  1. Zoey being changed into a different dress I think was a Jen thing...she didn't know how to comfort the poor thing which was obvious from the way she held her sitting face forward on a knee/leg that was too tiny to begin with? Jen should have held her like the baby she was, face forward with her beating heart next to Zoey's to help calm her, she might as well have perched her on a ledge for all the comfort she was. I too am wondering about this sudden lack of bonding with Bill that happened. Before Jen left India she was seen holding Zoey and she was cradling her face forward like an infant should be...I guess someone taught her how to do that since the day prior she didn't have a clue...maybe Kate. And maybe Jen wanted Zoey's orphanage clothes removed asap because they were dirty! And that might explain why she held her at arm's length in the orphanage clothes. The dress was much prettier than the dress Jen put her in too and did not look dirty, it looked crisp and she looked like a little doll in it. Hmmmm...here comes that ocd again, now where are those pots....
  2. Agree! The question from the 10 year old was a TLC contrived question. All Will knew was "Mama ick." Jen goes to the hospital anyway, Will didn't need to hear more than that at his age and knew enough for his stage of development. Liked how they cleared up the "dress conspiracy" with Zoey on Gotcha Day. And talked about staging it. Guess they were reading the forums....lol I thought Jen was quite calm for the most part and it was nice to see her settled. The kids seem to put her on her last nerve with anxiety. Was glad to hear Bill use the OCD reference when Jen said she had to clean out the pots in the garden. I really enjoyed seeing more of the kids playing and laughing together.....FINALLY! Jen said Will liked to be close to Zoey at meals so he could be there for the food she doesn't want....bang on. The one thing Jen and Bill said in the intro to the show was how many questions the viewers had about the kids and it was clear the kids were the focus of THEIR show....I think they were making a point to the viewers that the show is still about them but they have added kids and the kids have piggy-backed on the show itself or something. TLC changed the logo to include kids to complete the little family. I hope Bill and Jen don't think they have much more to offer to viewers than we already know, am done with them, had stopped watching the show seasons ago until they got Will. I liked the information about the cameras too. Will was oblivious to them from the get go and I imagine he was quite used to them at New Day so it was seamless. Zoey not so much.
  3. Nice article...thanks....I think Will is solitary and Zoey is parallel.
  4. Will is seen using that device a lot! He always has it or is reaching for it that is when he doesn't have food happening. He would pick up words much quicker interacting with other kids instead of being allowed to isolate himself with a device. He doesn't even speak with Zoey? They are not even playing together, they are side by side sure while on the hotel room floor or in the strollers but not smiling/laughing together or hey Zoey look at this and pointing at it...nothing....they are becoming more isolated using them and this is not helping him speak. It is something to keep him occupied and is a hand held babysitter to keep him/them quiet. I hope we hear tonight a question/answer about a speech therapy app that is available for Will in particular who is seriously lagging behind in his speech development. If it is just a game player then time is being wasted for Will. It is great Jen and Bill chattering a lot but Jen is talking a mile a minute, she needs to slow it down big time and take a page out of the speech therapist's book. Both Bill and Jen should be learning tools from the speech therapist on how they can help as what they are doing now is clearly not working. Will has hardly improved. He tunes them out as most kids do their parents. And if Will is staring into his device completely immersed in his game he is paying no attention to what is going on around him. Zoey is now doing the same thing. Will and Zoey are not even playing together or trying to talk to each other....they just seem to be along for the ride. I heard last week that most daycares do potty training for the parents now as it is easier than changing tons of diapers so I guess that makes it easy for the parents......back in the day it was a different story.
  5. Several weeks ago on their FB page they asked for questions that they might put on the show. I asked if they planned to home school their children so am hoping that is answered. Bill has referred to Will going to school being just around the corner although he is only 4 and not ready to go into much other than daycare.
