  1. Exactly. Why not breakup before the move? Maybe he wanted both relationships and thought he could do it since she’d be traveling to Charleston for work?
  2. Maybe he broke up with her? I noticed she decisively deleted him from her Instagram but he hasn’t done the same. They had been searching for a place to live for a while maybe she insisted on being on the lease and he wouldn’t commit? Who knows? It did seem like she was really missing Charleston and her friends. I would think his new job would have been overwhelming and time consuming especially at the beginning.
  3. Zach and fam are on a tv show and while that’s not regular work, they do have a filming schedule and promotion to show up for. Auj said they aren’t writing books, they’ve taken how many vacations this year? I think they’ve invested their money and live off that and the mlm oils. Nothing wrong with that but they have many followers who aspire and think that lifestyle is realistic when it isn’t.
  4. Auj just posted that during their social media break they also didn’t “work.” They did nothing but read books and hang out together as a family and travel. She said the break had been planned since it’s their 7th year of marriage. What a world to live in. Not return messages or emails for 6 weeks? Sure, I guess it’s easy when you don’t work in the first place. I don’t know a lot of 30 year olds that could just plan to stop working for months and be ok. They must have a healthy bank account from the former show, her parents and the oils. I don’t know how they do it.
  5. Jeremy and Audrey WANT the farm. It's the whole reason they moved back to the area (nevermind that Audrey's parents are next door neighbors to the farm too). J&A have even taken a social media hiatus with the show premiering again, they must've had a heads up that the new plot on the show is about Zach and Tori moving to the farm. J&A must be ticked. How much of Amy's things are actually things that might be from the kids childhood? Jacob would be in no place to take his things. Maybe Jeremy, Zach and Molly have left their things too and she feels like she can't get rid of them without their permission? She's possibly essentially packed up and moved 5 people's things. I guess I wonder why she and Chris can't sit in the garage one afternoon and go through the boxes together? He'd learn more about her, she could chat about her stuff. What's to lose? Drawing lines over things that are in the house is silly. Perhaps he doesn't know how to share.
  6. I wore braces on my legs for a foot turnout when I was a toddler (foot still turns out btw). I’m surprised there wasn’t a brace or maybe a cast he could’ve worn for a few months earlier that could’ve helped his bone development?
  7. Well, from watching one episode of this season I can see why Jer and Auj are on a social break. The storyline is that Zach and Tori will be buying into the farm and living in the big house. I bet Jer and Auj are ticked.
  8. So, Chris has never been married before…he doesn’t want to move into 4 bedroom house with a basement until the garage can fit 2 cars, bike and an empty office? Why not take one of the bedrooms for an office? Weird
  9. Adam and Stephanie have always been an odd pairing. She seems about 10 years older than him especially when you see the new girl he fell for. They need to break up and he should go on another mission and not return, he does seem to be Sam's only male friend though. Sam and the Administrator are not going to get along, the egos are too big there. The sand mystery is dumb, I'm guessing it's going to lead the Merriwick women to some kind of family tree and they'll realize they are related to even more people in town! I miss Bell, Book and Candle where Cassie was always giving stuff away and everything had a hint of magic. I do think Covid really affected the season. All of their storefronts are missing, everything is shot on typical sets or wide open spaces outside. I thought the Grease plot was dumb, none of them are old enough to celebrate the 50's that way...except maybe George. George by the way, did get married in the movies, it's still odd they made him single again for the series.
  10. In Auj’s latest insta story she says she works 1.5 days a week on average. I’m guessing Jer may work less than that? How again would they manage “property”?
  11. I agree. I find the hate ridiculous. The show runner even explained they ran the storyline past the author of the books and she was fine with it. They didn’t want to repeat the teacher/Mountie storyline. Liz and Nathan never had a date! I do think they pushed it too far with Liz being the only one invited to Ally’s adoption. At that point, Liz should’ve said she didn’t have feelings for Nathan to both he and Ally. I can see why people are upset, we were told their was a triangle when she was really just dating Lucas. But it’s just a tv show and not a great one at that. The actors read the lines they are given. If anyone got screwed over in the finale it was Carson, sent away so Faith and Nathan can become a thing? Whatever
  12. They aren’t willing to film because they don’t want to be second banana to Zach and his family. I don’t know why Jer and Auj want property, half the time they don’t mow their suburban yard. They are on vacation the other half of the time. Property requires upkeep as Jer would know. Matt has had people working the farm for him because it would be impossible all on his own.
  13. I think it was the second or third most watched scripted series on Sunday nights this season? More and more people are moving away from cable series to streaming (I'm not a streaming fan, but my husband is, so we have both). I think WCTH is Hallmark's most successful series or at least second to Good Witch. I can't see Chesapeake Shores last beyond this next season since the leading male is leaving. I also don't think 18-49 is the key demo for WCTH. I'm in that demo but I suspect most watchers are 55+.
