  1. If it wasn’t paid off by the due date, they would have lost all 4 lots and the money they put into them. They paid cash for 2, it was the other 2 being paid off.
  2. I would think that would be tax records, not an appraisal, they aren’t the same.
  3. No it all had to be paid off first. It was a ridiculous contract from beginning to end.
  4. They purchased two of the four lots outright. If they didn’t pay off the other two the owner could foreclose on all of it.
  5. They were 4 separate lots and purchased and recorded as 4 separate lots with the county. They paid cash for 2 of them and had a payment due to the owner in 5 years on the other 2, which is where the show is at now, June 2023 is when the payment was due. When Kody and Robyn bought the 2 million dollar house this year, and sold their house, the Coyote Pass property had been paid off and still showed the same division as it did in 2023. They couldn’t do anything with any of the lots (and still haven’t) until the whole thing was paid off. Basically the 2 they paid cash for was the collateral for the other 2 lots.
  6. @barshi50 ”Does anyone know what she has done after graduating? Did she go on to college?” Savanah is in college and living with Maddie’s family in North Carolina.
  7. He’s married to Meri’s sister.
  8. The Vegas houses didn’t have balloon payments due. That was started with people coming up with reasons for the move. This is from Robyn’s: “ monthly payments, with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on JANUARY 1, 2043”
  9. I recall Janelle saying she gave 1/2 of her proceeds from her house in Vegas toward the house.
  10. No, she doesn’t, along with her YouTube it’s not monetized.
  11. @LotusFlower Leon needs to be referred to using they/them pronouns.
  12. Janelle was the one who gave Christine advice about that. It’s ironic, but that’s how shit happens sometimes, it’s easier to give someone else good advice.
  13. It was April 21st during the move.
  14. Same here, it snowed pretty good but nothing stuck. Not too far away, north of us, there were places that got between 8-26”. We did get some rain before and after but not enough. We’re in a drought with fire warnings every day for weeks now.
  15. It’s listed as a wedding venue on the Inn’s Facebook page.
  16. That wasn’t Gwen, it was Ysabel.
  17. How about this one, “pearls” included? 56. This BRAND NEW Forever 21 bolero top over this cute, creamy lace dress is sure to become a teen girls' (or petite lady's) favorite! Comes with lovely, pearl necklace.
  18. I believe the woman in the picture was the person Jill was doing the coffee meeting with. So, either no one showed up, or they didn’t want their pictures taken. Then again, Jill does posts in spurts so perhaps there’s more to come. Yay?
  19. She recently posted about having someone move it for her. It’s something Garrison would have done for her.
  20. I’m thinking they made an agreement not to do that.
  21. They closed on November 4th, for $1,775,000. I’m thinking the separate lot was included in the sale, but I don’t know for sure.
  22. It was recorded on 08/02/2022.
  23. She posted about Disney at the time and called it a vacation. Regarding the trip they’re on now, unless they’re back no clue, she said, “We are finally on our honeymoon!! Yep, a year later, we just decided to take our time and go when we were ready.”.
  24. According to Christine they didn’t go on their honeymoon until now. 🤷🏼‍♀️
