if it's explicitly stated or if I just assumed since the vampires go after their Dear Ones like Terminators hunting the Connor family. I will say that Quinlan has shown up much earlier than in the books, so we may very well see Neeva and the kids survive this vampire apocalypse. If they didn't outright reveal what happened then they've left themselves lots of room to answer those questions.
  19. Don't forget that the earlier autopsy of the pilot revealed dramatic changes to the organs in the trunk of the body. The internal changes happen first so the vast majority of worms concentrating on the midsection with a few in the head works.
  20. Huh, I've actually been to one of the cheftestant's places but never knew it. Arnold Myint (didn't see his season) apparently is the chef at PM over by Belmont in Nashville. I like PM a lot though I've never eaten there. I see it as more of a college/young adult casual bar than a place to get food. The drinks are good, but no clue about the food.
  21. Eph thought he was getting off a good threat to Fet by promising to kill him should he get infected like Jim and Fet's all "that's the spirit!" I love him so much.
  22. Obvious O for $400 please, Alex.
  23. May I have an N for $200, Alex?
  24. I just hope The Chad will be playing what I call an Intentional Asshole. He turns every character he plays into one anyway, so they should just make it on purpose. I'm also hoping the show will have a Big Death for the first season and he will be the corpse. In other, way better, news, Enver! I've loved him since Dollhouse and this is the final incentive I need to watch this show. He's such an amazing actor and I hope this is merely a stepping stone for him as he makes his way to becoming a huge star.
