  1. The impression I got of Flint's sexuality is that he was straight until he fell in love with another man. I don't think the awkward sex with Miranda was because he is no longer attracted to women, but because it was Thomas he was in love with, not Miranda, and his attachment to her reminds Flint of the guilt over what happened to the man he loved. I believe Flint feels a sense of obligation towards her, perhaps even affection, but Thomas was his true love.
  2. The Trap: A once happy family begins to fall apart when a neighbor's Siamese cat accidentally catches its tail in a mousetrap set outside of their garage and the neighborhood begins to stop associating with them.
  3. I don't mind Max because I don't think she has any delusions about how and why she plays the game. Eleanor, it seems, has no self awareness and is completely deluded about how much control she has. I like most of the characters on this series, in spite of their flaws, but I simply cannot with Eleanor. She over estimates herself every step of the way, and as much as disliked Ned Low, I was glad to see him bring her down a peg or two. Admittedly though, I was glad to see him get a comeuppance too! It is so obvious she is playing both ends against the middle between Vane and Flint, and I hope one of them snuffs her out with a pillow to the face!
  4. Wu does seem to blend in well with the gang. My biggest objection to him finding out was that the show benefited from having at least one cast member who could offer us the point of view/reactions from an outsider who didn't understand what was going on, and I still feel that way, but Wu finding out is not a deal breaker for me, though,
  5. I watched because the concept was interesting, but actually, most of the episode was boring as hell! Personally, I probably wouldn't have hit the kid, but would have picked him up and presented him to and confronted his parents about his behavior, but I get this show isn't about what I would or wouldn't do and rather about the fallout from what someone else did do. Love, love, love Zachary Quintos and wanted to stick around, but this show is a major fail! Everything going on in snooze-worthy. To sum it up two words: Oh brother!
  6. I'm with those who felt that Nate seemed like he saw his arrest coming, and he acted far too calm about it. I also agree that it is strange that Annilise would try to frame him, when he was her alibi, because if she was supposedly with him that night, that would incriminate her too. I have no idea where they are going to go with this, but I smell a big old twist coming.
  7. I just rewatched the last few episodes, and during this one, when they were speculating that Sam took off to avoid murder charges, I kept asking "what about Sam's car?" It had to be at the house because we know he died there (unless someone got rid of it and the show just hasn't addressed that yet). Would he really take off without his car? I guess they could assume, he may have left it behind so they couldn't track him in it and just hopped on a bus or something, but I still think this is something that would have been looked into.
  8. I liked 90% of this episode, but the thing that bothered me, is that Annilise completely dismissed her client as a loose cannon and deliberately tripped her up, when it was so obvious that woman needed psychiatric care, and yet in the first episode, she represented a calculated killer and got her exonerated even though she knew she was guilty as hell.
  9. I don't like it.. I thought Cookie had more MoJo!
  10. This looks absolutely creep-tastic. I hope Dylan gets the Hell outta Dodge right quick, or I don't see good things in his future. In fact, I don't see he has much of a future at all!
  11. I don't know where to post this. I hope this is the right spot. I never got any impression Katrina was supposed to replace Abbie. I've always been under the impression that Katrina was secretive and sneaky, and I believe the writers knew this as well, but that story was too long in coming and so the fanbase got pissed off waiting for the payoff and left. I'm almost certain they are telegraphing Katrina as deceptive. They may have overplayed their hand, trying to extend the mystery, but Katrina has never been showcased as a fan favorite, ever, nor did I expect she ever would be.
  12. I liked them too, but I have to say, that kiss was anything but romantic. It felt forced and pretty stiff!
  13. I'm really disappointed that this is probably the end of the series. In spite of its flaws, I was invested in the characters. Unlike others, I don't necessarily think there were dropped plot points, but I do think there were points that could have been uncovered given more time. Too bad! I was one of the few who enjoyed this show.
  14. I wanted to like this show, but everything was to cliched for me. Some of the characters seem fun, but I don't think I can invest myself in it. I thought the procedural-comedy thing might work, but it wasn't as funny as I had hoped. In fact, I thought the comedy was a little lacking. I'll give it another week, but it doesn't seem like my cup of tea!
  15. True enough, but I do believe he was luring them in. The choice to bite was their own, but it seems he anticipated they would take the bait, and sure enough.... I'm not 100% without sympathy for this man. If I were victimized the way he was, I would certainly be scared and angry and want some kind of justice. The problem for me is the way he handled it. He could see on his video security they were trying to break in, and heard the window break. Instead of lying in wait, why not call the authorities, and on top of that the number of shots fired was excessive. I mean, if I kept breaking into someone's home and they shot me in the knee cap once or twice, I would think twice before breaking in again. I'm just sayin'!
