I think what she was trying to say was that her mother was always away on business and that Farrah was with Michael and the grandmother. And that those two physically abused her and Debra wasn't "there for her". I'm still holding out hope that the estranged sister Ashley writes a Tell-All about wtf went on in that house while they were growing up. Farrah can't spit it out and all the "doctors" apparently agreed to keep it under wraps.

It has been confirmed that Maci and Taylor both have "regular" jobs outside of the t-shirt business and outside of MTV filming. Maci's is full-time. Taylor's was part-time originally and after he was there for a while he was able to get on full-time.

Taylor's nickname is T-Money. That's why she put "making more Moneys". It means having Taylor's babies. Maci has her faults, but she's no Amber, Jenelle, Leah, or Farrah. I save my judging for those 4 idiots.

Bentley is adorable. His soft little voice asking the camera guy to hold his lollipop, then whispering to the other camera guy about his plan, and then on his way through the kitchen saying "I feel kind of bad about doing this" - he is such a good kid. I cringe watching how uncomfortable Ryan makes him feel sometimes though. It's written all over his face and it's just sad. Ryan, you're not 16 anymore, you're closer to 30 than 20. Get it together. And get off the pills or whatever you're on. You act like a fool when you're high, and you have no business doing it during your time with Bentley. Time to grow up. Farrah and Debra need to stop talking to Sophia like she's 6 months old already. Once in a while when you're feeling nostalgic or silly - fine. But it's all.the.time. And Sophia legit talks the same way. I've never seen her talk normally. She's going to end up needing social skills help in school, but of course Farrah will try to get the school shut down if they ever suggest such a thing. Of course that's combined with all the too-adult things that she overhears her mom screaming about to others. So we get a 6 year old baby-talking, but doing things like calling her grandmother boring and a freak, talking about boobs and being too fat and lord knows what else. On top of that, Farrah talks to her own daughter like she's a babysitter on the first day. I've never seen anything like it. She acts like she's never been around a child before with the way she speaks to Sophia. She talks like a person who has never been around kids and who has no kids of her own. Like she doesn't even know Sophia. There is no connection there. Debra is definitely on some serious antidepressants or antianxiety meds or something. The old Debra would not just sit there smiling and take everything Farrah dishes out. She used to give it to her right back. Now it's like she's floating in happiness, without a care in the world.

So true! Underneath all her anger and justifying and all her other faults, she really is a smart girl. She could have a good head on her shoulders, she just gets in her own way. I think her need to have a man, need to be loved, daddy issues, whatever - all of that clouds how she sees her own situations. But she is very intuitive and astute when discussing others' situations. She fascinates me on the after-show when she seems so "normal" - it's like a different girl than on the show. I hope her brother that she loves so much and looks up to can knock some sense into her about Matt. I doubt she'll listen to her mother (and I don't blame her), but maybe her brother could get through to her. I wonder if Gary would have any legal standing to keep Leah away from Matt? Or at least not have her be alone with Matt? Probably not feasible (Amber/Matt would just lie and say Amber is always in the room with them), but if I was Gary I'd be freaking out after reading the latest story from Judy Cornett. It's one thing to just have an "icky feeling" about him, but the story that he picked up his life and moved across the country to work with a random lady in her child sexual abuse organization is downright scary. It's one thing to prey on reality stars to hope you'll get famous on tv, but his interest in a child sex abuse group is on another level.

Yep, sadly that's how she sees it. But in all honesty, if she did break up with him, the whole freaking internet would be cheering for her and be telling her she's smart, strong, etc. It would be the opposite of what she thinks.

