  1. PLEASE let it be Arie. I'm sure Jef would then pop up to encourage him, etc. Chris seems to have some good qualities but Arie would bring much needed snark.
  2. Exactly. For one thing, their can be no spontaneity. If you feel like being intimate with your husband when it isn't your "turn" you can't. Even if you want to tell him something that comes up in your daily life, it will probably piss off the wife currently on the play list in the rotation if you call him. Worst of all, he can't be there for your kids when THEY need him. You really are a single parent. There will always be that competition for affection.
  3. I've never heard of either of these guys before.....both were SO ridiculously set in their ways. Liked the wives and it did make for one of the more interesting of these shows. I got the feeling that Ron Moss would have preferred to have it a REAL celebrity wife swap though.
  4. SO, since Kody is the head of a polygamist family, he is allowed to start dating any woman he finds attractive in the name of "courtship" for a potential wife? How is that not cheating on your other wives? Or, does the other wives have to agree ahead of time on women he is dating? I just don't see how a woman could NOT have self esteem issues with this lifestyle no matter what their relationship is like.
  5. I didn't think twice about her comment about Gabriel...mothers talk all the time to their kids about how they were as a baby, difficult vs easy. It doesn't mean they even keep that personality as a child. I know I mentioned to my son when he was becomming a father for the first time, what a pain he was as a baby. Horrible baby....great kid and adult. What COULD Robin's news be besides a new baby. We've heard more than we ever want to know about Sister's Wife Closet. It's not like she is returning to college or getting a job or leaving. And there was that snarky response from Kody when the subject whether Robin was pregnant came up.
  6. Every week it starts to be even weirder that no time has gone by despite all that has happened. You would think they would change the Previously On.... to in the past MONTH or something. So Julia and Barbie have met, fallen in love, she found out the truth about her husband and that Barbie killed him, both almost died, and now had their first (or is their second) major fight? Nice fast paced relationship.
  7. I do believe Andi when she said her heart and her mind are at odds when it came to Chris. She knows the guy is most likely the only one that was ready for marriage and who isn't really an unknown factor. Nick and Josh are pretty much wild cards...would not be surpised if either had a change of heart when they got back to reality. I've always thought Josh was the one for Andi but that she still isn't sure whether his professed love is real. He is obviously the best looking and is saying the right things right now and her type. Just don't get her connection with Nick but it does seem real and has been there since the beginning. However, that doesn't mean the guy is ready for marriage or not just wanting to win.
  8. So Julia's entire relationship with Barbie has only been for 2 weeks including discovering he killed her husband, recovering from being shot, and everything else.
  9. I enjoy this show for the most part, but if all they can come up with are personal assistants, they have run out of candidates for this show. At first I was also horrified with BW and everything having to be perfect. But I think he was really playing the game...using Jessica as his PA. But wow, talk about awkward at the end. JP has some issues. Can't believe that he and Jessica have a daughter together and that was not even mentioned. Where are all the mothers?
  10. Had no idea that Drea and Brian already divorced. Not sure how I missed that...what happened? Definitely not surprised or anything.
  11. Generally there were too many disturbing things like the dogs and the hopelessness of the teens. Most of all there were too many ridiculous things to believe (even if you embrace the main premise of the show) like the GR cult. They really need to reveal their background and purpose immediately. The smoking just looks stupid. There are two cults in this small town and two of the chief's family members just happen to be in them. A little reality within the fantasy needs to happen. Will probably see what happens in the 2nd episode but found myself already checking out.
  12. I must have missed the segment when Josh's football playing brother was mentioned. Who is he? I don't find Nick attractive but I also don't really see anything specific he has done to warrant being the villian. I wouldn't be surprised if the producers didn't plant the idea for him to go visit Andi. He's probably the only one left of the 6 that would do that. Josh would probably feel like it wasn't necessary and the others are on the shy side. It seemed like it was a done deal (Nick) until Josh finally said what Andi was waiting to hear. Now F1 seems to be slightly in doubt. It's pretty obvious Chris will be the next to go unless something disasterous happens during one of the other hometown dates.
  13. Wouldn't getting the money for their business spur them on to start getting creative to design new products. If that is happening they are not showing it. Instead, Robyn made the comment about once they got the money she would now have the time to have a baby? Huh? The opposite should be true. This is their chance to really progress. Are they now going to hire someone to design and market new products instead of doing it themselves?
  14. I actually liked the segment on the kids. I do not think they are boring at all. They are the best thing about the show to me and actually I would like to see more of them when they are visiting and less of the wives. The last thing I want to see is any more stuff about Sister Wives Closet. I suspect the lack of a segment on Mariah is because there have already been so many story lines involving her and there isn't much more to tell right now.
  15. I thought Savi was in love with Dom...enough to divorce her husband, sell the house, etc. But apparently she is about to make another impulsive decision to start something with Zach. You would think she would see the danger for one thing in having a relationship with him. And of course when the inevitable happens when Josh and Harry get together she will be royally pissed. Karen hasn't had enough drama in her life so now she wants to find true love as an escort. It sure doesn't take much to put one over on April, first a fake death by her husband and now her new guy hiding most likely a wife or some kind of criminal behavior. It's pretty sad when Josh now seems to be the smartest of the bunch.
  16. Great episode..the kind that reminds me why I had missed this show and Jack Bauer so much.
  17. The window of opportunity to make $$$ with their business is mainly the period of time they will be on TLC. Right now there is a curiosity factor..that won't be there in the future when the show is eventually cancelled. No matter what product they have or develop, I'm surprised they got the investors to say yes just because of that factor alone.
  18. Savi and Dominic have barely mentioned the fact that they lost their baby. Sure was a quick recovery from such a devastating loss. How long before Joss and Harry start having an affair or Karen's nemesis escapes and hunts her down? After all, the chick at the office going after Savi's man won't cut it for the only storyline for this season.
