They were never married. If this custody/ child support filing was part of a legal divorce it would apply because it would be considered shared assets. A particular Youtube person did not have any official documents at her disposal. She showed standard paperwork. Just like she said Kody was countersuing Christine. He was responding to the filing which is required, it wasn’t a lawsuit.

A few things about that video, he was wearing regular socks and going from a hard surface to Jill’s randomly placed throw rugs. Janessa is going to dislocate his shoulder. She should not be guiding him and picking him up when he falls. He’s going to have a bruised wrist from the way she was holding onto it. Above all the other sounds, you could hear Jill laughing each time he stumbled or fell. Positive: he was wearing his glasses.

There are quite a few things being misinterpreted and being “reported”out there. I’ve done it myself with the “he can’t sell the house” stuff. Then I thought that can’t be correct, it’s not joint property with Christine, and no one has access to the actual paperwork in this case to even make that claim.
