I laughed out loud at the crib “snow angel” incident. My youngest had a similar incident when he was a baby in his crib, and I was out grocery shopping. My husband still talks about having to clean him up and the bedding up to this day 😂. He was a pro, though. Changed both our kids’ first meconium diapers.

Kevin chooses a Princess Bride birthday party, and I believe Sophie and the rest of Kates friends leave Kates to go to Kevin’s. Later, at age 18, Kevin sees a sign for The Princess Bride at a theater in New York, and takes it as a “sign” to propose to Sophie because it’s their favorite movie.

The Princess Bride was a significant part of Kevin and Sophie’s relationship.

So, Kate is the one who filed for divorce. She had already checked out of the marriage long before she filed, and even though Toby begged her to not go through with it, she still went through with it. Yet, she said the paperwork signing was "brutal" so she needed cheering up afterward by Phillip? She looked like she was happily signing the paperwork. Then, Phillip cheers her up by requesting Tubthumping at Karaoke, which is a silly song, but the lyrics talk about about getting knocked down, but getting back up again, and not being kept down? Life didn't just "happen" to Kate. She wanted it this way. Ugh. Them singing it at the engagement party was extra obnoxious. Yuck.

Yes because he’d want her taken care of, and who better to trust her with than his BFF ? (I’m just throwing stuff out there).

It’s the same actor. My brain had trouble with that too- I was thinking it was Kevin’s twins and… Jack?- what about Hailey? So the twins makes sense. Why not Big 2?

So maybe the series will end on a St Elsewhere type twist. Jack was the only one to survive the fire, and the rest of the show is him imagining everyone carrying on without him from a mental institution.

Imagine seeing her say that to Toby. She could have told him that when they talked after signing the papers, and took some blame for the divorce but instead he got a Pearson monologue dumped on him.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Kate eventually poisons Jack and Hailey’s view of their father. She hasn’t held back from fighting in front of them, or making sure to have discussions where they can’t hear it.

Just a few episodes ago she was pouting over Toby not giving her a “grand gesture”that she expected for her birthday. now, Toby looking at houses/ getting pre approved is unacceptable. He didn’t put in an offer. Toby can never win.

I remember the case 1 lady from when it originally aired. What kind of person goes before a Latina Judge and admits to all sorts of bigotry toward a gardener of Latin American descent, including threats to turn them in to immigration and the IRS.? Then she was flabbergasted at the ruling. Prejudice runs deep.
