  1. Tune in tomorrow night to find out!
  2. HA ha ha! It's BEN! And he's wearing a henley, not a scoop. Good for him. This season is really digging, working hard to create SOMETHING for people to talk about. Those editors have to be exhausted.
  3. When they showed her balcony after Zac left, I was thinking there's the perfect location for her Mesnick. LOL at breakfast table set for two. Did T sleep in the FS? Oh, I guess it's for Rachel. Eh. Yuck. Now Rachel and T are doing a WTA episode.
  4. Go ahead and cry your eyes out Tayshia, because I DON'T GIVE A CARE. You can go rot. EXCEPT: Now I figure that's Brendan coming back and knocking on her door. This show sucks.
  5. That was a horsesh*t thing for the show to do, and Tayshia is an even bigger POS for going along with it and rubbing it in. Read the room, beyotch. We could see what you were doing to Brendan and you didn't? Dumbass.
  6. Yeah, I'm voting that way too. TPTB want to create drah-mah and screw with Brendan. They know something we don't know, but I'll bet we're gonna find out. So I'll speed it up: "Bye Brendan."
  7. That'd be me too, saying BYE. Zac gets to roll around in paint and Brendan is forced to spend time looking at engatement rings? Total SUCKAGE. Even the ice-water horse trough date was better than this sick puppy of a "date." "That was no date, that was a nightmare." --tm Brendan
  8. Worst.Date.EVER: Spending the afternoon with Neil Lane checking out diamonds. Adios, Tayshia, I be gone now. Buh-bye.
  9. I'm all in with Zac after that paint date.
  10. Preview: "Knock knock knock on Tayshia's door ..." Tayshia: "It's the last person I expected to see. What the heck, Bennett!"
  11. LOL! That La Quinta uses skeleton keys for its rooms? Far out! Oh ... it's an Airstream. Still, they don't use skeleton keys either. Oh well. We all look older now ...
  12. LOL, there's a camera in the bottom of Tayshia's horse trough so they can film Ivan feeling up her ass. Classy. Ivan's robe has a ripped sleeve on top. Ha ha ha ... Cheap-ass hotel. (At least it looks like a rip.)
  13. "He was an orphan boy who was found on a glacier." --tm CH
  14. Ice bath? Oh, no thanks. NO WAY IN H.E.L.L. It's colder than frit in my house right now and I have no interest in even washing my hair at the moment. Hypothermia, anyone? Which reminds me of a past season where the b-ettes did a polar plunge and the one b-ette faked hypothermia, was carried off by medics to her room, where the bach came to console her later.
  15. Yeah, I was just staring at it thinking the same thing. Didn't hear anything she said, just saw ... FACE. Brendan does the Nick Viall "shrength" for "strength." That always made me wonder how Nick could make it as an actor with a speaking role.
  16. I watched that show as a kid and never once noticed his pants. But now I have to look up an episode to check out those trou, So thanks for that tip. Because these days, I'm all about the pants. Heh. I was a lot older when I learned about VPL. Conrad's Black Sheep Squadron airs here Saturday night, but I typically watch Svengoolie when it's on. This Saturday though, channel switch to find out if Pappy is wearing Jim West's pants. My ski boots made me walk like Frankenstein. I was an avid skier for many years. Not sure what kind of boots skiers wear today.
  17. I gave you an asterisk since Cyrano de Bergerac was asterisk day, Thursday. Every little asterisk counts! Alex's last week isn't until next year. So ... not yet. But it will be here before we know it, because this time is gonna fly.
  18. Just check out the FJ clue on TheJeopardyFan.com every day, or The New York Times. (Although the Times has the wrong day's clue listed for today, so see TJF instead.) Then you can continue to play while doing something else during the reruns. It's a win-win! If you like, you can share my score, which is a ZERO so far for today, and maybe the entire week.
  19. Yes, the contest is continuing non-stop through the repeats. I've already looked at today's, which is more than 16 years old, so if everyone remembers FJs that far back, he/she deserves an asterisk. You won't get one, you just deserve one. (Naturally, I guessed incorrectly, but I wasn't watching the show back then so that's my excuse.)