  6. My stepson had OCD and his came in the form of checking ie he would put something down and go back and check it 3-7x, even playing hockey he would miss shots because he was adjusting his helmet 3-7x, drove us bonkers. OCD has many forms and in Jen's case it appears to be control and messy times. Agree with the poster who said there is no comfort happening when they make a mess or are sick, just focus on the wiping. Seriously would Jen have even considered climbing onto the kitchen counter alone to get the dinner plates if Kate and the camera crew had not been there? And if she would then that is very very wrong and neglectful. If she had fallen and knocked herself out or broken her arm/leg then what? So much for building and designing a kitchen where she and Bill as little people could safely reach everyday items and aren't plates in that category? Why were they up so high, why didn't she ask Kate to grab the plates for her? She relied on staff in case something happened. Would have been cute though to see Will run for the pink stethoscope and listen to Jen's back and then call 911 to tell the operator "mama ick!"
  7. I was surprised Bill admitted his wanting control so much when someone else is driving....I am not sure how fun living with Bill and Jen would be when they both have so much of it. I think Will has a bit of ocd. I remember that time Bill tried to fill Will's glass with water from his own but he had ice cubes in his and some went into Will's cup and splashed some water around and Will started a hissy fit waving his little hand as fast as he could nearing tears and Bill asked Will to relax while Jen said something like uhoh or something like it was a no no to be messy......I was kind of waiting for a mini meltdown when Will got glitter glue on his fingers but it made him smile and I am pretty sure he showed the camera man and giggled...cute! I guess when you don't have control over a lot of things you try to control as much as you can....ok signing off now as ocd shrink..LOL
  8. Agreed! I have zero interest in Bill and Jen anymore, have learned all I want to about them and only want to see the kids and more of them. I am feeling like the scenes are so contrived now the kids aren't even talking or interacting with each other at all. They seem to look at the camera far more and wait for Bill or Jen to guide them through "the plan.." I fast forward a lot of the show now. I find it very odd that Will and Zoey don't try to talk to each other, in fact Will doesn't even look at her or what she is doing. He doesn't even look up if someone says something to Zoey, it is like she is not there. I notice Zoey watches Will a lot and follows him around and mimics what he is doing when Jen isn't controlling her and she is free to do what she wants. I am talking about at the craft table for an example. I want to see those kids interact together, how do they communicate with each other, how do they "share" toys, do they have any kind of banter while they are snacking or eating? I have to say Will is not as outgoing a little boy as he used to be. At New Day he was used to many more children and helping push them around and muttering out loud as can be seen in some videos. I notice as of late he seems more into himself if that makes sense. I am often now finding the scenes with the kids in them a bit boring too because what is there to watch? Jen trying to get them excited about the tent when all they cared about was the flashlight? He seems to stare downwards quite a bit.....where is Will and what have they done with that little heartbreaker?? Or is this all about being jealous?
