  1. Britt (to Nikolas): Don't come back here unless you're injured or dying...hope to see you soon! Gawd that was great. And F off, Nikolas. How many friends do you have? When's the last time we even saw him talk to Liz?
  2. Adding to the list, Ned was with both Alexis and her sister Kristina. And Helena was with both Mikkos and Victor Cassadine.
  3. I dunno if the timeline of when Suzy and Holly interacted lines up, but I guess that's the ticking bomb that would eventually go off between her and Vanessa. It is interesting, after setting up Suzy as a bad influence on Leyla, that I suspect Suzy is serious about living clean from now on and Leyla - not wanting her party outlet to run dry - will be the bad influence on her.
  4. On one hand, I don't hate it, I like Gregory Harrison in this role. On the other...Alexis has been with Dr. Michael Easton...and it turns out they also both were with Jackie soooo....
  5. Some Britt-related spoilers I saw on Twitter that seem to hint at Josh Kelly's entrance and, if so, suggest he's not a recast Jason: 5/31 - As the cocktails flow, Britt causes a scene at the Society Setups event before things take a drastic turn. 6/1 - Upset Britt urges Dante to make an arrest while Maxie, Sam, Spinelli, Brad, Brook Lynn, and Chase look on. 6/2 - Sam's surprised by what she hears about Dante.
  6. "I will never be over what Nina did," says Carly to the woman whose husband she slept with. Ugh. I just really hate that the show has made me hate Bobbie, given she only shows up to sign off on whatever her obnoxious daughter is up to.
  7. Yeah, what? I know some are happy the show remembered that Sam is a Cassadine and that got Spencer to open up, but I find it hard to believe he'd tell Sam - have they even had a scene since he's been SORASed? - over Britt. In other news, shut up, Carly.
  8. New promo: Please tell me what the hell Carly is doing smirking approvingly in a scene where Michael is blithering on about "the Quartermaines being united". She's been sowing division among the Quartermaines for decades! And then Drew looking all smurfily at her, barf. They really ruined him fast.
  9. They did reference Victor, IIRC, when Kevin was explaining the retcon to Laura.
  10. That's how they explained Ryan being undead, that instead of dying in that fire or whatever, the DVX scooped him up and had him doing wetwork for them for years.
  11. Wow, Spencer really was shitty to Britt, he could have put Britt off questioning him about the pill and Esme without leveling her and basically disavowing their bond, which only hurt more after the super cute scene of her making him say "pweaty pwease Britt!" and recording it. I hope he apologizes to her at some point when all the Esme shit comes out. And then Britt had to deal with Carly. Isn't it pretty shitty of Carly to put Britt in this position, even on the fringe, given Nina is Britt's cousin? And Carly doesn't know where to get a DNA test, really? She's been the leading lady in a soap city for too many years not to know that. I don't like the hint about Esme being Felicia's, it really smells of what they did with LWB/FS, Faison, and Anna. If they needed Esme to have a mother in town - which they don't really, Ryan is a legacy tie enough - I think making it Lucy would have been more interesting. Say she slept with Ryan thinking he was Kevin at some point, was too ashamed when she found out and had the kid adopted, etc. Hell, blame it on the magic candles!
  12. What is this I'm reading on Twitter that today implied that Esme is Ryan and FELICIA's daughter?!?!
  13. Maybe it's someone from his WSB stint? I also thought that this character might have something to do with whatever secret from her days on the run with Faison Britt is keeping.
  14. I feel like I remember Josh Kelly and Kelly Thiebaud being in a Lifetime movie together... Anyway, agreeing with the above, I really grew to enjoy Josh Kelly as a con man charmer who even sold the idea that Cutter was infuated with Gigi at the end of OLTL so Jason would not be a good fit. Just make him a rascally paramedic who beds Britt from ambulance bay to hospital roof! And yes, get him in scenes with Amanda Setton immediately, they were so fun together as siblings on OLTL.
  15. Josh Kelly (Cutter Wentworth) is the latest OLTL-er to land at "General Hospital": https://deadline.com/2022/05/general-hospital-josh-kelly-cast-abc-drama-1235020568/ On one hand, I really grew to enjoy Kelly as Cutter towards the end of the show, and I'm here already for him being paired with Kelly Thiebaud's Britt. On the other, I really hope that the speculation that he's a recast Jason isn't true because that would not be a good fit IMO, just make him a rascally paramedic! On yet a third hand, get him in scenes with Amanda Setton immediately so I can pretend I'm watching my scheming Wentworth sibs!
  16. Previews...you'd think I'd grow immune to Carly's haughty expressions given they're in the previews basically every day, but ugh, the one she's throwing at Valentin here really annoyed me for some reason.
  17. Agreed. Tea could be A Lot (she was THE WORST during the Widow Delgado era towards the end of the ABC run), but FloLo always tore into it. And ditto what @jsbt said about always enjoying Tea when she was in shark lawyer mode.
  18. So Leyla's big secret is that she's been doing drugs on the sly. I'm a bit mixed on it. I kinda like the setup - that it was this once-in-a-while thing she was doing outside the village with her party friend to deal with all the craziness in her actual life, but now it's creeping into said actual life via Suzy's presence in the village. But while it's a nice touch that Jai got mixed in given his own cocaine addiction (and having been reminded he and Leyla have a romantic history, that could lead to all kinds of drama down the line), it was also a reminder that this show has done this story before, and not terribly long ago. But also, Liam? If your wife comes home beaming about the great day she had, maybe have A glass of champs with her, c'mon.
  19. "I'm not gonna shoot you, I'm gonna shoot Vickers!" Love. Clint and Shotgun were another great pairing. Also, it's on the record that I do not care for Rex and Gigi, but the look they exchange when Clint mentions Kim and the dirt on her that David was able to dig up is pretty funny.
  20. I've said this before, my favorite moment in this is right before they kiss. Kim, throughout these scenes, has been a bit of the aggressor - she's set out to seduce him, she's waiting in his bed, etc. But right then, whether by design or not, she takes a step back. And then Clint steps in, pulls her to him, huskily retorts what she'd just said, and lays one on her. It's quite hot. I'd be remiss if I didn't post these scenes, where Clint busts Kim for worming her way into Buchanan Enterprises. This is what really sold me on their dynamic:
  21. Shut up, Amy 2.0. We've all pulled a sickie to get out of work, but you don't get to be a snitty B when you get busted. Ugh, she is going to be so insufferable as this every-six-weeks romance between Terrry and Chet unfolds. I'm always wary of the show making Britt too warm and fuzzy, but her teaching conversation with TJ was nice, and I liked her rapport with Terry.
  22. Loved Lucy rocking up to Tad Martin Gray's room in some classic soap vixen furs, though maybe she should have closed the hotel room door before dropping them lol. Tad Martin Gray is still a bit of a ham, but his affection for Lucy is winning me over, and Herring and Knight are cute together. And hey, it's already leagues better than Lucy's pairing with Ian Thornhart on "Port Charles"! So the Valentin wrench in their relationship has already been put back in the toolbox...okay? Although I guess it makes sense for Valentin to try and keep Lucy on-side re: ELQ.
  23. Aw, I'm selfishly pleased we heard from Amanda Setton, she doesn't do social media at all so I wasn't sure we would. Everyone's condolences are so nice. Unsurprisingly, sounds like verDorn was a lovely guy who was a pleasure to work with. Sob!
  24. Mark Lawson (Brody Lovett): https://www.instagram.com/p/CdE1wIHpSwV/ (And there's nice replies from Josh Kelly (Cutter Wentworth) and Melissa Fumero (Adriana Cramer)).
