1. I disliked this episode for the same reasons as most everyone else. I'm tiring of Gerald's desperation too - not a good look on him. Some of the jokes are just too easy - everyone knows who Big Bird is, that fell completely flat.
2. Ugh, I hated that scene when Jane said "My story starts with you" (paraphrasing). I rolled my eyes at the whole scene. I did like those episode a little more. I don't really find Jaime Alexander stunning or anything, and her looks certainly don't distract me from the acting.
3. I found MG's acting atrocious this episode, the facial distortions, the overacting, the attempts at vulnerability - it was all kinda embarrassing. I like Dash best in humour scenes, he seems so lifeless otherwise. It seriously bothered me how easily Vega agreed to torture Dash and Arthur. It was actually disturbing for me that after a brief second she was all in. Since this show is basically dead, I'm okay with Vega being the case of the week, but not if it means I have to see MG act emotions.
4. I really enjoyed this. I liked Bridget's story too. Not every story needs to be a reflection of some ideal society where bad stuff doesn't happen. Her story was compelling, that is what maaqtters to me. Cutting off Butch's hand? Not cool Penguin, not cool at all. I'm afraid I don't see understand why Theo wants revenge. It doesn't seem like anything worth being upset abouty generations later.
5. This episode was middling. Lacey might be interesting though.
6. I'm finding the post-Quantico stuff a total bore. I totally don't even care who the terrorist is. I fast forwarded through a lot of that stuff because it was putting me to sleep. I'm also seriously tiring of Alex and her men - they are all so dull. I find Shelby, the twins, and Simon the most interesting because their characters seem less static. I had to roll my eyes at Alex wanting to quit after one mistake - she's experienced enough stuff where she shouldn't be acting out like that. If I was directing this academy, that attitude would be a total red flag to me. It also annoys me how much tighter Alex's FBI shirt is than any other character. I, too noticed how she barely even tries to conceal her most noticeable characteristic - her hair - while on the run. While dying and cutting it would be best, even just getting it out of her face would be an improvement.
7. While never giving death or dying news, I do work in a health profession where we often give people bad news, and you absolutely need to view each time as an individual event - it's never the same and if you go in without the ability to adjust the game plan on the fly, you have failed that family. As a student, I often got this vague advice and I was expected to interpret it. I only found this scene marginally out of whack.
8. This episode was the weakest for me. The game was way too predictable, when I was actually excited when I saw the previews. I was kind of bored despite all the action.
9. I think around $6, ridiculous!I feel weird saying this...but I'm a woman and I've never cleaned my rear with wipes. Maybe people would choose Mr. O'Leary if he could just do a normal deal without royalties.
10. I've always been pretty neutral on Connor but I was totally cheering for him in this episode. I enjoyed this episode a lot more than last week.
11. This is the first time I've seen a shark tank product before I saw it the show. I saw the dude wipes at Kroger about a month ago and made fun of them with my sister.
12. This episode was too stupid to live. When Malina's power was blocked in that warehouse, I literally laughed because the actress' portrayal looked so bad. Really show, I needed Luke moping around in all his scenes? Can katana girl go away and never come back? I'm mad this show is so horrible. If it wasn't capped at 13, I would not watch the remaining episodes.
13. I loved this episode - my favourite of the season. I think the combination of comedy and drama is being done nearly perfectly. I'm really loving the Arizona/April friendship and while everyone here hated it, I love the car scenes and I like Maggie.
14. Hated it. I used to be a hardcore olitz shipper, and then season 4 happened - I just couldn't when Fitz declared war and killed innocents by sending soldiers to war for something they never would have if they knew the real reasons. That was the moment that was too much, even for me. So I'm sitting here, and Fitz only cares about his own wants - not America, or his kids or the mother of his kids. And I would love to go back to just feeling the romance but this show never lets me. Seeing Huck on TV was freaky. He is the last person who should ever be on TV. I don't like Marcus. I don't really like the racial stuff, and as a black woman, I still feel no sympathy for Olivia. Fitz' behavior is atrocious but she in no way gets a pass from me. The Jake/B613 stuff is super lame. Die B613, die! I feel like the show has written itself into a corner with Jake - he can't hold a flame to Fitz, he doesn't feel integrated with the rest of OPA, so his plot has no longer interest. I never liked Abby much, but I'm kinda a fan now. Looking forward to what's going to happen there.
15. Does anyone know how it works in real life if a female firefighter gets pregnant? I want to know how realistic this storyline is going to be.
16. I've never liked Jamal, but his story line is really boring thus far. I really really hate that they brought Michael back because I was glad his dullness was over, and it just made sense for the character. I don't really get why the character is here and if he's ever going to do something besides mope around. I'm also really tiring of Jussie's singing face, he's always making the same facial expressions. I have a soft spot for Hakeem's antics, Can't help it. I am a very busty lady, almost certainly more busty than the DA but the amount of cleavage is insane - I quite literally can't stop looking at them. One of my issues with this season is how they are pushing the black and gay politics. I'm black myself, but I just found season 1 handled it in a way that felt authentic to the characters, now Jamal is being hero worshipped and the racial stuff feels...forced or not unauthentic somehow. Like, I don't really buy the characters in regards to the racial stuff, that they'd act and react the way they are. I did love how they brought back the crazy to this episode - Empire is best for me when it doesn't take itself too seriously. I was not expecting that final scene at all.
17. I loved it, though missed my favourite, Peter Mills. I actually really love the paramedics. I really feel for Severide, that's a hard knock to take. Really looking forward to the season. I missed this show more than I realized. I don't trust Patterson because he played a bad dude on Scandal, and that's all I can see.
18. Not as funny for me as the first two episodes, but I still really enjoyed it. I like how I like every character, there's no one I want to push off the screen. By far, my favourite new comedy.
19. I liked the second half better than the first but this show is basically Raising Hope + Cougartown for me. A grown woman who can't figure out how to function without her grown son isn't funny to me, just sad. The restaurant stuff is so divided from the tone of the rest of the episode, it feels like it doesn't belong at all. I also find myself already bored by the predictability of the characters' responses. I did have a couple laughs, but it isn't coming all together for me.
20. Yeah, it's pretty illogical to wipe a person's memory and tattoo their entire body if all you want to do is help out the government.
21. I'm enjoying this Alfred. He does things that are grey even if I still consider him a good guy - he just seems so much more interesting.

