  1. Possibly because it was very rushed in s2-A. Team Arrow was downplayed in the second half but mostly through Diggle. We never had a sense of Dig's importance and what he brings that others can't..whilst he still had moments and speeches from Felicity. A big reason why I fear Olicity happening. I could support them if the writing was better and didn't sideline Diggle amongst others (Thea).
  2. I really don't think Amell has much romantic chemistry with anyone..for whatever reason..Katie,Emily,Caity...or Willa. (the latter because I've heard of the inappropriate chemistry..just never really saw it)
  3. I don't mind Iris not being in the know. Not everyone needs to know so quickly. Barry's team knew by circumstance as did Detective West. I suspect it'll change by s1. For the pilot itself..I enjoyed it. I'm in. Though I don't get the purpose of the twist..why show that particular date for the paper? Sure, it's to show Wells' time travel/possible murder of Barry's mom..but that date? Unless the show plans on lasting 10 years.
  4. No, I'm saying why couldn't Oliver put the mask on himself? And he doesn't have to call himself a hero to act like one because of his own self.
  5. Why can't he put it on himself? I dislike it when other characters are seen as the inspiration or reason for a hero..they can play a part..but as the wise Jen Lindley said..it has to be an inside job. Also..wasn't Diggle the one who pushed Oliver to extend his scope beyond the list? So he deserves some credit too, and should be equal to Felicity imo.
  6. Himself. Felicity verbally called him a hero but Diggle's believed in Oliver longer. I've never gotten that sense before.
  7. I don't agree that Felicity is a Mary Sue..but she does get moments that aren't earned or are pure fan-service imo. I still don't see why she was the one to put on the mask, or her "please save Oliver" comment (when Moira and Thea were in more danger), her speech after Diggle conveniently left (also why did he give them a moment alone in the finale..why did they need one?)
  8. I too wish it never happened, but because of the aftermath..nothing about the feelings they had for each other was explored..and the status quo was quickly resumed afterwards..with the exception of Cordelia's place in the Scoobies (which is why I'm fairly sure the whole thing was just a way to set up her future departure..no strings in Sunnydale)
  9. I am quite fond of the Willow-Angel scene in her house..those two (to me) had a bit of a friendship that was seen here and there on the show.
  10. Platonic: Xander-Willow Giles-Buffy Willow-Buffy Xander-Willow-Buffy Angel-Willow Cordelia-Willow (I have my reasons for the last two!) Romantic Xander-Cordelia Willow-Oz Buffy-Angel
  11. Even though I like both Willow and Oz more then Xander and Cordy individually, the latter still makes the #1 spot of my all time favorite Buffy-verse couple, Also two of my favorite lines are in this episode. 1. Cordelia: I bet you wouldn't. I bet you'd let a girl go off to her doom all by herself. Xander: Not just any girl. You're special. 2. Xander: Hey, Angel's our friend!... except that I don't like him.
  12. Re: "A Long Walk to Pittsburgh" - I think that may be my least favorite episode (part two at least). I don't see how what Amy was saying was untrue, cruel or heartless like Cory was acting. Or how Topanga's parents were in the wrong for daring to have lives outside of their daughter's love life. And most of all the retcon of Topanga and Cory. I did see season 1 writers!
  13. I have never seen Stefan judge Elena or (especially) Caroline. I don't buy into the "rules are different for vampires" thing. Vampires aren't soulless like on Buffy. I see them as super humans basically.