  16. I would have felt sorry for the man on Elm Street, except, he knew they were coming, and I believe he set them up to come over. Instead of shooting them, he could have easily called the police and had them picked up! But I don't think the kids should have been in his house either. They were playing the odds, because obviously eventually they were going to be cut down! You can't keep that behavior up and expect to get away with it!
  17. I don't know what to think about this story at all. I am willing to bet that Sabrina was behaving inappropriately with Kevin, because sometimes that is what abandoned, neglected or abused children tend to do in order to get the attention/affection that they crave. and I am also willing to bet that he never discouraged her. The rest, for me, is speculation. Obviously there was a lot of rage on her part, but she admitted as much, that she hated her foster mom. Was she having an affair with Kevin? There is no solid proof, but again, it seems plausible that he was leading her down the garden path for his own ends. To me, he seems guilty of something heinous, but I am not sure he was the mastermind behind that murder.
  18. I didn't realize this show was back last night until I came here to browse the forums. For some reason, I thought it wasn't coming back until next Friday. I'm not a fan of Wu finding out the truth. I liked him just fine as supporting character with his snark. The actor doesn't do angst well, and besides that, now every member of the cast is in the know, and I think the show benefited from having the point of view of a regular Joe (or in Grimm terms, a Kehrseite) who didn't understand what was happening. They had me for a minute with Juliette's nightmare. I was thinking wow, Rosalee must be really stressed because she is acting so out of character. It wasn't until Juliette actually killed her that I realized it had to be a dream because there was no way I was buying that the show would go there. As for Juliette being a hexenbiest, the jury is still out on that for me until I see what they do with the storyline.
  19. Love the IMDb link. My favorite was "if you think the books will have an ending, you haven't been paying attention." No truer words have been uttered!
  20. I had thought about this, and the only reason I didn't really lend it much credit was because two of the eliminated suspects were supposedly the last two people to see her alive at the time clock that morning, unless of course they were in on it and lied, but that doesn't really make much sense.
  21. Something is wrong with this picture. I actually had to google this case and read up on it because I felt the show must have left some things of significance out, but no not really. In fact, one article I read said the medical examiner testified that Michelle may have lived up to 2 hours after the attack, which is absolute BS because she arrived at work at 5:53 and was found dead at roughly 7:00. I may not be Einstein but I can do simple math. The prosecutor's case seemed to come out of thin air. I'm surprised the case even made it to trial let alone resulted in a guilty verdict. I won't say this guy didn't do it, but I have more than enough reasonable doubt. Personally, I think he was railroaded!
  22. I don't see that as true. She hasn't sidelined anyone. Katrina has had all of two centric episodes, both of which were boring as hell and left me believing, Ichabod and Katrina had grown apart. She is a regular and she deserves her fair share of story telling. Two episodes hardly qualify her as the focus of the show!.
  23. He never defines the couple though. I would guess it is Crane and Abbie. I'm not a shipper, but it seems pretty obvious they intend to go there.
  24. I don't really believe the show runners are promoting Katrina and Ichabod as an Epic love story. It seems to me that by bringing Katrina front and center in the last few episodes, they were emphasizing the cracks in the Crane's relationship rather than painting them as the One True Pairing. Honestly, Katrina seems a bit shady to me, and Ichabod seems rather aloof towards her and mistrusting. I'm guessing this is a directing choice, because I doubt it has anything to do with the actors. Mison has chemistry with his cell phone and Katia Winter's chemistry is fine with John Noble and the actor who plays Abraham. I could be way off, but the people who write this show do it for a living and have to have at least half of a brain. My guess is they want us to see the strain building in the Crane's marriage. They could have just left her stuck with Abraham and left Ichabod pining over her, but instead they brought her and Crane together to let us know there was trouble in paradise. The fact that they sent her back to Abraham speaks volumes. If they wanted us to believe in their amazing love story, they would have left them together and kept shoving them down our throats. Nope, I'm sure there is more going on than meets the eye!
  25. Thank God Katrina went back to Abraham. It's not even that I dislike her, but she really kills the mood between the witnesses, and I don't even ship Crane and Abbie. I wouldn't mind at all if Katrina turned out to be shady or ends up going dark. Her character just doesn't jibe with the rest of the team. She sucks the fun right out of the air.
