Loved how Felicity saved herself! I had to stop my recording because I yelled at the screen. Best episode in a very long time. The moment when Mama Smoak told Cooper that she worked 60 hour weeks to raise her genius daughter was wonderful. Loved the action shots with Arrow defeating the motion sensors. Charlotte Ross looked terrific; I've loved her since Days of our Lives and NYPD Blue. Great casting. Hated the last two minutes with Roy possibly killing Sara. I kept waiting for Sara to show up during the fight scene.

I think it is airing on Saturday night this week in NYC .

I actually like Sarah as she seems to be accepting of Maura and the least offensive of the three kids. My heart broke for Maura when she saw the empty chairs and then went to see Shelley. I've had enough of Gaby Hoffman's character.

What has happened to Sherlock's hair? I hate to sound shallow but it distracted me from the storyline. All I could think about was his majorly receding hairline. I liked seeing Competent Joan. Did not need to see Kitty.

I've never read the comics and have no knowledge of the pairings in them. I really enjoyed this episode. Loved seeing Felicity interacting with Flash's Team. I think that Grant Gustin is doing a great job. I totally buy his sense of "goodness" without being jaded as of yet. I don't see any indication at all that Iris has any romantic interest in Barry - none. All I see is her being his childhood best friend and guiding him towards Felicity who she believes would be perfect for him. Cracked up when the Team showed up at the train station lugging the vacuum cleaner. Great scene.

I really like seeing Maura's attempts at dignity in contrast to the escapades of her children. Shelley is almost as big of a mess as her kids. Cracked up at her conversation with the Rabbi -- and her attempt to push Josh at her. I was waiting for Josh to bring a real estate agent in to talk about the house which is the big cash cow in the family. At least Ali went to search for Ed; the other two were a waste - literally.

I really liked seeing Emmett at dinner at the Millers followed by his voice mail to his daughter. It humanized him just a bit. Susan Wright and her rapist comment are way too over the top so she isn't the killer. Similarly, the focus on Jack's statutory rape conviction will set off a lynch mob but isn't relevant to Danny's death. There is clearly something off about Paul; I wonder if he is actually Danny's bio dad? It was mentioned that he left town in high school. Perhaps he got Beth pregnant and left? I liked how they brought the newspaper editor back into the show. I wonder if she is going to be more prominent in digging up clues? Renee can leave now. Still the most curious about what Tom was deleting from his computer and phone??

I am in love with this show to the point that I can overlook its flaws. The lead actress - and character - are so likeable that it masks any issues for me. I love the relationship that Jane has with her mother and her abuela -- as well as the relationship between Xiomara and her mother. Cracked up when the Abuela went to the trailer to confront Jane's father only to be star-struck and to return home with the gift basket. Hysterical. My favorite part is the narrator, who is a complete hoot. I don't like Jane/Michael because I can't get past his unwillingness to recognize that the baby he wants no part of is a part of his beloved Jane. I also find the actor to be bland in comparison to Rafael but perhaps that is exactly what the creator is going for. The ratings are not good so I hope that the critical acclaim is sufficient to save the show.

We just saw Sheldon in his tighty whiteys in the first episode of this season. I don't need to see that again, thanks. I thought that Kaley looked great in her short black outfit with the great hair do. Cracked up when the guys ripped the tape off of their hairy arms. Amy and her atrocious outfit and yellow shoes cracked me up.

Binge watched the first three episodes tonight and am loving this show. Jeffrey Tambor is terrific and I loved seeing one of my all time favorites, Judith Light.

I am in love with this show. So nice to see Ivonne Coll, who plays the abuela. She played Daphne's grandmother on Switched at Birth and apparently disappeared from there to take this job. Yelled out loud when Luisa's lover was revealed to be her stepmother. Loved the leopard running loose through the studio. Jane is just terrific.

I've never seen David Tennant before and his character bugs me. Never watched Breaking Bad so this is my first time seeing Anna Gunn in action too. Loved seeing Jason Street's friend again as the priest; can't wait to unravel his background. Really enjoying this so far.

Really disgusting. Glad that all of the headlines identified him as the dad from 7th Heaven and not from The Fosters. The show had enough bad publicity with Jake's car/alcohol issues.

I never saw Broadchurch because it wasn't streaming on any of the services I use. Really enjoyed this pilot. It reminded me a bit of The Killing with the stirring music and the scenery shots. Looking forward to finding out who killed Danny -- and why. The grief scene also reminded me of Season One of The Killing with Brent Sexton and Michelle Forbes so overwrought with grief.

I didn't mind Maggie but there was too much of her -- and Jo. More interested in the relationship between Maggie and Richard once she finds out that he is her father than the one between Maggie and Meredith.

Until I saw him on the bridge, I thought that Jamie Bamber's character killed the girl and set up the phone messages in order to disappear. However, faking suicide from a bridge is a bit much so I'm discounting that theory. I then thought that the wife had found out about the affair and set him up -- which is still my favorite theory -- but she really did look convincingly frantic at the end. I really liked the meeting with Maura and the girl. I also like the new squad room addition but I miss seeing Susie. Jane jumping off of the bridge to save him was ridiculous. I agree that Korsak is going to buy the bar - perhaps his life coach recommended it as a way to prepare for retirement?

Me too. Sharee has grown into my favorite character on the show after Bay. I was hoping that we would see her mother at graduation.

All Episodes Talk: DNA Doesn't Make a Family Love Does
LisaM replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Fosters [V]
I believe that was the last mention/sighting of Talya. -
I think that, if Jude had not already been adopted by the Fosters, Callie would have a much more difficult decision to make. I just cannot see Callie leaving Jude in favor of moving in with the Quinns. He would perceive it as Callie picking Sophia over him and I cannot ever see Callie allowing Jude to feel that way. She has already told Jude that she wouldn't see Sophia anymore if he didn't want her to. Even putting aside Sophia's crazy act of ripping up the papers, I cannot envision Callie leaving the Foster family - which now includes her beloved brother - in favor of moving in with her newly found bio dad and bio sister. However, if Jude was still in play (and potentially available to be adopted by the Quinns), I think that is possibly a different scenario.

My guess is that the English teacher (Toby's friend) will also end up at Melody's new college.
-
I thought that this was a terrific post. When Sophia went into the bathroom, my first thought was that she was going to see Brandon and Callie kissing from the bathroom window - which would blow the adoption sky high because of the foster brother/foster sister romantic relationship. I think that the Elaine situation - even though it was clumsily done - really brought home the precariousness of Callie's situation.
-
I just hope that they don't go the route of reformed Ana and Mike dating.
-
One other little point which I just remembered: when Robert came to the burger joint, he specifically said to Callie that he knew that "her moms" didn't want him to see/talk to her without clearing it first. I recall being struck by the fact that Robert referred to Stef and Lena as Callie's moms.

I loved Daphne's graduation speech - have to admit that I teared up. I also loved seeing Travis' mother show up,speak to him in sign language and meet Melody who took him in. Such a great moment. I also liked how Daphne described meeting Sharee and how she became such a close friend. I actually thought that Bay taking the blame for Daphne - another switch - was an ingenious way for TPTB to keep the core group in Kansas City next year. Even Sharee is going to St.Louis University so she will be in the vicinity. I agree that Daphne needs to be punished for the destruction of the property but I don't think that her whole life needed to be ruined. As a first time offender, my guess is that Bay will likely not face any jail time and will have to pay restitution. My guess is that the parents will institute their own punishment for Daphne.

I'm actually curious whether it is the network which is pushing Brallie - not the showrunners regardless of their comments.