  14. So, I'm pretty sure Paul Greene is off the show, right? Normally the town doesn't come out with a standing ovation send off. His contract was probably up, I feel like they never took him where his character was supposed to go and then he was pushed to the side with Nathan and Lucas showed up. I'm kind of sad that Faith is staying though, she is truly a boring character. She also panics in times of stress, so with no Carson to steady the Dr.'s office, how will she do? Molly is just the receptionist, right? I thought Nathan took the news of Elizabeth's feelings, like he's taken everything to do with her. A stare and a blink, maybe even a shrug. I'm not sure she should've even said she loved him. They really only talk because of Ally. I also thought it was strange for him to go and tell Lucas they had spoken. Lucas looked like he had been kicked, what was the point? To give him his blessing? Who cares? I like Robert's new storyline of a jack of all trades. I'm glad they are showing a young person having ambition. We've only seen Jesse and Hickham sit around, it's nice to see Robert going after a goal. I'm glad that they had two ending scenes with Lucas and Elizabeth, I think the viewers deserved to see how much they care about each other and it wasn't just one kiss on the bridge. It's fair that Nathan viewers feel cheated by the triangle, they were told feeling were going to go back and forth. But they really didn't, he put his heart out there and she waited months before saying, she realized he wasn't Jack. WTH
  15. I haven't watched the finale yet, but I did watch the "bridge" scene. I can't believe the writers actually put Lucas and Liz together! I'm thrilled! But in disbelief. Lucas really has been her only suitor but looking back, it's hella awkward that Nathan declared his love, told her he wasn't giving up, and even had Ally involved in trying to set them up. Why couldn't she speak her mind before now? Just tell Nathan you aren't interested. Ugh. Also, why be so hesitant with Lucas? He built her a library, got her book published, took her on dates. He even lets her go because she's always mooning over Nathan. But suddenly she decides it's Lucas? After worrying about even holding his hand? I'm excited they are together, but the hesitancy was nuts. For the writers, I don't like that they got Ally involved in the triangle, I also think its dumb they called it a triangle because Nathan really never made a move. He was just waiting for her to come to him. Whatever. Women want to be wooed. I do wonder if they'll have Lucas sell the saloon since so many viewers seem to take issue with him being a saloon owner. It's more of a gathering place for the town, but maybe he'll go into oil full time?
  16. I don’t see how Abigail comes back. Lori was in prison while the season was shot. They re -shot the season (which was totally filmed at that point) when she was accused of her crime, which would’ve been really expensive but that shows how much they didn’t want her associated with the show. She may still be an executive producer, I don’t know?
  17. The triangle finishes this Sunday!! If only it had been an actual triangle...instead we got one actual suitor, Elizabeth, and a socially awkward guy moping in the corner with his niece wondering why Liz won’t choose him after no dates or alone time together. If she chooses anyone but Lucas she’s a fool.
  18. I think they must be making tons of money from the young living oil business in addition to whatever money Jer was entitled to from being on the show as a child. Auj’s family seems to be quite wealthy so maybe she has some kind of inheritance as well. I wonder if she thought the “story of us” journal counted as the third book but the company rejected it so they self published?
  19. I'd like to see Elizabeth and Lucas together, they are sweet together. I 'd like to see Liz give Nathan a piece of her mind. How dare he keep that secret, how could he possibly love her when they've never been alone for more than a few minutes and most of their conversations revolve around Ally. How dare he constantly lecture her and then go sulk in the corner. He's never pursued her, just waited for her to end up with him. I'd like her to tell him that his connection (however distant) to Jack's death doesn't play a role in her decision and in fact, she doesn't love him (or really even like him as a friend). Nathan and Ally then leave Hope Valley. I think that's another failure of the "triangle..." Nathan and Elizabeth are not friends. She is his niece's schoolteacher and he occasionally lectures her. Lucas and Elizabeth are actual friends with common interests.
  20. I think it's pretty clear that Lucas is the adult in the room. He sees what's happening when Liz looks or interacts with Nathan. It must've been so frustrating for him to hear Liz say that she said nothing to Nathan about his repeated love declaration. I think we are headed for Lucas breaking up with Liz and sending her off to Nathan with his blessing. Ugh Nathan still does nothing. "I came to protect Jack's wife and child." Really? He was suspended, why or how did he even know Jack died? Why did it take 3 years to say something? Because the writers knew this triangle wasn't working and needed to give Nathan an advantage, enter Nathan wanting to help Jack. Whatever. I don't know why they are trying to make Fiona and Hickham a thing. The guy has been around for years, Fi's really supposed to interested in him? Have the writers given up on Molly and Bill? Perhaps, since Bill doesn't seem at all interested. I think the conflict with Liz and Rosemary is supposed to show us how out of sorts Elizabeth is over Nathan keeping his secret. They'll only make up when she decides to be with Nathan. Which again, why? He done nothing other than say he loves her for no apparent reason.