Butch cracked me up and warmed my heart, I forgot how much I enjoyed the character. I also dig Victor. I don't need every villain to have a heart underneath their tough exterior, I appreciate that he's kind of nuts.

This season just feels fun! I no longer put off watching Gotham because it got real tedious for me in season 1 and I was about to give up on this show, but I feel like the characters have more dimensions and the stakes have been raised. I don't miss Fish and Jada's overacting at all.

22. I don't like how the tech is a part of the team now - her and Vega watching a screen for half the episode did not seem like a 2-person job even with that lame information gathering. Dash is just so single-minded compared to the other precogs, I find watching him boring because I know exactly how he's going to react, and what he's going to do. Good acting with bad writing does not make a satisfactory performance. Oh well, 6 episodes to go.
23. I liked this episode more but Weller is still as annoying and creepy as can be. I also can't get past Jane being allowed access to secure information without any kind of security clearance. I'm also hoping every episode doesn't end with Jane beating up the bad guy - too predictable. I said this last time - they should have Jane interact more with the other agents, she seems so much more human and less of a Mary Sue. I know people have said the actor who plays Weller has been great in other things but I want to give him a swift kick to the rear.
24. I was really happy to see Jacob from Lost (Mark Pellegrino)! I enjoy this show, but I also love Shonda Rhimes shows and Chicago Fire. I don't need a show to be great, just keep me entertained and have some sexy men.
