  1. Seems pretty clear this was due to the pandemic where traveling was discouraged and different cities and counties had different COVID rules and not to be convenient to Tyler. The Food Network also has production facilities in Marin. But my point was that people do in fact follow around their favorite food trucks to different locations.
  2. That’s because they are assholes with or without production.
  3. If she would behave that way because someone on production asked her to than she is not only still an asshole but a pathetic one at that.
  4. That’s one thing that mimics a lot of the real food truck experience at least in my experience where people follow specific trucks to different locations.
  5. The mold remediation wasn’t bad and if they didn’t gut they entire kitchen/powder room it would have taken like two sheets of drywall on the floor we saw, I imagine the bedroom and bathroom was similar and basically cosmetic. He was still in his rental and clearly was planning on doing work.
  6. They haven’t shown any of the spaces that they don’t renovate on this show. eta: I just finished the show and their are French doors that open off the bottom level to a small walled in area, so I imagine the bedroom gets a decent amount of light. I just hate stupid layouts on fairly new builds!
  7. They stated that was to the an outdoor deck and it’s where they went over the tile choices, you could also see that area when they did an overhead of the complex and its outside space on each unit. There was an entire downstairs that we did not see.
  8. That’s what I assumed but that upstairs space was so odd and I am so confused by what the builders/developers intended for it.
  9. No she sat at an outdoor table eating brunch next to Occupy Wall Street and laughed with her friend wondering if they were the 1%.
  10. Show got nominated for an Emmy!
  11. I would say it is similar to the season where Adam and Malia were a thing a Not even Adam suggested they were in a committed relationship.
  12. They are a third category of competitive reality.
  13. But that's not what you said. You said the townhouse wasn't owned by Candiace and there was a mortgage on it (implying Dorothy held the mortgage). Candiace absolutely could get a mortgage on her new home with the equity of the townhouse if Dorothy gave her the equity as a gift for the down payment. It is quite literally exactly what I said. Public records show the townhouse was in Dorothy’s name and we know there was a mortgage in Dorthy’s name because they have talked about it on the show. They literally stated they took over the payments, you don’t do that if it’s your mortgage. I made absolutely no reference to them getting a new mortgage on their new house because I have no idea and to my knowledge Candiace has never stated that Dorothy gave them a gift of the down payment.
  14. I never suggested any such thing, just that she didn’t get the mortgage based on the equity that she had in the townhouse. Maybe she dipped into the trust she keeps mentioning, maybe she and Chris made good financial investments and didn’t spend a lot of her RHOP paycheck, maybe Dorothy or her dad gave them some for the down payment. All of these things are possible but none of them had anything to do with the what I posted.
  15. Queer Eye, Antique Roadshow, Shark Tank, etc. they have a structured format for each episode that remains consistent.
  16. She didn’t own it to roll over into anything.
  17. Emmy Nominated! Two nominations for best unstructured reality show and editing for unstructured reality show.
  18. It can be depending on their social media following. It really took off during lockdown both as a way for cooks/chefs to supplement their income because restaurants were closed/limited hours and staff and people bored at home either for entertainment or to pick up a skill.
  19. Not to mention the boat only sleeps 14 crew when on a normal charter where space isn’t taken up by production. eta: I did a rough conversion and it appears they did the full tip amount in $ but the individual payout in euros. That math works out divided by 12 depending on the exact conversion rate at the time of filming. Currently, but it hasn’t changed hugely since this was filmed, $25,800 in USD is 21,87O€ which divided by 12 is 1,790€
  20. And I was quoting a poster who was speculating and said we might never seen them by pointing out they had already been seen.
  21. The three were introduced on the first episode.
  22. Tom did cheat on her with a crew member while on charter the difference being that they weren’t on the same boat so her remark made sense to me.
