S11.E15: The Dinner Party from Hell: Part Two
chlban replied to jewel21's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
We could just borrow "The morally bankrupt" title form Faye Resnick. I mean even she didn't steal money from widows and orphans and then try to make herself the victim. -

Honestly, I laughed out loud at that comment. Does she think she is Don Corleone? Does she really think any of these women are her friends? Sutton tried, even offering to loan her money and see what she got for that. Her snarling and playing victim was just disgusting. Cannot wait to see her really broke. -
Erika Girardi/Erika Jayne: Let them eat cake

Yes, this is the important point here. They may not be able to prove she knew about the fraud, which may get her off the hook from any criminal charges, but she still has to pay back. So, she will be broke. -

I always think he is acting. Mauricio is not stupid and he is playing the devoted hubby. Mario did the same on NY, right up until the time his long term affair was revealed and Ramona dumped his ass. -

Erika is a liar and it can easily proven by watching the show. She has changed her story repeatedly. Most viewers already believe she is a liar so I hardly see the harm in Sutton saying it out loud. -

I didn't say anything about her masterminding anything about Sutton. I just think she thinks she is way more special than she is and it comes across in her comments. Frequently. -

I think Crystal comes across as if she thinks she is far superior to the others. I assume that is because she married a rich old man, but she might want to consider how that's working out for Erika. Her dismissal of me too was disturbing. I don't really see what she thinks sets her apart from the common folk she throws good parties? Keeps herself looking good? These are hardly stand out achievements in BH. -

I made excuses for Kyle for a long time, but a few seasons ago I finally saw the light. She is a stealth bitch where Rinna unit ever able to pull off stealth, although I didn't mind her her first couple of seasons either. But, I think the show would be better without them, but they need to take Dorit with them. -
S13.E17: The Doppelgang's All Here
chlban replied to PrincessPurrsALot's topic in The Real Housewives Of New York City
BRAVO just ran tge first season of NY during the day recently. I never would have imagined in a million years, that I would one day see the Countess dancing around topless. I wish I hadn't. It reminded me of all the times trashy Tammy Sue had to get naked on OC. Stupid and tacky. The rest of the show was better than most of the season but that really isn't saying much. I still cannot believe this was my favorite. Maybe they could just run the early seasons again in Prime Time. It will be interesting to see who stays, if it is even renewed. I still don't like Eboni, but if she would stop preaching she might betolerable, IF they get rid of Leah. Leah has to go, no matter what. -

Gee looks like Lisa needed an attorney more than Sutton did. I doubt there would be legal repercussions but stolen money has to be returned. I somehow doubt Lisa, and certainly not her kids, have that much money laying around.- 5.1k replies

I don't have it either but am assuming it's not that hard or expensive to get. I will have to figure it out, so far I have resisted streaming.

Kyle always plays the innocent. I bought her act for a few seasons, but have since seen the light. She is a shit stirring, backstabbing phony. Her only real friendship seems to be with the morally bankrupt Faye Resnick. Athough judging from the decor of her current home it would appear that Faye secretly hates her after all.

Good points. Years ago we sold a rental property and ended up owing $10,000 in taxes. We sent a request to the IRS to pay $500 a month, which I thought they would deny, but they accepted it and we paid it off along with some interest, but it was not excessive at all. We had more than that in the bank but did not want to spend it all.. We still owned our home and another rental and I thought they would certainly place a lien just for security but nope. No liens, no grabbing from the bank accounts, just a totally business like transaction. We owed, we paid, they got a little interest, we did not have to pay all at once. Our accountant told us they would absolutely work with us, but said "just don't ignore them, they really don't like that." These people are so arrogant they think they can make their own rules.

Garcelle is leaving? Nooooo

This. It was Rinna's day. As vile and disgusting as she is, these women are pretending to be her friends. Where did Dorit get off making it about her? She is such a self absorbed twit and I am tired of seeing her costumes and, really, they are costumes, not outfits. The perfect example of money can't buy you class, or taste. If they even have money which is also questionable. As usual Erika then had to get into it and go after Sutton and make it about her. Such trashy women trying to pretend they are something they are not.
-
Where does Erika get off speaking to Sutton the way she did? Yeah, she may not like what Sutton has said about her, but Sutton has been polite to her. I love that Sutton laughed, but that doesn't excuse Erika. She is so vile that she really expects everyone to buy her lies and poor me act. She is hardly the first housewife to get divorced. BRAVO just replayed the first season of BH where we got to see Camille totally blindsided by Kelsey and not even being allowed to enter their New York apartment. Talk about humiliating. But Erika acts like the world should stop because she has to do her own house cleaning. No sympathy or concern for the actual victims, just "poor me". F#@k off Erika. Small town Sutton can buy and sell you and she didn't have to steal to do so.
-
Yeah, I think Dorit realized that too, thus the staged fight with Garcelle. Dorit is true Real Housewife Barbie. She just is there to play dress up. I have never had the slightest interest in her and have detested her since she dumped the dog. Her and PK may be stealing from a more affluent group of people, which puts them slightly above stealing from widows and orphans, but I wouldn't put anything past them.Dorit should have been gone 2 seasons ago.

And a dog dumper. I detest her.

Erika Girardi/Erika Jayne: Let them eat cake

As someone mentioned above Teresa is still on NJ and Jen Shaw (I think I have the name right?) is coming back to SLC. I would bet good money that BRAVO will want her back. I do think her attorney's will want her off the show, especially after seeing her damaging performance this season. But, seriously, do we really believe BRAVO Is going to take some moral highground? -

Tinsley always bored me, but at this point anyone would be an improvement over Leah. I wish Eboni would go too, but I never expected they would get rid if her. Sonja needs to go, but please not Sherri Shepard. -

S11.E13: Season’s Grillings

She isn't really denying that, she is saying she didn't know what Tom was doing. That may work with some of her fans, but it won't work legally in that she will still be on the hook for it. I doubt there will be charges against her, I think it will be too difficult to prove, even with the loans to her LLC. Comparisons have been made to Ruth Madoff and that is a logical comparison except for one thing. I don't think Ruth is as cunning and street wise as Erika. I would bet Erika diverted a good deal of money, probably to offshore accounts, before it hit the fan. Doesn't know how to use a Debit card my ass.