  9. I thought Will said "hum" (home) because that is always what Will says when he thinks they are going somewhere.
  10. I literally laughed out loud at the one dog up on the counter where the sink is looking around like "I dare you to get me down!" Hilarious. Yep 5 dogs to look after was a bit much and TLC added it for drama it seems. Thank God for Kate being there to help out...she seems to have a firm hand with both Will and Zoey, I noticed she didn't ask if they wanted to obey her they were told how to behave and where they could and could not go. I agree with the poster's comment about Jen and Bill behaving like grandparents! Bang on. Why oh why is Will still in diapers? My friend's sons were trained completely at 24 months, Will is now over 4 years old...yes delayed because of the orphanage but he should be well caught up by now and they have a nanny? No excuse there. Zoey should also be potty trained. Will is very behind in his development. Zoey talks and behaves older than Will does. Her speech is so much better than Will's. Will is still saying one word "sentences" to indicate what he wants and unless we know what he is saying (eat, Baba, hum, Mama) then I leave it to closed captioning to try to figure out what he is saying. I feel very badly for my boy being so behind. He is nowhere ready to join other kids his own age without making himself a bullying target. He behaves like a baby. Yes we used to make forts/tents in the house for fun when we were kids but just used a couple of old sheets across a couch and a chair pushed together. They seemed to like it but yes Will sleeps with a CPAP so I imagine them going in there was just for the filming and then they went to bed as usual as we heard nothing about how long they slept or any details. Them being so close to that fireplace did make me nervous. Jen has no dexterity at all and moves like a wooden soldier, not surprising after all her surgeries so it is completely unrealistic she can care for one child never mind 2. Again they are relying on the camera/production people to be there for emergencies. Jen was not on her own, such bullshit. Jen is so hyper, wow, she made me nervous, no wonder the dogs were going wild and then that got Will and Zoey going crazy running around until Kate intervened. Arts and crafts was a joke, those kids are not allowed to step outside of what Jen wants and it is all for the sake of the show, it must look perfect. I have to say I hate those long wigs she is wearing...they overpower her tiny body. She just looks more in proportion with her pixie cut. And speaking of hair, Judy needs a dye job!!! Those were some roots. I too wondered why Jen had to call Baba when he was with his brothers...gmab! The brothers looked irritated and not surprised that Jen would do that. It was thoughtless and rude on Jen's part to intrude. I don't think Bill's family have the time of day for Jen or her family so Judy staying away was no surprise as she likely knows she is not liked....truth being I think Bill tolerates her as well. He freely admitted they often don't agree. Bill and Jen are riding the fame train now and the kids have to go along for the ride..."ABOAR!"
  11. Well the kids certainly don't annoy me. I love a place to snark about those on the show who do and am so glad this is not a fan site.
  12. Ahhh yes Bill's clothes......baggy shorts he has to keep pulling up so my guess is no belt and they haven't been altered, same shorts every show just a different color and of course the RL polo/golf shirt and his dockers or crocs...pretty much that is it! Of course his suits would have to be custom made and shirts.
  13. Jen watches the kids and the dogs all by herself huh...should be interesting how she does that.....bust out those tethers!! And in my best Will's yell "Al Bord!" And I saw the tent in the living room right beside the fireplace where Zoey took a tumble, makes me nervous. I also noticed in the promo they changed that big coffee table and it is now a round wooden one, more space and no corners to be child proofed, much better. They built that dream house with 2 children on the horizon yet they have no yard for kids and limited space in the house to play except for the media room or their own rooms I guess and yet the tent is in the living room, can't wait to hear why...
  14. Well I am a normal sized person and I could care less where Jen gets her clothes because they would never fit me or look right on a bigger person. Anything that is made small looks adorable. I personally am not a fan of Jen's clothes/style, all cardigans and ballet slippers or shift dresses with matching shoes. Who wears matching shoes??!! Her worst outfit was the black and white polka dot dress with matching ballet slippers....cute on a 5 year old but that is all. I am sure she shops at upscale children's stores like when she and Judy went shopping for Zoey's clothes. A poster said that was a very upscale store =$$. She doesn't buy her clothes at discount stores. And in China she bought the Mandarin dress in a children's size which fit her perfectly and was one of the better looking outfits I have seen her in. I want to see more of the kids but I am being selfish and also think what is best for the kids is taking the cameras away. I notice Will and now Zoey look often at the cameras. The episodes are being drawn out with too much couch time with Bill/Jen almost like filler time which was quite evident in the last episode when Bill went on and on and on about how he and Will had the same love of trains and cars, geez tell us something new Bill or tell us something else.
  15. Well the fact he didn't stand says it all then because the performances have just not been "stand-worthy" and Harry is the only one who got it right!
