  1. Markus & McFeely also wrote CA: The First Avenger & CA: The Winter Soldier so they can write a cohesive screenplay. CACW & IW are what happens when you cram too many characters into a film. You end up with set/action pieces tenuously strung together at the expense of character development/exploration.
  2. I figure here is a good place to put this (don't know what their blog says because I refuse to give them clicks)
  3. Found this on tumblr about the group tattoo: Also this: Chris Evans & Scarlett Johansson. Chris tatooing the tattoo artist:
  4. Was he though? There's is nothing in MCU canon to suggest that the authorities are actively searching for Bucky or that they even knew he's alive or on the loose prior to CW. Steve only stepped outside the law to 1) take Bucky in because "if he's that far gone" he's the one most capable of doing it without dying and 2) prevent the authorities from executing their extrajudicial kill order. That last bit is something Steve would've stepped in on for anyone. Let's not forget that two days after signing the accords for which he was so gung-ho, Tony himself was breaking them because they wouldn't let him do what he wanted to do. Tony was making promises he had no business making. The deleted scene shows Bucky's extradition to Wakanda (for probable execution) was a done deal. RDJ said in an interview Tony was saying anything so he could "win."
  5. @mansonlamps, what recipe did you use? I have some buckwheat and would love to do something different with it.
  6. Steve wasn't dismissing anything. They all knew there were aliens. The "elevator's not worthy" scene at the end of Ultron has Tony, Steve, and Thor talking and Thor stating that the mind was the 4th infinity stone to show up recently and he felt someone was manipulating things. Steve asks if Thor can find out what's coming and Thor says yes. So they were all aware that something was coming. Not just Tony.
  7. Jill is "cooking" again. It certainly doesn't look very appetizing. I haven't checked their site (I refuse to give them clicks) to see if she posted the recipe.
  8. Regarding the spoilers and IW in general
  9. Well, I just spoiled myself. Heed the spoiler tag.
  10. Speculation ahoy. You know I've been
  11. IW cast plays family feud: IW cast press conference: And Chris Evans (who's not doing the press tour (BOO!) because he's doing a play on Broadway) on GMA:
  12. That's not gonna happen. Per IMDB, Emily VanCamp isn't listed in the cast for infinity war. IMHO, the whole Sharon romance was shoehorned in. No work was done to set it up. the last time Steve saw her in Cap2, he was frostily calling her "neighbor." And at the beginning of Cap3, Steve didn't even know where she was or that she was now CIA. Never mind the fact that she was Peggy's (grand?) niece. That kiss was simply a big no homo.

    MLB Thread

Add me to the list of pleasantly surprised with the Red Sox at 8-1.
  14. Better that than Iron Man 6. (Yeah still bitter over Cap3)
  15. Two articles/interviews with IW/Avengers4 writers, Markus & McFeely. Spoilers/speculation in both.
  16. I tried Zesty Herbs & Spice Fire Grilled Wings. Normally, I wouldn't buy something like this because $9.99 for 20oz is way too much and I can make my own much cheaper. But I had $1.50 manufacturer's coupon and a $1.50 store coupon that I could combine plus the fact they were on clearance at 50% off. They were okay bordering on good. So worth trying for $1.99 but not worth full price.
  17. If the girls' lawsuit goes forward, all this financial stuff should come out during discovery. If they're claiming loss of income, they'll have to show what they had for income prior to Joshgate.
  18. Crab rangoons because I've been craving them and I finally gave in and satisfied that craving.
