I thought this was actually far better than an average episode of SNL.

I'm definitely crushing on this team.

I'm blaming John and Steve for tonight, so I want to see one of them go next. There comes a point where the lame gameplay becomes incompetence.

I know I'm late to the party, but two observations: For Tara (re "Very very surprised to learn that Jeff Perry has a female wife"), Jeff Perry was married to Laurie Metcalf back in the day, before her marriage to Matt Roth. 2. To SnideAsides, there have been periods where three people are listed in the Doctor Who credits. Arthur Darvill was third billed for a time, for example.

That The Donald Schmo Show sounds hilarious. I'd overcome my boycott rules to watch that!

I think the producers not only enjoyed the drama they could milk out of Ryan's horrific parents, but they may have really disliked them too (based on opting to include footage clearly showing camera crew in the image). Usually that footage would end up on the digital equivalent of the cutting room floor. I was hoping we would get to see the show's psychologists debriefing Ryan and trying to undo the damage the show took on him.

Just don't let anything bad happen to "my" Enver Gjokaj!

I found the way that Mandy Moore's annoying doctor witnessed Kara committing Hunter's sister to be an effective means of clearing the decks for the heart to go to Kara (without the threatened appeal). I thought this was a pretty decent and sad episode, on balance.

I was instantly attracted to him on DOLLHOUSE, but it took several episodes for me to adore him and appreciate his performance. I see no reason to assume he won't have more unplumbed depths in this role, although not as many as Victor had perhaps.