Very disappointed with Dorothy and especially Dr. Chabaud. I was shocked that a trained, experienced therapist like Dr. Chabaud would act like Kevin was a bad person just because he was into out-of-the-norm sex. You're not supposed to be judgy when you're acting as someone's therapist. And I mean even if she thinks being into that stuff means he has issues that need to be dealt with (not saying it does, just saying that even IF she thinks so), it doesn't mean he's a bad person. And that's exactly how she was acting up in that bedroom when seeing the items. I have met Dr. Chabaud in real life and always had a decent respect for her, but was very disappointed with her last night. Dorothy too, but I wasn't as surprised by Dorothy. Plus she's not a therapist. I felt very bad for Kevin with the way his entire family treated him throughout the episode. I wonder if he has any old co-workers, neighbors, or friends that he could hang out with instead of his histrionic family. From the Ben/Robin story, holy hell. How extremely rare is it to find someone that is willing to literally financially support someone else (including renting them an entire apartment!) - family or otherwise?! That is a LOT of money. I get that they are her parents, but they weren't even nice to her AT ALL and acted like they didn't even like her! I don't care what the parents and brother say. Just the fact that the sister was willing to do that says something about her character. And she had given the brother money the day before?! When he treats her like that and talks about her like that? Please. I know it's hard, but she should cut ties with all of them and use her money for her own self. I get that hoarding is a sickness and that it makes you defensive when it's time for people to help you clean out your hoard. I get that there are always arguments here and there in these situations. But they could not be nice to her for half a minute, let alone being grateful for her offer. I understand them wanting to refuse the offer, but at least tell the girl thank you and act like she's your daughter, not a piece of trash from your hoard.

If you watch Bentley closely, he is always very uncomfortable around Ryan. If Jen and Larry are there too, he's ok. But when he's alone with Ryan, he is never ever happy and looks uneasy and uncomfortable. Honestly I think people cut Ryan a LOT of slack that he doesn't deserve. He's a terrible parent to Bentley. His age is no longer an excuse - he's 26! If any of the moms acted like him, they'd be ripped to shreds. I also think he's high on pills most of the time and I hate seeing Bentley in a car with him b/c of that. Part of me understands B&T setting up boundaries with C&T and their families. But I can't help but think it was kind of hurtful of them to agree to meet everyone except Butch. Yes I know Butch was horrible to everyone and an abuser and an addict. I get it. But what would happen really, if they just said hi to him for 30 seconds. It's not like he was going to punch Brandon or something. They claim it was because Butch was bad to C&T, but April was just as bad to Cate and they agreed to meet April. I know C&T's family and their whole world must horrify B&T, but if you're going to go all the way to the wedding, and meet everyone except one singled out person.....I don't know. I feel like that probably made C&T feel terrible and it was their special day. It probably caused Cate a lot of anxiety and stress. I wouldn't have been surprised if B&T didn't want to attend the wedding in the first place. But to be willing to attend the wedding but just put C&T in the middle of drama of having to keep Butch from saying hi to them seems a little overboard. I try to like Nessa on the aftershow, but she's a terrible host. Amber drops the bomb that she's having cold feet and she doesn't even ask her why??! These girls, especially Amber and Cate, are VERY open with their lives - they'll pretty much answer any question. Yet she doesn't even ask them the obvious ones. I'm crossing my fingers that Amber puts off the wedding. I gave Matt the benefit of the doubt for a while until I saw the Twitter PMs he sent Jenelle (he clearly was just trying to hook up with ANY of the Teen Moms for money/fame and Amber's the one that fell for it), and the fact that Amber didn't know he had 7 kids until Gary told her. Shady stuff. I wish she would listen to her gut, but I think she's so desperate to have a man that she's ignoring the red flags. I do believe she's smart enough to see the red flags. Farrah & Sophia both need some serious counseling, and not from Dr. Jenn. It is so disturbing to watch the Farrah & Sophia scenes. I know Sophia drives everyone crazy, but it's not her fault. It's the only way she knows how to be. Farrah has no business being in charge of that little girl's life because she is causing major damage. Sophia is going to be so messed up and it's just sad to think that there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. One little thing that surprises me so much though, is that Farrah is always perfectly done up and Sophia is always a mess. Farrah is dressed head to toe in dressy outfits, full makeup, not a hair out of place, accessories, matching handbag. Then Sophia is the complete opposite. She never has her hair brushed, and I don't know who cut her bangs but they are an uneven mess and too high up. I'm just shocked that Farrah doesn't have Sophia done up perfectly every day. In designer little kid clothes. Like an accessory/doll. It's so weird. Even the teenagers at the mall usually have their little girls looking perfect to show them off. It just seems so un-Farrah-like.

