It was another just okay episode for me - not great but certainly not bad. I'm still just shruggy at Do Not Destroy - I really want to like them but I almost never think their stuff is more than okay. My favorite was the play sketch. Great twist at the end. WU fun as always. Heidi's always good in sketches but her WU characters never do it for me and they go on too long.

I say that. And "home safe." Theory: It started because people use it at the end of an evening and are too tired to say the "ly." 🙂

You should watch Black Lady Sketch Show. She was terrific. I think she was only in Season 1. Plus, it was a great show, especially the first season, but the second was fun, too. My favorite sketch was "The Boppers," first season. I watched it over and over.

It would have been fun if Gwyneth had showed up to lampoon the trial. She was a recurring host, after all.

I thought it was a middling episode - not terrible, not outstanding. I liked the twist the miming-in-car bit took, one of the "it's so white" lines was pretty funny, and I thought the "David" bit during WU was funny and the makeup work was awesome. The married couple sketch just seemed bland. I liked the first time Kenan did the falling-down-the-stairs part but the heightening in the Aruba part was predictable. Please Don't Destroy (thanks Ms Blue Jay)- well, I still think the only reason they got picked out of all the sketch groups in NY is their dads. They're not bad, but they never really make me laugh and laugh. Yay, Abbott!!

People do that, though, when they don't want to admit to others how much pain they are in. It's very common and a normal defense mechanism. I suspect it was more for herself than her sister.

It's not all about confidence, Darcy. Talent and craft are much more important. It's kind of scary that they don't realize they don't look human anymore. And sad. Although that may be part of body dysmorphic disorder.
