Winston's message to Cece might be the best thing that ever happened on this show. The Nick and Jess storyline seemed realistic to a couple in their situation. Not sure about Cece and Schmidt getting engaged, but since I'm tired of them cicling each other I happy to see them have some forward progression.

Gia dies while Cami still roams the streets of NOLA..... I just don't understand why they keep killing the enjoyable characters while the tedious ones remain... sigh.

I thought that was odd as well. He said numerous times Caroline is not on TO and won't be anytime in the future for that matter...... So why keep going back and forth antagonizing people who clearly have nothing better to do? If you want to do a twitter Q&A just answer people who ask questions prevalent to your show and keep it moving.

Dear lord.. Michael Narducci has spent the last two days on twitter getting into pissing matches with klaroline fans. Don’t get me wrong most of them are rude and obnoxious but as a grown man how in god’s name do you engage in an argument with someone who calls you “mean” for not making Klaus and Caroline happen and ruining their lives?? I mean clearly the person is either extremely young or not all there. He actually wrote he was trying to teach them a lesson…. Dude, the lesson should be when you’re the front runner for a poorly rated CW show don’t engage with children on social media, cause no one comes out looking good!

Sweet baby Jesus do I love Claudia Black as Dahlia…. And I guess we can add a new family member Klaus has oodles of chemistry with. I think I could be convinced to watch an entire series of the two of them tramping through the woods talking. Dahlia certainly is a smart cookie, she knew exactly where to hit Klaus. “ Family only has brought me pain, I want power” and “ If you unite with me no one will ever challenge us”…. She played him like a fiddle. Having said that I almost wish she was being truthful and we could send Hope away with her and be done with this baby storyline. I am so tired of watching Hayley tote around that creepy doll thing. However I agree with most people saying (disappointingly)Klaus is playing a long con with Dahlia. While I don’t believe Klaus “never cared for Hayley” I did laugh out loud at the line and thought “Don’t worry buddy most of your viewership says the exact same thing weekly.” I’m still not sure if I dislike the whole werewolf storyline or I just don’t find Hayley all that believable in the role of “Queen”…… regardless of how many people remind me she is the crescent woofs queen. Call me crazy but I kinda liked Cami and Vincent, although to be fair I always love Vincent the other came as shock. …. And Charles Michael Davis, might I just say…. “ How YOU doing?”

I too would hate to encourage anyone to lose their job... However.... I wouldn't be opposed to a shake up in the cast and a possible time jump. I'm starting to become tired of everything revolving around saving hope. A leap forward could put some distance between the current storyline and new possibilities for season 3. This might not be a popular opinion but I could get behind dumping the Wolves all together.

You would talk with Cami in a Cafe over coffee..... and wish for nothing more? Way to aim low buddy..... While I appreciate bold moves I don't necessarily love killing off characters I really enjoy, Kaleb/Kol, Mikael, Aidan. On the other hand it's hard to get too upset by these deaths when staying dead on TO or TVD is usually an issue. Dahlia was perfect in her scene with Hayley, trying to explain her crazy with just the right amount of "logic". The casting department continues to knock it out of the park this season. Curious how much Klaus will be in the next episode.

It actually amazes me how great the casting department is for this show, but somehow glaring errors in judgment were made for the choice of actresses for Cami and Hayley. Don't get me wrong the writing isn't doing either of them any favors but better acting could go a long way in helping the characters.

I know! I mean I already think Hayley is enough of a classless dick without the additional piling on, writers! Essentially Gia is there to help you and Elijah get additional protection for your child in the form of Rebekah.... So maybe put your big girl pants on and behave. I understand they writers clearly think she's "sassy" and "strong" but between the slouching, the accent, and the sexy looks I just can't with her anymore. Your wedding was less than a month ago!!!! Stop calling Elijah!!! Ugggggg.... Can we take Gia and get rid of Haley and Cami? I think I might have fell a little in love with Freya when she broke the chains and made the comment about the upgraded model. The actress really pulled off the subtle difference in her demeanor when she had enough of the Klauss-ness. (I repeat SUBTLE- Tonkin I'm looking at you...). Vincent awesome as usual. Was I the only one picturing The grunwald 50 years ago totally being up Elijah's alley? Now that would have been some chemistry!

In my ideal make believe world TVD does a shorten season ending with Bonnie and Caroline heading to New Orleans due to "witchy matters". A freak monsoon gets rid of Cami and Haley.... and BOOM I like every cast member on The Originals!

Oh good the cure is back again… Oh and Stefan’s humanity is off AGAIN! It’s like déjà vu…. Everything this episode felt a little off to me. Elena is not acting like someone who doesn’t have any of her preseason 6 memories of Damon. Like most I have been enjoying Bamon this season, but something seemed different with them last night. There was an awkwardness to Bonnie interrupting Elena and Damon that wasn’t quite in line with just walking in on two of your friends about to bone. I wonder if they really are pushing the pairing or it’s just how the actors interpret the material. While I love Caroline and Stefan as just friends, I think I could have (maybe) enjoyed them getting together if the writers had gone in a different direction to get them there. IMO their relationship this season has been tedious to say the least. I mean, I found it refreshing to see Caroline keep her personality and traits once she turned her humanity off… Why did she need to lose control and be just like Stefan and Elena when they were humanity-lite? They still could have gotten together but with them butting heads it would have been a more enjoyable path. Dude... I can actually hear Klaus demanding they both take their shirts off or he will ...... go pout quietly in the corner and watch? LOL

We're still calling these bunch of buffoons "Our heroes".... really? Can we start a petition to cut that shit out?

