I can't remember where I saw it, but it was a clip of Jeff Tarpley's lawyer saying Sal is going to be a witness they call. Here's a flashback with a few interesting comments being made: Oh crap I didn't know it would link like that!

It always has to be something with Sherri. At Jeffrey's track, SHE'S cold, He greets her at the airport, SHE'S tired. They're throwing a party, SHE's tired.

So Sal missed a flight, guess he did need Sherri for something. She never said she missed one, although she disturbed plenty. Her Facebook is still showing stand up dates from March as the header. Although she may be reading it, there hasn't been a single post by her except a promotional one since April 5th. That's the weekend she went to the wedding in Atlanta and it would seem Sal went poof!.

Sal is the one who made the fact that there even is a surrogate public. He's an ass.

Actually, it appears husband #1 filed the custody paperwork and that was followed by husband #2 filing.

Well, we really don't know that. Just from what we do know about both of them, each has questionable decision making skills, imo.

That's interesting. Obviously not "traffic court". And she fell asleep in a court room? Such respect. I suppose Jeffrey didn't go with her, or I'm sure he would have been included in her tweeting about it. I guess she's fighting the ticket hoping the officer won't show up.

I agree him having a baby with another woman was not the greatest move. I don't think that fact should even be considered regarding custody. I don't condone cheating mind you, but I do think the honest to goodness best interest of the child is what should be considered.

When he had custody of Jeffrey, he was in California and Sherri was in New York. The reasoning at the time was access to his therapies. Who knows, what Jeffrey Sr's reasoning is now. I would like to think he just has Jeffrey's best interests in mind. I hope a judge does too.

Tweet by tweet Sherri will prove accusations by ex husband wrong, it would seem. The other day she had date night with Jeffrey, they went to see a movie again for the 5th time. Of course there's no way to know what's true.................I read that in response to Tarpley's request for custody of Jeffrey, Sherri referred to him as an absentee father. I find that insulting. He had custody of Jeffrey when Sherri moved to New York. When she started on View Jeffrey was still living with his father in California. Did that make HER an absentee mother? I don't think all of this is Sal, but he's the one putting things out there. Sherri has not (to my knowledge) spoken of the surrogate, Sal tweeted about it. Sherri hasn't spoken about the divorce, Sal tweeted about it. It makes him look nasty. But who knows what Sherri's part is.

I understand having a pre-nup. The wording of some of them gets me though. Stay married for x amount of time you get x dollars. That's just weird. I can see protecting assets obtained prior to marriage, but a pay-off of sorts is funky, to me. And who is "leaking" this information? Sal's lawyer was on ET tonight. He said Sal has set up a home for a baby and hopes there will be an agreement between them that will mean Sal gets the baby. There was no mention of money. Sal filed for separation in California, and Sherri filed for divorce in New Jersey.

He simply posted this little gem. Like I've said before, I have no clue what their story is, but I just can't take Sal, at all.

I think the weight loss has played a big part in many aspects of Sherri's life. She has never been a quiet one, but now she's louder, dances out on to the stage (even as a guest on other shows) just over the top. I would imagine she has changed in some way at home too. I'm not surprised nothing was said today. She did make a little comment after Jane said something about being interviewed by Barbara through all of her husbands. Sherri said something like, how do you get to the last one? Then silence and Sherri just looked in to the audience.

It seemed to me that Derek avoided eye contact with Jim Bob. Jim Bob wasn't too bad this episode. I do wish they would stop the THs with him though.