  16. Well said and I so agree! This season in particular was the lamest I have watched in years. HCJ was a child prodigy in music! He brings a level of expertise to judging no other judge has been able to bring to date. All JLO could do was make sarcastic remarks and encourage booing of him by starting it herself...real grown up JLO. Not sure about Keith now...to me he goes with the flow as evidenced last season....HCJ made him step up his game and actually give more constructive feedback to the contestants. Then it became very very apparent that HCJ was completely squelched in anything he had to offer so he made it into a comedy show, egging JLO on, acting wild and crazy, putting a girl on his shoulders, gummy bears and on and on! He made the best of a bad situation and the one thing he seemed to have control over was not participating in stupid undeserved standing ovations! Bang on Harry and thanks for staying true while the other two judges did what the ptb wanted. I live in Canada and we couldn't vote from here for a long time so never got used to it but always had someone I was rooting for until this season...I too cannot believe we are stuck with these 2 people who we will likely never hear much about again and why should we. Karaoke bars are full of people just like this, they have nothing special to offer in my opinion. I don't think I can take another season of JLO acting out, HCJ not being allowed to be HCJ and Keith being the tag along.....
  17. Agree MrMattyMatt, I think everyone feeds Jen's ego and she has a big appetite! Bill is the worst with the "my wife, what would I do without my wife, my wife has to go first, I love my wife" and on and on! I get that he loves his wife but give me a break!
  18. I am sure we will never see Bill popping pain meds on the show!! They haven't even told us on the show about Bill's back problem and needed surgery have they or did I miss it? I have only picked up about his back from other posters telling us what he says on Twitter about why he is laying face down as much as possible. A lot of pain medications are considered narcotics and no one should be "operating machinery" while under the influence, same as alcohol.
  19. Literally bust a gut laughing out loud at this one! I love Will cupping his little hand into a megaphone and wish I could say it the way he does...."all boor" or something like that, cracks me up!
  20. Well that was some sham of a press conference! I saw 2 people in the "audience" in the beginning and they never showed the "audience" after that...I am not sure what had to be announced that the hospital personnel did not know after all these months and them being on tv with their own show and on People magazine covers over and over again. Give me a break. TLC and Jen and Bill are treating us like idiots more and more every show. I also completely agree about the promos, lies lies and more lies, enough already. I thought they were going to tell us they brought out the harness/dog leash because they had lost either Will or Zoey. Now we see Jen and Bill both admitting they are unable to look after their children without assistance, be it human or with a leash/harness. I am just glad they are admitting finally how challenged they are to look after children. Bill wandering around GC station alone was cute but also showed how vulnerable he is to a lurking predator after Will/Zoey for money. It looked pretty remote where Bill took Will. Guess I am paranoid! I felt Grandma Barbara's love and sorrow at not being able to see her grandkids due to distance. Maybe she doesn't have a lot of money to spend on travel and time off work. It was funny hearing her say how one load of laundry for Bill as a child was enough! Also heartily agree Jen's voice and persona and annoying nervous laugh would not be marketable to a viewing audience. She has no more to offer than any other doctor. I no longer watch Dr Oz who has become a fear monger and I hate his "show and tell" segments. Having Jen on (yet again) and a phony press conference is overkill and milking the cancer now. It is over and she has less than a 10% chance of recurrence so can we say thanks (yet again) and finally move on please. And now her ringing the bell has become part of the opening of the show.....can you say fast forward.... I was glad to see Jen somewhat calmer than she has been. Bill is looking tired, he is likely doing too much along with taking medications for his back pain.
  21. If the ptb have "silenced" Harry I wonder what they might have done with Simon...I miss Simon and would have loved to hear his comments about all of them!!
  22. Thanks constantknot! I am glad they gave him those tools to help him until it comes together for him!
  23. I remember reading New Day used/taught sign language with the kids and it is very apparent Will uses his hands a lot to communicate. HIs fingers are not actually signing as I have seen before with fingers or at least that I can understand myself with no knowledge but he knows how to use his hands to say no and eat anyway. I wonder if the use of this type of communication hurt him more than helped him by not encouraging the use of words. Just a thought. I so want to hear Will talk!
  24. Of course little people can be athletic, kids are.