I don’t hate Gina but agree she's been getting WAY too much scene time recently. The character is much more entertaining in small doses. When her antics are constantly shoved in the audience face I find it hard to believe an entire squad of police officers would put up with her shit day in and day out.

Sometimes when I feel a little TOO invested in a show or storyline or a couple I take a peak in tumblr and think to myself… Nope I’m good, still sane! lol

I know! I've always found the actor attractive but tonight I was all "Why hello there!" I too loved this! Most of what she said was spot on and somehow absurdly reasonable.... Did anyone catch Stefan making a point about "him" being able to get through to Caroline ... and later he repeated to Elena to make sure " she" brought him back? Please let this not be foreshadowing for anything. Dear lord I do not want to get back on THAT merry go round again.

Couple of things... Personally, I've always like Caroline and Klaus. I'm a fan of the actors and the chemistry I saw between them.... However in a show about 100 year old vampires dating 18 year olds (some of which look like previous people the dated) I'm pretty sure no relationship is falling in the "healthy and mature" column so a debate about who likes what couple is subjective at best. You're also talking about Tumblr.... I mean it should have an Enter at your own risk sign on the website. Most posters there are somewhat fanatical, although I'm happy it's available for people and it allows "hardcore fans" to express their somewhat aggressive opinions off the forums I go on.... You know, it's all good if we stay in our own lane...

Jackson is way too good for any of these fruitcakes. Run Jackson, Run!!! Don't even get me started on this moron..... Queen, my ass! I was unhappily surprised Klaus just took Hayley’s threat and whole speech……. It made me miss 12 hybrid killing Klaus. I was kinda "Meh.." on the rest of the episode.

I agree I find this type of thing interesting as well. Even as the poster above mentioned, I don’t see this as a solidly performing show, but due to international revenue the renewal makes sense to the network. Things that wouldn’t occur to me at all. Anywho- On a creative front ( I know, I know) I wish this was the last season. They really have so many characters set up for a good ending. Alaric- Married and baby. Jeremy- Vampire hunting. Matt and Tyler- Police….. or maybe cop and mayor in the future (the new Liz and Carol, if you will)…. either way set to be the next generation of the council. Bonnie- Finally realizing she needs to put herself 1st and starts on her own journey. Caroline and Stefan- Without Liz in the picture she decides to go see the world. Stefan finally realizes this town is built on a hellmouth, along with it not being healthy to have super hearing AND live in the same house where your ex and brother are humping. So he decides to travel with Caroline. Couple or just friends- whatever your preference is. Damon and Elena-………….Who really cares anymore? For as much as I can, at some points, still enjoy the show I feel like another year will be at best repetitive and at worst pure shit.

I used to wonder what the writers room was like for this show. I was positive they were all drunk, although clearly they’ve moved onto something stronger for season 3… perhaps Meth? The crazy thing is some people actually LIKE this show. I don’t mean love to hate, they actually think it’s a GOOD quality show. After I meet one of these people it always makes me reevaluate my life. I mean is it me, am I actually the problem?? Nah….

For a moment, when Caroline walked into the house and saw the flowers on the table, I thought it might be addressed. Hell, he could have sent some from the beautiful werewolf wedding they just had over on TO! But in retrospect I doubt we’ll see any mention of the pair this season. I loved the pairing (I know all the criticism against them but I like their chemistry and if I have to put up with all the outlandish things on this show that makes no sense, I get to keep “Klaroline” as a guilty pleasure! lol), so I’m always happy to see some inkling of a mention but from what I have read from TPTB it ain’t happening.

I have to say, I was prepared to not like this episode but I actually enjoyed all the parts I thought would be poorly done. Young Caroline and Liz was cheesy but touching and I was happy the show addressed her standing in the community as the sheriff for over a decade. Heck even the singing wasn't too over the top. And Bravo to the Caroline/Damon scene, I thought her reaction to him was spot on in the kitchen and the kindness he displayed towards Caroline in the eulogy was along time coming. It's odd if the announcement of season 7 had come later I would really believe they had been working on wrapping some of these characters stories up for a series finale... Jeremy, Matt, Tyler, Ric, Liz, etc. In theory I liked the sentiment behind what Stefan said and in real life I think I would agree with him. However this ain't real life and I don't trust these writers to manage the nuance it would take for this concept to be done well. Also let us not forget we have special little snowflake Elena right over there, just waiting to make Caroline feel 2nd best.... again. Sigh, been there done that... boring. Not sure how I felt about the turning off humanity Caroline, it seems like lazy writing since EVERYONE has done it but I'll hold judgment till I see where it goes.... and it could be fun to see her cut loose a bit. BONNIE! Thank god! By the way can we start a petition for someone to snap Elena's neck at least once an episode? As soon as I noticed Caroline start to stroke her hair I started to smile....