  20. So PW, did you get the high-priced Fanta? I grew up thinking Fanta was a cheap knock-off store variety of soda pop. Interesting that it had/has German roots. But I was born and raised a Midwesterner, if that makes anything clearer. We have Jarritos around here, in all the stores, even the little local Dollar Generals and places like that. I've always looked at it, never bought any. There is a large Latino population where I grew up, so we had the best "real" tacos and other favorite foods. There are still bodegas around if you know the neighborhoods. LOL about those Maverick stretch pants. When I first started skiing as a kid, I had a pair of stretch pants with the loop that went under the foot. They were pretty stylish back then, and Mary Tyler Moore wore them on The Dick Van Dyke Show. I doubt even a Good Will would have a pair these days. I guess today's Maverick boys would wear Lululemons. (Actually, that could be rather interesting.) Now I have to find a Maverick episode starring Bart so I can check out his wedding/pinky ring. That's a good catch, PW, about the tan line. It bugged me when Beau Maverick was added to the series when the writers started running out of ideas. It also bugged me that Bret wore his hat on the back of his head. What was up with that? Have Gun Will Travel ... did anyone anywhere think of Richard Boone as a sex symbol? If so, raise your hand ...
  21. No kidding. I strongly dislike Ms. Wiig, and HATED HATED that Sue sketch. What a colossal waste of time THAT was. Plus Wiig was "a special guest" on the Paul Ruud rerun before this new show. Way to ruin a Saturday night, Saturday Night. A double dose of her is a double dose too much. To the poster above wondering, yes Chloe's dog is indeed a Shiba Inu. WU was great as always, it's my favorite part of SNL. Except when Bailey shows up. I tuned that part out. But the gift jokes had me laughing so hard, I almost missed them. Colin and Michael are so good together. I also liked the cold open with Pence. But when Biden came out, I thought "Oh, carp, Jim Carrey, YUCK" so was pleasantly surprised and happy to see Alex. The Colonel Sanders comparison was a good one. Loved Smokey Robinson since every news report on tv and radio was all over his Chanukah Cameo, that's all I heard and saw this week. So it was golden IMO. And the videos where I did not recognize Wiig and she acted normally instead of OTT were pretty good. So I guess there's that.
  22. @Prevailing Wind, glad to see you are back amongst the living contest players. I do need your score from last week though, to catch you up with everyone. And if it's any consolation, your score this week is the same as mine. I DOUBLED ! my total from last week. And the week before that. And the week before that ... My chair at The Table For One is finally empty. Woo hoo!
  23. I've seen all the old westerns many times. Here, Bat Masterson and Maverick are on daily, but too early for me, unfortunately. Like 5 a.m.! On weekends some of those run later in the day, Wanted Dead Or Alive, Rawhide, Big Valley (such a crush on Heath!), Laredo ... all the golden oldies. Now that I have HDTV, I enjoy seeing the details of the horses and riding equipment, it's almost like I can throw my leg over one and ride away. That, plus I also notice how pants fit on some of the guys. Heh, yeah, I'm older so I notice things I didn't when I was a kid. My mom had such a crush on Bret Maverick. I suspect she had a thing for Matt Dillon, too. I'm with you about the old shows. I don't watch those new "popular" series, have never seen an NCIS or Cold Case or any of those procedurals, and I don't think any recent sitcoms are remotely funny. But I can LOL at Leave It To Beaver, those oldies never get old. About older tape/video quality, I just got done watching a color Superman episode from 1956. The quality is pretty poor, blurry. That, plus I like the first Superman season better anyway, in BW and with the original Lois Lane. I'd think AT's Jeopardy episodes from the 80-90s would be better quality than Superman's, but what do I know.
  24. Love gingerbread and love bratwurst more, brats (and Italian sausage) used to be a weekly staple in my diet. But now that I've gone no salt and one brat is 50-percent of a daily salt intake, they are off my menu. The bunch in my freezer will be dog treats, sad to say. *sigh* Goodbye, my favorite food.
