Damn. You're right. The design your own textile challenge is one of my favorites. Bummer. Does anyone remember a few seasons back during the makeover challenge someone had a real mousy woman with long, long hair (like hair that hadn't been cut in 10 years) and they cut it and put her in this fabulous gown? Now that was a makeover. She was stunning and they won. I'm trying to remember who the designer was.

If the girl had pink hair and was wearing plaid then I guess that was Meg. You didn't miss a thing.

OMG. That chick who sang "Celebrity Skin" was TERRIBLE. Holy hell. Other than that - they were all decent.

Completely agree with the bit about the live rounds. Pharrell and Gwen are fantastic performers, so I'm excited to see what they come up with for their teams.

OK - I just finished S3. Some thoughts: Sonja - She looked GREAT! She was a normal, articulate, functioning human being. No weirdness, no yapping about all her "deals" and businesses. No interns. Why can't we have this Sonja now?!??!! Bethenny - Happy this was her last season. She's exhausting. Jill - So I actually liked Jill in S1 & S2, but not sure what happened in S3. She was icky. I understand that she fabricated the fight w/Bethenny for a storyline, right? I think the Jill highlight for me was her skating party. God, what an embarrassment. Oh, no - wait. Her walking into the house in St. Barth's to DEAD SILENCE was worse. Jeebus that was awkward. I actually felt a smidge sorry for her. Alex - Gah. I do NOT like Alex. Her whole hyperventilating thing when Jill showed up was ridic. Dramatic, much? Alex highlight: her "sexy" walk while Kelly was taking her picture on the beach. Nothing sexy about Alex. Lu - I like Lu and always have. Her recording session was a hot mess, though. Sweet to see her introduce Jacques to the ladies at her release party. She seemed genuinely happy. RIP Lu & Jacques. Krazy Kelly - Yikes. I knew about Scary Island and had seen some of it before, but wow. Truthfully, I sort of get where she was coming from at first. She was probably forced on the trip (despite what Andy claims) and really didn't like hearing them trash talk the other ladies (esp. her buddy Jill) and was uncomfortable. That I get. I don't know WTF that outburst at dinner was though. That was NUTS. Totally off the hook. Mental breakdown, indeed. The Moaner - Oh, Ramona, Ramona , Ramona. Turtle Time. God, I could watch her (try to) dance for hours. Girl has no rhythm. I briefly debated taking a shot everytime Ramona said renewal. "My hair cut is a renewal! TruREnewal! Renewing our vows!" BTW--Renewing your vows on your 17th anniversary is the kiss of death. RIP Moaner & Mario. P.S. Avery and her eyerolls still ROCK!

Since you called the show clumsy and stupid I assume you watched it? :) The Natalia thing. While I thought she was treated pretty heinously by Asha and the others, and I do think Tim should've nip that in the bud, I never thought he behaved that terribly. I don't want to get off topic so that's all I'll say about it.

Yeah, I agree with this. The dress was boring and the top was ill-fitting to say the least. I think he should have made a long, strapless dress with multiple tiers and placed different colored dye in each tier.

I don't know if it's that I'm noticing it more, but there seemed to be A LOT of shots last night of him with his mouth hanging open.

I also hate Tim for using his save on Char because he could've used it this week for Fade.

How the fuck is Sandhya still around?? That was horrific. I hate this show. I hate this show for giving Korina immunity last week, because her garment was something a child could make. I hate this show for eliminating my Fade.

No, but that was terrible too. It was an ill-fitted yellow pantsuit that she wore to the S1 finale holiday dinner. The same dinner where Francois or Johannes climbed all over Jason #1 and tore apart his hamburger while he was eating it.

I agree with this entire post. I, too, like Amanda. I liked her in her original season as well. I've seen nothing from her that screams "phony". I understand being upset that someone who you had been getting along with fairly well all of a sudden says, "Oh, yeah, I've been meaning to tell you this--I think you're a big, fat phony." I mean, Korina is a giant asshole and totally believe she said it even if the cameras didn't catch it.

It reminded me of the time that Anya "lost" her money at Mood and had to construct (I use that term loosely) her garment out of muslin and....voila! They all magically got a second trip back! And guess who won that challenge? The whole thing reeks to me.

I don't think so. They've already brought her back once - they won't do it again.
