Jaded

I don't think any snack cake I've tried over the years which were ones I liked as a kid tasted like I remembered. I'd like to think I wouldn't have liked them back then if they tasted as artificial as they do now. Some of TastyKakes snack cakes still taste pretty good even though the company was sold to Flowers Foods apparently. The only Little Debbie stuff I still like as of now that I can remember off the top of my head are Oatmeal Cream Pies, Nutty Buddy Bars, Donut Sticks and their apple pies. I loved Fudge Rounds and the Star Crunch ones way back when. I could only take a couple bites of when I decided to purchase a box of each quite a few years ago. Their powdered donuts also taste icky to me now too. I didn't really much Hostess stuff growing up. I got some Twinkies a looooong time ago and thought I tasted something that reminded me of meat. Apparently one of their ingredients is tallow. I don't think people are supposed to taste it in them though. I remember Spuds McKenzie. The wiki page is a short and wild read too. There were things I didn't know back then like people getting mad and thinking that by using the dog in their ads that they were pitching alcohol to kids. A person in politics back then even started his own media campaign in response to Spuds being a mascot too. I think the different things that people to be sentimental to them can be really interesting. I wish I still had more stuff from when I was young. Moves, natural disasters and other things left me with a few things that are really special. I envy those that still have a lot.

This might sound nitpicky I know. The opening of this show annoys me so much. I'm not sure what the exact reason is though.

She's so much easier to listen to especially compared to Nastia Liukin who I didn't think was a good commentator at all.

Thanks for explaining. I'm kind of distracted by some other stuff going on and am trying to use this as a distraction to keep me out of trouble. It sucks when someone is singled out like that. Especially when it comes to young women who are already being judged enough.

I really like the Canadian's leotards. I felt bad for the French gymnast Melanie de Jesus dos Santos. The bars are supposed to be one of her best.

It's sad that she even needs to write something like that in this day and age.

Yeah a lot of women have had and still do have to do that in gaming when they're playing male dominated games that go on in real time.

Ryan and Greenlee eating the show alive was the beginning of the end for me. I loved Gillian though. I can't remember if it was her choice to leave AMC though.

I think I'm going to try to make time to watch Highlander again sometime soon. Someone posted a picture of the building that had the Silvercup sign atop it IRL which of course made me think of the movie.

I was watching videos of another band on this YT channel yesterday. I went back to look at other bands and saw one who's music I hadn't listened to in a really long time. In the second video I have it starting after their first song. The first one is kind of meh. ---------
