God this episode was boring ? I felt like the episode editors and producers was trying to fill an hour. Because the first 20 mins was dry! Yeah I'm suppose to believe Lisa R's daughter is going to NYU. Where have I heard that one before?? GIGI. Now look at Gigi Hadid don't need to go to college a day in her life. Who's Lisa R kidding. Not to mention did I really want a whole 5 minute segment between she and Harry... Nope. For the love of, I'm tired of Kyle wanting this ongoing acceptance from Kathy and Kim. At this point after watching this crap for awhile, I feel like if her sisters can't support her endeavors, then fuckem. She has her husband and children. She doesn't need to be thirsty for her sisters approval. Sometimes the greatest pain can sometimes come from family. If they can't follow you on your journeys and be happy for you sometimes they need to be left behind. I found it hilarious Lisa R didn't own it when LVP called her out about her spreading gossip about she and Ken. Then she goes in her confessional and says of course she will talk about it. Well at least be a big girl Rinna and own your shit like you tell everyone else. Teddi and Dorit. Really is Lategate going to be the storyline this season?? I can't. Why is it with this franchise they take something so small and blow it up to a non-factor storyline I'll never understand. I feel like the late thing cuts both ways. Yes Dorit was foul for leaving Teddi waiting but Teddi has a phone! She could had called, txt, FaceTime or got up left. Yet she waited damn near an hour. If you're a supposed life coach (which I'm sick of seeing on these Bravo shows, thanks Siggy for ruining it for me ?) how about some common sense and life skill to go along with what you spitting out! Anyways that was how I felt about tonight. It was a snoozefest. Yet not surprised considering this season's promo trailer.

Week of January 29:

This episode was whether of a yawn but.. Mrs. A. D. D. aka Mrs. Abigail Devereux Dimera needs the fashion police! ? I'm so over her Waltons looking ass on my screen. ? From her hair and the fashion choices. MM is not an ugly woman but for some reason the show has her boring, bland and old fashioned. She's suppose to be the lead actress in this late 20s-early 30s set and her look couldn't be anymore dated. I get MM dresses like this in her real life but as a fictionalized character she needs to look the part of a Horton and a married Dimera. She can still look stylish-classy-conservative-modern for her age, It's like the fashion department isn't trying with her. Gabi, on the other hand, looks bomb! Gabi/CB's outfits are more modern with today's outfits that the Kardashian and Jenner women would wear. Yet I'm suppose to believe Chad would marry a woman that looks like something straight out of Gunsmoke. Or Stefan is slowly developing feelings for her. I think not.

Abigail don't get her Stevie Nicks looking self own somewhere. ? Who is she to talk about anyone's daddy in a negative light?? Considering what her daddy did to her aunt I wouldn't be talking. Lani is mess. I would hate to be in her position right now. She can very well have three people pissed at her if she choose to go through with this pregnancy. Poor JJ has been through so much he might lose his marbles if the baby isn't his. Eli doesn't want the secret to come out he bionked her and if it does he loses Gabi. And Gabi, ooo, she will hate her for life. She's in a no-win situation at the moment and she's about to bust!!! ? I'll be honest this was the first week in a long while I was whether bored. Yet I can't complain too much since RC has given me some well written soapy goodness for the last 3 months or so. Hopefully there is more of a pick up in next week's episodes.

Wow.. Sonny is a privileged, entitled snot. He truly believes his precious Will could never, ever stray. Hate to break it to him but Will cheated him before with Paul AND kissed Paul not once but twice and admitted to liking it! Sonny hates the fact him he dumped Paul to hop back with Will has backfired in his face big time. I could careless about his feelings at the moment. As for Lani being pregnant, I'm probably in the minority, but I want the baby to be JJ's. JJ is like his dad in a lot of ways when it comes to being a screw up, that if he becomes a father, he might actually find something where he won't mess up. Some have also questioned when the last time was JJ and Lani had sex and it was before Theo's shooting. If Kayla says Lani is a one month along it will definitely be JJ's, anything less it will be 50/50 that it be Eli's. Yet I like this pacing of Lani's pregnancy reveal is going. Unlike the hot mess over at Bold and Beautiful with how they have told Steffy's pregnancy, this is much more believable and realistic. Still don't care about Gabi's fashion career. Zzz.

Get Dorit some water so she can drown. Camille'a new man does nothing for me but I'm sure he has a nice wallet. Next week: Lisa R tries to make it sound like Regis wanted her for that morning talk show. Trust me honey you couldn't even do SoapTalk without being annoying and obnoxious. He made the right call. And looky Lisa R starting off this season's storyline.

Kyle has truly been trying to stir the pot this season. Now she claims LVP is jealous of her friendship with Dorit. Girl you not that important.

Lisa R has the most ugliest laugh. She can't even laugh proper because her face doesn't move anymore.

Dorit comes into scenes - TALKING - do she ever know how to hush for 5 mins.

Leave it to Erika to overdress instead of for comfort.

Dorit it's a photoshoot of your hands. Not of your face sweetheart.

Lisa's daughters are hell of boring models. I'm sorry these girls are only getting off because of Lisa R's connections. No shade just facts.