I didn't understand how Jenna was spinning so much longer than Kelly Anne either. It didn't seem like they had any control over the spinning, so I don't think Kelly Anne did something to make hers stop sooner...the only thing I could think of was that their difference in height/weight determined how long it took to finish spinning? Which seems way unfair to me. But no one on the show seemed to comment on the difference in how long their spinning lasted, so maybe Kelly Anne did have some strategy to make hers stop spinning before Jenna's. But I didn't see anything and I even rewound it to look more closely. I can't believe I'm rooting for Jenna, but I am. I was happy for her. Of course I don't like Kelly Anne so that played a part. But I used to not like Jenna either. She's growing on me this season. Marry me CT.

I'm so confused about the timeline. How much time was there between the time the regular show filming ended and the filming of this After Show? Did Abram not know about the cheating all throughout the regular show (except for the part she confessed, just "massages and egg sandwiches")? And then they went home and they lived together after being done w/ the challenge, with him still not knowing? And only when they did this After Show did he find out the real truth? What about watching the first episodes where Cara and Thomas were whispering about meeting in the bathroom? Was this After Show filmed before even those first episodes aired? So he didn't have a chance to see them yet, as of the time of this After Show filming? Anyway, I'm usually all about businesses doing whatever to make money, which is the whole point of being businesses. But this was disgusting on the part of MTV. Bringing Abram in as the replacement when there were probably 30+ other Challengers that would've been happy to come in as the replacement? Come on. That was for one reason and one reason only. Gross. They're lucky he didn't commit suicide during filming or kill Cara and Thomas in the Challenge house.

Yes - the catfish (before tonight) posted about what Meri had said during the restaurant convo (i.e. the part about maybe getting a job or going camping alone for a week, etc.) - so she was definitely still together with 'Sam' during this vacation and at least for a little bit afterwards. She had filled in Sam/Jackie about the details of the restaurant convo after it had been filmed, but before they "broke up"

Well now I see why Meri was in such a good mood on the Alaska trip. She was still with 'Sam' and was going to announce her decision to leave and be with him. I don't like how they interspersed the Meri confessionals with that restaurant scene, because it makes you think that at that point in time, she already knew she was getting catfished. But if you listen closely, that didn't come until afterwards. Obviously I'm in the minority, but I felt bad for Kody. I feel like she should have talked to him one-on-one first, and THEN the other wives. She wouldn't even look at him during the conversation. And whatever she or I or anyone else thinks of Kody, if that's her husband and she's having an emotional affair and planning to leave, he deserves to have her tell him to his face one-on-one. I'll be curious to see the wives' comments AFTER they know what was really going down. I get them being supportive during this restaurant scene, when all they knew was that she was struggling with "stuff". But once they find out she was having the relationship with Sam - I really wonder what they will think of her and say about her. Of course they'll probably just put on a united front and put all the blame on the catfisher - I wish they would be real about it. I'm just surprised at how the public is so supportive of Meri in this situation. I mean if it was Kody having an emotional affair, he'd be crucified. It's interesting to me that when it's the woman, she's getting a lot of sympathy. Not that the catfisher is innocent, but still.

Ghoulina it's because James has said a lot of degrading things about women and has made some of the women uncomfortable with crude jokes and comments. Jeff and Austin have too, but not as much as James and I don't think Vanessa has heard as much of theirs.

Jace is a HORRIBLE person. OMG I cannot believe the way he talked to Steve. I am almost in tears for Steve. What.an.ass. Especially all the "I thought you were my friend." Like he would EVER be friends with Steve. I literally feel sick to my stomach for Steve. I wish he had just laughed and left after the first sentence out of Jace's mouth. I hope they show this conversation to America on the real show and everyone in America can see what Jace is really like. I have never seen anyone be so mean to such an innocent kid on this show. Disgusting.

