  1. Frankie's hair made me think of Neopolitan ice cream.
  2. I get what Sandhya was going for in that dye job. In Holi Festival, everyone throws colored powders and colored water around, so your clothes get smeared with color. But it was too literal, and the dye job was ugly. I think it was an odd choice for the win, but I really didn't like any of the top 3.
  3. Things I learned during this show: 1. If you think you might be dealing with a virus, possibly of terrorist origin, then by all means, open a big box that was potentially exposed to the virus without any protection whatsoever. Bonus points if you root around in possibly contaminated soil as well without any protection. 2. Also, make sure that nobody guards the big box of unknown origin that is potentially linked to a terrorist attack. 3. If an old man shows up with knowledge about your virus investigation that is non-public, you should definitely treat him like a crazy old man and send him away. Because you certainly don't do interviews of people when trying to determine viral origins. 4. If you find a bunch of unknown squiggly organisms, you should stand around holding them in a glass box instead of rushing them to the lab for immediate analysis. Also, I really wanted one of the dissected corpses to swallow its own heart, like Zoidberg did when they were dissecting him at Area 51.
  4. My take on it is that everyone still believes (or is pretending to believe) that Alak is calling the shots, which is why Stahma made Alak look at the beatdown. This way, they get their 20% extra profits and things running smoothly and they get to pretend there's a male in charge, even if there isn't. Alak inadvertently played into that by volunteering himself to be killed, and Datak inadvertently played into that by attacking the current Vizu(?) (Alak). Stahma saw how to manipulate everyone and took her shot. I'm not sure if I would even watch this show if it wasn't for Stahma (although it still annoys me that she killed of what's her name's sister). Ah, who am I kidding? What else am I going to watch? Under the Dome? Lol.
  5. On the TWOP forums, there was this running gag about -- I can't remember exactly -- something like "verb up to the noun," like "step up to the plate." I can't remember if it originated in the Big Brother threads or not -- but I'm sure it'll pop up on BB at some point. What could be the real definition?
  6. There's a panic button that someone pressed when Natalie(?) passed out in BB9, but apparently it summons the police as well, so people probably don't press it unless there's a genuine emergency.
  7. I would have thought getting a nail pulled through your hand would really, really hurt. Like screaming in pain kind of hurt, but I guess I'm wrong about that.
  8. I did like Julie's dress tonight, but something about the length bugged me. I found Caleb and Zach annoying this episode. It'll be fun to watch Zach fall on his face. Caleb strikes me as someone who TBTB want to keep around, so I assume we're going to have to put up with him for a long time.