Week of January 15

?I don't feel sorry for Sonny. Yes I said it! I don't feel sorry for him. No sir!? He literally tossed Paul to the side like he was trash so he could rekindle with an amnesiac Will. He gets what he deserves. I hope Paul pounds Will something good and he gets all his memories back like that lol. Stefan and Chloe... meh... I could see them having sexual chemistry but beyond that nah. I can't see relationship. I did get my chuckles at nosey Chloe trying to warn Brady about Vivian and yet having a loud convo about Eve. Do these Salemites not believe other people can hear them from close proximity?? ? Once again, loved Vivian coming for Kate. Kate does treat her actual sons like they are second rate compared to her pretend son Chad. Vivian was breathing facts. Chad and Abby becoming homeless at Stefan's expense is fine by me. They've been far too comfortable in that house with the shitty job they have done running Dimera Enterprises. Oh and did you catch Chad trying to claim Andre as his beloved brother. Only when it's convenient! He had no problem pinning Andre for Theo's shooting and throwing Andre's murderous history up in his face every chance he got to hold onto the company. Chad is so smug and a piece of work.

Very good episode to kick off 2018. If you don't have the long history of Vivian like many long time Days fans, her entrance might have left some of you scratching your head. But she was one of the reasons why I lived for Days in the 90s. She's a campy, cartoonish character but her antics always were entertaining. Vivian looking like Winifred Sanderson was just what the doctor ordered. Louise Sorel, god love her. She has aged backwards. Tyler Christopher is handsome and sex on a stick! ??? This is the best he's looked ever in his whole career. I never had hots for him over at GH and Nicholas always made me a tad sleepy due to the writing, but I will say under RC's writing brought out the acting chops from TC towards the end of his run. He actually looks like a young Stefano before we knew who a Stefano was. Loved his introduction as Stefan O. Dimera. Putting his brand new whole family on notice, especially smug Chad! Chad needed someone that could take him down a peg! The power and control was all but getting to his head. The fact he even laughed when Stefan said Stefano is his father was ridiculous considering Chad, himself, is an illegitimate child. So I'm loving it that Chad is shook and bothered by his new big brother Stefan. I sense Stefan also liking Abby and Chad picked up on that quickly. I'm looking forward to seeing more chem testing between TC and MM so this should be interesting.

Ahahaha I know yall might be annoyed with it already but seeing Ciara and Claire catfight was everything. Claire is literally insane and jealous (no shock) look how she was pulling at her own hair losing it front of Ciara. She's so mad Ciara and Theo had something that dates back to their childhood while she was out on a boat somewhere with Shawn and Belle sailing, LOL. Boy I'm glad this Ciara talks shit and can back it up. Baby was out there in Hong Kong eating all the rice/noodles and watching sumo wrestling, how she threw Claire on that table - I'm deadass and yelling! ? Of course the moment Claire got into the hospital room with Theo, she immediately did what Ciara knew she would do and what we've all seen is control Theo's feelings and keep him in a place that feels comfortable for her. As for Theo, he needs to sit his ass down somewhere. He almost died because he tried to be badass once before. Then he wanted to fall on the sword for Kate. Chad should had set him straight immediately! Nevertheless, Kate confessed to Abe that she played a part in Theo being shot. It makes me laugh that she couldn't find something else to look into who was trying to pull a fast one on Dimera. You would think with those organized crime dollars she could had scrapped a few coins, but whatever. Everything else was ok in the episode for today.

I failed to mention, Lani needs to be smacked. When it comes out she and Eli had sex because she overreacted, Gabi should drag her!!! ? This would be the second time in a matter of a year that she Lani has sexed up one of Gabi's dudes. Gabi should forever hate her!

I didn't get to talk about yesterday's episode, due to last minute Christmas shopping, but I'm here ? First of all, the Kiriakis mansion upgrade is INCREDIBLE!!! I need for all the sets on Days to get a facelift from Salem PD and that dreadful Brady Pub. Onto story, I do kind of like the forbidden connection between Brady and Eve playing out. He thinks it's just a plan to get back Basic Black but Eve might get her feelings wrapped up into him romantically. I think it's setting itself up perfectly for future developments. Am I the only one not feeling Sonny at the moment?? After how he tossed Paul away like a thing of bricks and hopping over with Will who still doesn't have his memories back, I feel like he doesn't see he's a-hole. He's so glad Will is back and he can reconnect but I'm not feeling him right now. I'm still rooting for Paul and Will. I know that might be a no bueno for many but they are so much hotter to me as a pairing maybe til Paul stops being a jackass. I'm actually liking the 90210 dynamic that's going down between JJ/Gabi/Lani/Eli! It's a fresh, diverse, young quad. The fact these Horton cousins will be fighting over these two young women will be some good stuff. However, Ron, stop using the "blame it on the alcohol" as a plot device! You just done this with Sami/Rafe a few weeks back. Why use it again with now Lani/Eli?? I think these two could had gone without this to be real. Nevertheless, I somewhat like Eli/Lani, but I love Eli period even with Gabi ?. Finally Days gave me some rootable Jennifer scenes yesterday!!! Her bringing up Abe's history and throwing it in his face when he shot Brady (I think when Kyle Lowder was still portraying him). I screamed with delight because we have a writers that are using history to its strength. You can tell Jennifer checkmate'd Abe and his walls of anger about JJ came crashing down. She really got in those scenes. Good episode!
