The People's Court - General Discussion
Mrs Shibbles replied to Lillybee's topic in The People's Court
I fast forwarded through the episode. I caught the text that said the hurricane could be a 2,3,4, or 5 ! -
I feel the same way, and it’s hard to imagine these girls competing with each other over this scrawny little dude.

My favorite part was when she asked the defendant “what were you thinking?” during the proceeding like the Judge just didn’t tell her how stupid she was. Um, pot meet kettle! -

Doug Llewelyn is my hero! I was so happy to see him on The People's Court when he returned. -

I was really glad Judge M was going to send the info to the Cosmetology board, but I can’t help but think that Judge Judy would have dismissed this case from the beginning because of the litigants coming to court with unclean hands . -

That was a good classic case, and I agree. The accident was his fault. That once in a lifetime Disney trip with estranged family sounded like a nightmare. You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to get me to do a trip like that. Nope. -

How many vehicles is today’s first case’s mother going to purchase for her grown ass son, for him to total them all within year? I’m glad MM didn’t rule in her favor. -
I’m curious as to what is up with Isabella’s floppy disk from her bag that was labeled “summer 1998” or something like that.

This show is growing more and more unwatchable. -

This show is really circling the drain. They stretch these boring cases out, so they can do two cases per episode. By the end you end up not caring at all about what is happening. -

Wasn’t that an interesting way to put it? Sounds like it was a regular thing, but that time she got caught. -

Am I getting old? I sided with the mother in today’s first case about the cell phone payment. it seemed like the adult daughter with “autism, ptsd, epilepsy, teen pregnancy (17 year old with a 22 year old- guessing it meets the age of consent), and later coming out as homosexual took no personal responsibility and blamed her mother for everything in her life. -

Is today’s episode new? Season 26 Episode 76. -

I’m really sad. The litigants and cases have declined over the years, but I still look forward to watching every day. ☹️ I wish they would play all of the old cases from Wapner’s time. -

The plaintiff talked about how her sister was one of the most caring wonderful people in the world. I’m sorry, but when you don’t care about animals and essentially bury one alive you are a terrible, sick person. Psychopathic, even. Then, she sued for acupuncture for HER cat? Nope. -

I looked her up and came across her Instagram. She has an autistic son! I don’t know if they mentioned that because I stopped paying attention. -

I can't believe MM didn't tell the plaintiff in the first case to spit out her gum. How disrespectful can you be? -

I finally saw someone on the show that I know in real life. The female plaintiff on the San Francisco security deposit case. She was friends with my SIL 20+ years ago, and is nuttier than a squirrel turd. (so is my SIL) -

The pettiness of the cork coaster case was something. -
I was really hoping Deja was with the car accident guy and had moved on from Malik.

Essentially, Jack cured Alzheimer's [/sarcasm]

I think the “grooming” line was the show’s way of addressing/ eliminating the possible creep factor of a grown man visiting a little girl given the current social climate.

If anyone is still watching, (I am in the background of other work), S1 Episode 97 School District Desirability was quite entertaining. The "hustler" plaintiff refused to leave after the judgement- lol.
