Well, except Carlin practically is at the grown-up table as she's engaged. It's really only single, noncommitted adults at the kids' table. Once they can go on double dates, they're grown up. Jana has more time to help wedding planning since she doesn't have a baby or have to help her husband flip houses, etc.

They never had 21. Josh married (and moved out) before Jordyn was born.

I wouldn't post a pic of the kids in the tub (don't have kids, but probably wouldn't.). I'd be careful if I had kids what I posted with them since they don't have a lot of control in what I post. That being said I think it seems like a nice bathtime to me. I took baths with siblings/cousins as a toddler and we frequently faced away like that. Usually someone watched and didn't play with us so they didn't get their clothes wet. The boys seem happy, and Sam is old enough to up in the tub. Jill seems to be there in case they need her. She probably washed their hair when it was hair-washing time.

Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events

More likely as the oldest in her family, she bosses her younger siblings around. -
I can't tell where they are, but it doesn't look like a kitchen, restaurant, home etc. Why does it look like they're in an office building? My first thought was some kind of medical building, but I think that's just a weird light. That's a nice picture of Jill and her friends. She looks good there.

Jinger said something nice and flowery for Michelle's birthday or anniversary this year. As for stopping to help, most people have either a phone, smart phone, on-star, etc. so they can call for help.

I, too, can see her going there. She would have to pay, but it's worth it for her to be near the Duggars. If she can pay KOA, she could probably affford to pay the Duggars too.

Derick and people like him think they're polite as long as they're not using profanity.

Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events
Temperance replied to maraleia's topic in Counting On
I think Anna liked being a little farther away from her in-laws and having more money to cook healthy food. I think Anna might be somewhat happy with their lives now, but may miss being the only mother of the Duggar grandchildren and the status they had during 19 kids. She is still doing well by fundie standards. They have enough money (thanks to JB) that they always have food and a roof over their heads and clothes and all of their basic needs met. I imagine that a lot of fundies really struggle with money. (Their was a great blog post I read by a fundie housewife, who used to worry since her husband makes "a little less than minium wage". Then she remembered she's a woman and she shouldn't nag him about money.) Anna probably knows a lot of people, who aren't as well off as they are (with the Duggar money). I also think she likes living in America, compared to being a missionary (like Jill was or her sister in Africa.) As for Josh, they filmed some announcement congratulating (a Duggar) for being pregnant with Jessa, Ben, JB, Michelle, Anna and Josh. This was last year and I thought that was the start of the comeback tour then. I don't know why they didn't build on that, but it seemed like his comeback was delayed for some reason. It could be that the audience wasn't that thrilled to see him or TLC said no, etc. -
On the food network (Chopped), they have sometimes done chicken in a can as one of the required ingredients. In that case, it's a whole chicken in a can, and I've never seen that it in real life.

I stopped eating Quaker Oats due to pestides inside them.

I agree he will probably donate it, mainly because I think most people end up donating or giving away stuff that aren't going to use on regular basis. It's too nice to throw out, so it will be donated. Possibly to some sort of church auction for charity or the church. It may go to TTH for young brothers in law to use. I don't think Jeremy has much use for a skateboard. Most people use them as toys; I'm not sure it would be particularly useful as a mode of transportation. Basically I think Jeremy will get rid of it, because it's not practical for him, which would be true for most people.
-
He probably will donate the skateboard.... eventually. The art is interesting to me. I could see a lot of fundies thinking it's mocking the bible, including Jer's in-laws in their early-TLC days. (Now of days not so much, but the early years.)

I can't get over that it's supposed to serve 6-8 people. I would think there's enough food for at least twelve people if not the whole Duggar family. It might be okay at like a holiday dinner or a potluck (or both). Anytime where there's a lot of food available and people are encouraged to take a little bit. Otherwise it's a heart attack on a plate.

I'm considering switching my email. Any recommendations on an email server?

Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events
Temperance replied to maraleia's topic in Counting On
Anna seems to have as much help from Jana as Jessa and Jill, and probably more since they moved back to AR near the TTH. Michelle's family had almost as many kids as Anna's family did although Michelle was the youngest and Anna has three younger siblings. I hope for Anna's that she never has three kids under two. Anyway she has two daughters who will be helping when she needs it. -
If those were the Duggar girls, everyone would be asking and complaining, "where are their kids?" The one on the end of the baby shower photo. Purple skirt, polka dot top. Her sister Alyssa is next to her. Alyssa was the matron of honor in the Ginger Grant dress, who people also speculated could be pregnant.
