Just watched this episode. Have no empathy for Jose. His catfish of Danny was so much worse than Jose and Jay. Jose should have come up with something more original than prayer with Jay/Jose. Danny's was far more sincere. It was a waste of an episode. Jose II was confusing in the why, etc.

Who is this new interventionist? Jessie? I missed what city they are in. Yeah, he is a mess. I don't know how he is still alive. ETA: Oh this is a Canadian episode. I also see that another thread was started with a different S17 E04 but this is the one that was on the A&E Intervention website.

Not sure why but I watched this boring show last week. I have not disliked Amy as much as most seem to mainly because when she was younger I had hoped she might cause one of the Duggar kids to stray and escape. Since that never happened I still don't actually dislike her, but find her an annoying attention whore. I actually like Dillon more than I thought I would. I thought the fact they had been friends for a long time was interesting and he probably thinks he is lucky she decided to marry him. It probably explains why he puts up with her whining and demanding attitude. The show was so boring I was not paying much attention. Sorry Amy, I do not see a spin off in your future.

From the way Jeremy and Jinger answered the where do you see yourself in a year, in five years, sounds like they (or least he) are not wanting kids for a while. Could it be they may actually plan their family and use birth control?

What is with the bad wigs (especially on the men) that are obviously wigs? Surely they can invest in better make up and hair as their disguises are awful. Tonight's was one of the worse. It just draws more attention to them.

This was an odd combo tonight. It was evident that Linda was a lost case and waste of time. Kerry made such a flip it was a shock. I hope he is getting therapy so he can keep his family and himself well.

The showed this again tonight. I forgot how much I hated her. They did a revised update, she is still living there but it did not elaborate on what that means. True to his word he only paid for 2 months of storage so her storage units were sold. Laura and her daughter are going to therapy.

Not that great but it was a relief that neither hoard was filthy with rotted food and dead critters. Yeah, there is more to Linda's story. She is really cold. The quick clean up in the end was kind of odd. Lonnie, not much to say. I think he just wanted on the program to show off his collections.

This one was a mess. I was not surprised by her outcome. Her poor son. Candy was right it was hard because she was self supporting. Not sure who would want to see that but apparently enough to support her addictions.

So is anyone watching this on TLC on Fridays? I saw tonights first epi which I think was a repeat with new scenes. The one where there is a dark spirit with tentacles and it was taking advantage of people being sick or weak. That was a new demon from the one they usually use. I am recording the second episode and the show afterward.
