  1. I recently started watching the show again after getting away from it a few years ago and I was surprised to see Traci is still a part of it. If I saw someone who even looked like her out and about I'd think it's her and JQ was just around the corner.
  2. Sharon sucks the energy out of the room with her self-righteous speeches and hypocritical behavior. Like today when she went on and on about how she can't understand why people with empty lives spew their unhappiness and bitterness onto others. Uh huh. Sure ya don't. Aisha doesn't leave until next month. She's probably away working on one of her 15 jobs. ;)
  3. You're very welcome, Maharincess! :)
  4. Kibby was pissed at Heather for trying to give Julian a "blowie" (Heather's word) because she was upset over Brad's new chick and mistook Julian's kind words about her deserving a better man as a come-on. Kibby called her a "slut" and a "bitch" and though she always knew she was a bitch, the slut part was surprising.
  5. LOL. Yep, I remember that and when she appeared on Regis and Kathie Lee in her bathrobe. She said she'd been up all night doing another show and traveling so she figured showing up in her jammies on a morning talk show wouldn't be so bad. As kooky as that was, that was when she was more fun about her eccentricities. Plus she was truly exhausted since this was pre-Glitter breakdown. One thing in particular she's notorious for that I can't excuse or defend is showing up hours late for interviews. There are loads of people with every day jobs who don't even own a car, but bring their asses to work on time every single day. Being constantly late is one of my personal pet peeves.
  6. Unfortunately not. She's in the UK taping X Factor. She'll probably be back next week. :( Gabrielle Union sounds a lot like Aisha, except she's not as much of a spastic chatterbox. LOL. I like Ali Wentworth. I remember when Oprah would do round table panel episodes in the last few seasons of her talk show and she was a panelist. If Sharon were ever fired (never gonna happen, but we can dream) and Ali didn't live in New York, I wouldn't mind her taking her spot.
  7. I much prefer Mary J. Blige's cover of "I'm Goin' Down" over the original by Rose Royce. The lead singer's delivery was too whiny for my taste. Mary's vocals are blindsided and distressed, but she's not on her knees cryin' for nobody and I love that.
  8. Slave to the Rhythm - Grace Jones Slave to the Rhythm - Michael Jackson Thank Heaven For You - Rudy Vallee Thank Heaven 4 You - Esthero
  9. Nope. They never mentioned Leah or Holly's name once they fired them so even mentioning Leah's show would make them look stupid. Agreed about Patton finding love again. Those people criticizing him need to shut the hell up and mind their own business.
  10. Is that the same massage therapist who bites her clients while massaging them? I don't know the whole story about her interaction with Mariah, but if I turned up for a massage and found out the woman was a biter from her sinking her teeth into me, I'd be the biggest bitch anyone has ever seen too. If Mariah knew ahead of time what would happen and she went anyway, then that's dumb on her part. I love me some Mimi like cooked food, but I must admit that she's a pain in the ass. I don't think she's always been like that though. She used to be tongue in cheek with her "dahlings" and diva-isms, but she's morphing more and more into the bad stereotype of a diva. As annoying as Mariah is, I couldn't deal with Wendy's mood swings. One minute she's laughing and insulting people then she's crying like someone killed her puppy the next.
  11. And..... they didn't talk about it. Not surprised though. They didn't say a word about Charlie Sheen when he lost what was left of his mind and went on that "tour" of his some years ago. And although it didn't have anything to do with them or CBS, they also didn't talk about the Kathy Griffin/decapitated Trump head story either. Hope they don't choke from all the dirt they've swept under the rug. Another week without Sharon. *said like Sheryl* THANK YA, JAY-SUS!
  12. Thanks, Mikita. I forgot he had the affair with Katherine McPhee from American Idol. I know one should never say never, but I don't think I could've taken the husband back if I were in that situation. Being cheated on is hard enough, but you're making out with another chick in broad daylight in a parking lot?! So blatant and disrespectful. This is one of Mary's previous appearances: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjDEOhHHGbk.
