Ya know, the Ramona/Bethenny/Dorinda conversation was dark, but I felt it was sincere and real. I genuinely liked Bethenny in that scene. It certainly surpasses whatever boring/oversexed conversations happen 90% of the time on RHOBH this season.

Come on! Sonja doesn’t stir the pot, she’s the straw that stirs the drink! 🤣 When Ramona was talking about the situation with the will in her TH, her chest was bright red.

Colin is pretty much the star of all the new promos.

I watch partly because, even though boring, I want to keep up with the story. If a show ends up genuinely bad, I do stop watching at the end of the season. The other reason? I’d miss posting with everyone! The conversation is often better than the show.

As long as they were forcing the lie detector storyline, they should have just had John Not-Sessa text Teddi about it.

Me too on (most of) that! The exception being that I am a West Coast girl, and I haven’t gone to Dawson or Laguna/OC haunts, but we DO have a Lemonade (restaurant) up here and I love it! I saw the Flaming Lips at a festival-type event and went with a bunch of Cake fans. I was the only one who liked the FLips. The 90210 bit was totally lost on those friends (whereas I floved it). The guy I was getting to know was outright offended by them (?). The bummer is... I don’t think they include the Flaming Lips appearance in syndication. The music is so butchered in reruns. Performances are chopped out and iconic background music (like Brenda’s dramatic pondering set to “Losing My Religion”) has been replaced with uber-generic guitar riffs.

Did LVP’s lie detector jacket have the word “truth” bedazzled onto it? I mean... that’s a LITTLE much.

Curious if any of you fine folks including @Callaphera and @MrsWitter made it to the Saved by the Bell pop up restaurant, Saved by the Max? I’m just sad that my LA friends would have had no interest in going 🤣 PS it’s gone now, but it’s moving elsewhere, and people are guessing that the LA venue will be... ta dah... a Peach Pit.

I have to laugh because I almost asked about whether West Point was considered “upstate” or not! You read my mind. My dad was from Westchester County (south of Peekskill-ish... yet another reason I was obsessed with Facts of Life as a kid!) and I used to say I had family in “upstate New York” (because that was the best way I had to explain it I guess? Or I thought anything not NYC was upstate? Not sure). One time my dad heard me say this and he said “no, they’re not upstate.” I don’t recall precisely where it started but I think to him, “upstate” was probably north of Dutchess County.

If Lu doesn’t stop drinking, she may go up the river again, with or without her friends, right? 😉 When I saw her about a year ago, most of the audience was there (seemingly) to have fun and, basically, enjoy an evening with a housewife in captivity. I don’t know that I (or anyone) went to mock Luann per se, but I wasn’t there to see her as an amazing artist, if that’s what people are driving at. Most of the other “friends” were fab, and I also met a guy (sorry don’t recall name) who seems to be an assistant to the housewives or something? Or maybe a PR guy? Not sure. But he was really friendly too. Anyway, how often do you get to see someone from TV IRL, and in an entertaining setting? YMMV on whether the cost is worth it to you (royal “you,” not just you personally @hoodooznoodooz) but my friend and I had a great time and of course are in agreement that Lu was by far the worst of the performers 😉 However... that was last year. I’d be far less inclined to shell out to see her this year because she has become so freaking self important again. Heck, she’s making me side with Bethenny. 🤣 Well, we’re Suffern with her.

Three things I can’t scrub from my mind: * Teddi getting down to “Party in the USA” (really, about the unsexiest song ever) * Rinna OF COURSE saying she loves “My Pony” (yeah you and all the other Magic Mike fans 😒... like you’re some 90’s R&B expert otherwise) * Kyle grinding on Mauricio

Yeah it kind of seemed like her “expanding business” was code for “filming this show,” but she can’t say that.

When Rinna walked in to the Petty Mess concert, I seriously thought she was Brandi’s friend Jennifer Gimenez.

I guess she had to do SOMETHING to make her quota of scenes...😉

That’s been my theory, too. Go scorched earth on him. They don’t want him around—at all—so they’re doing whatever they can to distance themselves. They still view him as an interloper, and now he’s an *insulting* interloper, so it’s even worse. If I watched Game of Thrones I’d make some sort of witty Game of Thrones comparison. 🤣