Right?!!! When she is on-screen I can't take my eyes off of her face, and I find myself constantly cringing just looking at her. She absolutely ruined it. And she aged herself ten years. She literally looks like a cartoon version of herself. The other night I watched a season 1 episode and then a current episode and it is jarring. Plus now she can't close her lips, so when she talks, she can't pronounce certain letters like she used to. She has to talk with her mouth in a big fake smile, and all the letter sounds that require you to put your lips together, she can't do anymore. It's so distracting to watch her talk. I will never understand why women mess with their faces. I get that they are unhappy having wrinkles. But wrinkles are SO MUCH BETTER LOOKING than that plastic-y, puffed up, warped look. When I see a woman who has had obvious work done on her face, all I can think of is "yikes, she looks so plastic" - I am never thinking, "oh wow, her face is so smooth with no wrinkles" or "she looks so young and pretty". No. It's like you can't see past the plastic-ness to even notice if they have wrinkles or not, or if they are pretty or not. It's like a neon sign flashing at you - plastic, plastic.

Actually Bentley calls Maci's mom "Memaw". He just calls Ryan's mom "Mimi". In their region of the country, both "Mimi" and "Memaw" are popular nicknames for grandmothers. I was surprised to see April's mom "Mimi" on the episode, since she's never been on ever before, that I remember. It seems like MTV would've pushed that drama-filled storyline before now. I'm sure they knew about it, since Cate/Tyler are an open book about stuff like that. Interesting.

Not saying the molestation didn't violate them as well, but they weren't just talking about the brother's records getting released - they were talking about how the entire story was leaked, particularly the fact that *they* were 2 of the victims. So basically they feel violated that the entire world now knows that they got molested by their own brother. I would too. And it's on the cover of every magazine, even though they, as the victims, didn't want it all out there for everyone to know about them. I'm not in my early 20s like them, and I wasn't sheltered like them, but even so, if my brother had molested me, I'd feel violated if it got splashed all over the headlines as well. I feel bad for them. First their brother molests them, then the whole world gets told about it. Not saying that what Josh did should've been covered up, but it's not fair that the victims got exposed the way they did. The way they barely blacked out anything on those police reports made it crystal clear who the victims were. I had second-hand embarrassment for her. It was really cringeworthy. She was acting like a high school mean girl. I think she's having a mid-life crisis. Plastic surgery, leather pants, feathers in her hair, etc. She's trying to dress and act like she's in her 20s.

I'm embarrassed that I know this, but in my defense, I just binge-watched all the TM seasons recently so it's fresh in my mind. ;) Tyler did do a semester or two of college. He started out going for a degree in human services. It was before the part you remember. Then when it was time to sign up for the next semester, Cate was done with high school too so they were both going to sign up. But in the meantime they went to a get-together at Bethany, and were talking with Dawn about their schooling and future plans. Dawn recommended they get degrees in social work instead of human services. So Tyler was worried that he was making a mistake going for a human services degree. They were all confused and didn't know which route to go (in their defense, Dawn didn't explain it to them very well), so even though it was time to sign up for that next semester, they held off. That panicked Tyler's mom, so she brought them out to lunch with a friend and his co-worker. They had both gotten their Masters (co-worker had a double Masters) for further advice. Those 2 told Tyler and Cate to go with human services instead of social work because it's more broad. I don't think Tyler and Cate really understood the difference honestly. They were polite but I think they left there more confused than ever.

The poster saying she's been engaged twice meant that she was engaged to Ryan and now she's engaged (in real time) to Taylor. She was never engaged to Kyle.

In defense of Sophia, it's mostly her mouth - sadly both of her parents had major dental/jaw issues. Once she gets braces, that will be a major improvement. Her hair would be fine if Farrah would stop primping her own self for a second and run a brush through Sophia's tangles. As for the rest of her face, she'll grow into it. She may be very attractive as a teenager. Her eyes and skin will give her an exotic look, I bet. She has beautiful olive skin and big dark eyes. Of course, her personality might be the bigger problem, thanks to having Farrah for a mother. Poor kid. She is really smart and intuitive, but probably doesn't stand a chance in that crazy house.
