  1. Mel B. shouldn't yell so much....please keep the volume down, Mel, we know you want to display your enthusiasm, but muzzle it! Why don't the judges wear the same outfits all season, then we wouldn't have to wonder if some of it was taped or live. Tyra, Mel B, and Heidi change outfits after every commercial, and we're not supposed to notice that?. As previous posters have commented, it seems as if there are too many "professional" contestants" on the show which spoils the whole idea of AGT.
  2. Please say "sexual abuse survivors" not "victims". Anyone who was sexually, phyically or emotionally abused is a Warrior who has survived the worst experience to ever happen to a child. What I would change about the show is, for gawd sake get rid of the snoozefest introduction with the voice over. Does the show always have to begin the exact same way? I zip through the bushes and scenery while they chat about virtually nothing. Don't any of these producers have the imagination or thought that viewers are becoming bored? As previous posters have commented, the shower scenes or body wash/baby powder routine we can definitely do without. We get the picture, it's profoundly difficult to clean oneself when one weighs over 600 lbs, and we don't have to be shown someone's ass to prove it! I suppose they include the surgery to show Dr. Now's ability to perform delicate and complicated surgery, however, each week viewing the stomach removal is so zip through-ish. Please do more on the psychotherapy side. I loathe when they show the person sitting there for five minutes and then the therapist never says "how are you feeling now" or "can we meet again" or "did you want to make another appointment" or "please get back to me if you have any questions or just want to talk". Dr. Now should suggest this when they first begin the weight loss.
  3. Not a fan at all and gave up half-way through the first episode. As above poster stated, the music was so annoying (didn't help with a migraine in progress).
  4. Why aren't these 'judges' remarking on copying other designers work? This isn't Project Runway!! more like a farce.
  5. Maybe I'm mistaken, but didn't Erin win a challenge one week with a dress similar to this dress from Delpozo. The judges went goo-goo over this.
  6. Does Sonia really live at her own home or staying somewhere else? When she woke up in the morning before she met up with Nick, there was a twin bed beside her and didn't look like a bedroom for a woman who has her own apartment. Also, the bedspread and pillow cover appeared to be commercial linen.
  7. Who has a Grand Opening of a yogurt store, aiming for families and kids, with an owner greeting customers and her boobs falling out of her top? Farrah thought she looked impressive. That is not tasteful or professional. Also, she wants to expand her stores nationwide? LOL. Goodluck, according to the negative comments on Yelp, this idiotic, 10-year 'dream' looks as if it's going down the toilet. As if this is a new concept. In my city, too many stores opened and many closed. Cate, get rid of your 'therapist', this woman knows shit.
  8. This JJ episode is a hoot, didn't catch how old it is, but the plaintiff obviously studied some sort of acting classes and thought it was her chance to perform and claim fame in front of JJ, Byrd and millions of people in TV land. "The Tupperware Lady" is extremely attached to her tupperware and no one must ever, ever borrow or hide any item that may belong to her or there will be hell to pay. As the defendant was rolling her eyes, I was LOL my head off and imagining that she was relieved that this nut is out of her life.
  9. This used to be one of my favorite shows, but now that they have this separate storyline going on (which I missed last season), I am confused and am not really interested when they show this part on an episode. I've lost interest now and rarely watch any episodes now.
  10. Don't know where this fits, but was looking through Youtube (Inside the Actor's Studio) and found this on Olivia (Mariska Hargitay): Also this:
  11. I think in Ryan and Jacklyn's relationship, Ryan didn't think he would be paired up with someone with such a strong personality, and hoped he perhaps could convince her to move into his home? I know he feels responsible for his family, and I understand his commitment, however, is he going to give up a marriage, or choose to live in a downstairs basement for the rest of his life? He should have thought this through. Dr. Pepper, you are useless. I think Dr. P. looks defeated already and realizes her mistake in pairing this couple; so much for experts. These 'experts' bombed this year in pairing couples, as I can't imagine that these were the final three who would be the ones perfectly paired for the show.
  12. It really irritated me when they turned the story line into a twist showing Ben snooping around Jess's house and finding her pills. Yes, lithium is used for Bipolar Disorder, but they carried it too far showing Jess going crazy. We are supposed to be changing people's thoughts and educating them about mental illness, not creating more stigma. I found this post from PsychCentral http://blogs.psychcentral.com/being-bipolar/2015/04/27/the-portrayal-of-bipolar-disorder-on-abcs-secret-and-lies/
  13. And this show is still on the air and will be returning for another season? CBC must be desperate for entertainment, because after the first amateurish pitch with the zombies, I had to sign off and will never watch DD again. Who approves the auditions? If these people made it, who didn't make it? Really, really bad. A bunch of morons pitching with zombies, dressed up like people you'd find in a school play, to rich people with money they hope will invest. Go figure, would you dare even compare this to any other show. They should be ashamed of themselves. Why didn't they just edit this pitch out and save themselves the embarrassment? Imagine the Dragons sitting there listening to that crap? Then next season they have the Joe Fresh guy. Cancel the show before all is lost.
  14. They never say on this show if they continue with therapy. Even though Laura confronted her mother, either I missed something or they edited the conversation, but it wasn't clear about their discussion at lunch. I found this post on a blog https://cherished79.wordpress.com/2015/03/18/what-happened-next-when-you-told-someone-about-your-sexual-abuse/ Maybe this is what happened?
  15. I've had an adrenal gland problem since I was born and not discovered until I was sixteen. All of my weight is around my middle, yet I have very thin legs. I once weighed close to 300 lbs. and I literally looked like Mr. Peanut. I didn't have any weight loss surgery, but over the years I have lost a lot of weight and down to about 160. The adrenal problem has me taking hydrocortisone daily (since I was 16, low dose 10 mg). So, now my shape is, very thin legs, thinner arms, thin face and chest yet still have the friggin fat around the middle (less than I had before). Perhaps Laura should have been advised to have medical issues checked out. I was so happy that she mobile though, she really tried.