  21. Yes. It's just creepy that she's known Nathan for 3 years and this has just come out now. It makes no sense that when he was previously asked in his first season if he knew Jack, he didn't explain his position then. It's a total writing retcon. Apparently the writers think the only way Elizabeth will accept a new suitor, is if it was in someway tied to Jack. Lucas has been nothing but respectful and helpful to Elizabeth. He's tried to sweep her off her feet. But then there's pouty Nathan and his pouty niece in the corner...waiting for Liz to breakup with Lucas because Nathan and Ally are such a catch! Whatever. I think where the show erred big time was involving Ally in the triangle. I think her trying to arrange a date was fine, but it should've ended when Liz said no. This nonsense of only inviting her to the adoption, trying to return Lucas' gift, and still trying to set up Liz and Nathan needs to stop. Nathan needs to tell her to stop, its ridiculous. I get they needed a part for the girl to play, and with school out that's harder, but it's just manipulative to put the pre teen in the position of matchmaker. I'm also seeing alot of speculation that Abigail (Lori) will be returning. She was serving time in jail when the season wrapped up and I doubt she could get a visa to Canada that quickly anyway. Hallmark prides it self on being squeaky clean and they reshot the remainder of the 6th season to write Abigail out after it was all shot and airing, that must've cost quite a bit. I don't see them welcoming Lori back after 3 years at that point.
  22. Fiona was apparently off shooting another project during her absence. Just like Faith went of to "medical school" so the actress could have a baby and also film her other show, Supergirl last season. Nathan is coming off as stalkery. Telling Elizabeth's boyfriend that he's still interested? Really? She and Lucas have been dating for months at this point, it's creepy for Nathan to say that to Lucas. I kind of hope Lucas tells her about Nathan. I just don't know how she recovers from "your job is too dangerous" and "he caused her husband's death sort of" to choose Nathan. What I found a little disappointing is that she and Lucas are actually spending quality time together (and generating a little heat) but the specter of Nathan and Jack are constantly around. Nathan hasn't given up? Is this him trying? Sulking in corners? Telling her she doesn't know him, but not showing her who he is? I guess it's supposed to be romantic he claims to be in love with her after keeping a giant secret for 3 years and never having been on a date with her? As for the lack of kids on the show, including Jack...it's all about Covid. I also think it's giving them a chance to highlight the new family in town... 2 kids in a bubble there, Ally's been off on her own or just with Nathan or Liz. It's been convenient for school to be on a break and then to have the graduation and then be out again. Carson and Faith had great chemistry, until they let them kiss. It's been downhill ever since. At this point Faith doesn't even seem to like Carson as a friend. It's so strange. Break them up, and maybe have them work different shifts? Carson is right, the town could use a better medical facility. Another pairing I'm not buying is Molly and Bill. They have no chemistry no matter how much the actress is trying. He's not trying at all. I'm guessing Lee and Rosemary's niece will now runaway back to Hope Valley? Having the pocketwatch returned gave her hope.
  23. Sure, Elizabeth doesn't know Nathan but Nathan doesn't know Elizabeth. I'm actually a little surprised that we've made it 8 episodes without a date or some kind of alone time beyond a minute with Nathan and Elizabeth and not talking about Ally. If it's really a "triangle" it's really just based off his out of nowhere love declaration and she thinking he's a good uncle and good looking? Whether she realizes it or not, she's in an actual relationship with Lucas. But if they let them kiss, it's game over for a future with Nathan. Whatever. I think the writers are some how trying to mirror Clara and Jesse with Elizabeth and Nathan...should be in love, but he has this terrible secret, so they are fighting and apart. Jesse's secret is something with their money that will turn out to be nothing or wonderful for them. Nathan's secret is that he inadvertently got Jack killed but ridiculously didn't tell Elizabeth about it for 3 freaking years. Because Jack somehow has to be involved in them getting together. Whatever. Three episodes are left, I don't see how she dates Lucas up until choosing Nathan? She still doesn't know him. I also think Lucas leaves town if she chooses Nathan. What would be the point of staying...and it's not Fiona.
  24. You mean, Erin Krakow’s (Elizabeth’s) real life boyfriend...
  25. As much as I wish, Jack isn’t coming back 3 seasons later. I blame this stupid idea that suddenly Nathan has known something about Jack at his last post but never bothered to tell his widow even when previously asked. Why does it take something about Jack to get Nathan and Elizabeth together? Daniel Lissing wanted off the show after the 3rd season. He only appeared in half the episodes for his last two seasons while the show runners figured out what to do. He hasn’t appeared in another Hallmark movie since then either.