  13. I wanted to know too. LOL. She looked like a marionette when she was attempting to dance a jig to Earth, Wind & Fire at the beginning of the show. Either Aisha or Sheryl should've interviewed them instead of the troll. She's been a guest on the show a few times before, but that was a few years ago. I might be getting her mixed up with another actress, but I thought her husband was caught cheating on her and she was going to leave him. I remember the ladies mentioning she'd just be on before the scandal. From the way she talked about him today it's obvious they're still together. I'll have to Google schmoogle (how you doin', Ms. Wendy? ;p) about it before I go to bed.
  14. I saw Tichina promoting the show on The Talk a week or two ago and she hinted that Mo would be back.
  15. And Mariah doesn't know where that motherfucker (James Packer) is either. ;)
  16. Baby Love - Diana Ross & the Supremes Baby Luv - Groove Theory Sweet Love - Anita Baker Sweet Love - Chris Brown Paradise - Sade Paradise - Coldplay Baby, Come to Me - Patti Austin and James Ingram Baby Come to Me - Regina Belle On and On - Stephen Bishop On & On - Erykah Badu Family Reunion - The O'Jays Family Reunion - Jill Scott
  17. YUP! As much as I like Julie, I prefer Aisha moderating. Julie takes too long to give her opinion sometimes and it's usually just a rehash of something someone else on the panel just said. Anytime there's no "Mrs. O is the bestest" worship service the show flows better imo. She's usually fine, but the first day she moderated she was bad. Not "Sharon" awful, but stumbling while reading the teleprompter, missing cues, etc. I thought she was better yesterday. One thing I wish she'd let up on in general is cursing so much. A word (or two) every blue moon is fine, but she throws out "bitch" and "ass" too often like she's performing standup and not on daytime TV.
  18. She talked about that in one of her books and bragged about how it didn't destroy her career. She said maybe one or two New Years Eves ago that she partied with Puffy and he said he wanted to come on. I suspected the interview wouldn't be anything to write home about and it wasn't. LOL. That's true. I think hell will freeze over before Mariah comes on Wendy's show. Their radio exchanges were hilarious.
  19. I've been searching, but can't find any info on how many episodes will be airing. I like Tasha Smith's character and her interaction with the conservative co-host. Seems loosely based on Rosie O'Donnell and Elisabeth Hasselbeck's love/hate relationship.
  20. Most likely something that will make her on-air outfits look more suitable for church in comparison. She's gotta be able to "dip it and do it"! Lol.
  21. No red hair dragon lady all this week! *cabbage patch, tootsie roll, running man* She'll be back next week, I'm sure. And talk about what her classy daughter's been up to: http://exclaim.ca/film/article/kelly_osbourne_pissed_her_pants_in_a_starbucks. Nasty. Sheryl was really laying the slurring on thick for some reason today. "John McEnroe juss need ta keep Serena name out his mouf! You know what I'm sayin'? BIG UPS TO ALL DA FOLKS DAT OUT DERE DOIN' DA DAG ON THANG!" Roselyn Sanchez's facial expressions made me laugh. She looked like "I don't have a clue what the hell you just said, but everyone's clapping so I guess I will too."
  22. Thanks for answering. This isn't mentioned in Leah's book, but I remember when Sharon and Julie did an interview with Howard Stern a few months after the start of season 2 and when asked why Leah in particular was fired Sharon said she was constantly getting the network in trouble with her comments. I don't know she managed to finish that lie without bursting into flames, but it annoys the hell out of me that Sharon is allowed to say any and everything and everyone around her is quick to defend and excuse her. She has no redeemable qualities that I can see. Keep goin', Aisha! It's good that she's able to be more outspoken with her political opinions now that she's on her way out in a few months. Lord knows I'll miss the hell out of her, but I'll enjoy the time we have with her left. Preferably without the short "little girl" dresses she's been wearing lately.
  23. She's talked so much shit about people who used to be regular guests that it's not surprising. What does surprise me is the occasional person she's trashed coming on once in a blue moon. Like Bethenny Frankel. Wendy will eventually attack him the way she did Suzanne recently. Years ago I read an article from Wendy's radio days and the writer mentioned the interns walking on eggshells around her and one girl bursting into tears after Wendy yelled at her about something. Wendy's so nutty she probably burst into tears too. I keep saying that if a similar show with a better host who was on top of all the celebrity fluff/gossip and nicer to their staff and audience it would light a fire under her ass. Until then, she'll keep on coasting.
