I feel that it is okay if Jenelle is showered with gifts from her first baby to her last. I don't think it's needed, I just think it's nice. I personally think the culture that it is somehow in bad form makes me cranky. I participated in a shower for a friend in a similar situation (third baby, first time baby girl...that is ALL she has in common with Jenelle) and it was such a wonderful, beautiful thing.

I've never understood the idea that you should only have a baby shower for the first baby. I know it is a thing, I just don't get it. I think each child should be celebrated. I do hope all those who show up for a party for Jenelle's daughter also show up after she has the baby. She's gonna need all that support and then some...and that baby is gonna need every single actual adult to have any shot in life.

It was weird to me how MTV promoted aka how they didn't promote it. I expected to see commercials and what not. The most promotion I saw was on social media from Cate and Tyler themselves.

Nothing is vague to me about Neil's comment. I think like many who leave the church and has family still in, he's mum.

I mostly agree. However, the people they trust inexplicably are the ones telling them that all these stories are just bitter people who weren't able to access the gifts of Scientology like you did...wink, wink. I think Cruise doesn't go looking for the bad and when he hears it....he is easily placated by having access to the highest of the high in the organization and then assuring Cruise that none of this passes the snuff test. I also think he truly believes they can save the planet and anything else is just collateral damage. However, personal things would make me go hmm. Like Travolta losing his son and Scientology not being able to stop or heal that. Or Scientology being the main reason for two failed marriages for Cruise. Those things would get me thinking. I just think of how long someone like Leah didn't question anything she was told and she had access to all this too....and when Scientology explained it away, she believed it until it happened to her.

I still think Cruise doesn't see the underbelly of all that. He sees people doing things for him, but that's what is done with celebs. They ask and they get. He doesn't even consider that the Sea Org people are slaves....he is just used to every want and desire taken care for him and done with a smile. I got to glimpse into the life of the famous once and often they don't see anything that happens under the surface. And while we see the shadiness of the whole Nazanin business....he just sees someone lucky enough to be with him. It's naive and just basic conjecture, but he might not know to the extent of all of it. Of course, he might know and just doesn't care because it doesn't happen to him and happens to the little people. What made me think this....is that for a while I think Leah was sheltered from all of the gritty underbelly too. She didn't see it until she asked about Shelly and made a spectacle at Tommy's wedding. She made herself a problem to Tom and Katie and that is when they turned on her and treated her with with the garbage they do to everyone else.

I still think Cruise gets different treatment because of his celebrity status. I would be SO interesting though if Nicole and Katie started talking. They won't, but gosh darn it, I'd love it. And as for Suri....we all know she is better off. Those sad kids of Nicole's....they lost out big time and got Tom and the creepy church instead of an actual loving parent. I also think that Cruise might not be as aware of some of the junk as others because he is so protected from it. He is treated like gold and is only shown and told the magical world saving aspects of Scientology. And the abuses he hears about, he never sees...or realizes he sees them, hears the Scientology side from the upper ups and thinks it is just bitter haters hating. Cruise isn't smart, so he sees what they want them to see and then just goes on believing the big ol' lie.

All of this has nothing to do with Teen Mom....however, there is nothing wrong with LuLaRoe leggings. If you think they are ugly, don't buy them. I love my cute little leggings with flowers and heart shaped sunglasses on them.

I went down the rabbit hole and read a bunch of her twitter and instagram. She posts about depression a lot, but never say her say she's over it or anything like that. She posts a lot though, so it could be in there. Cate posted this on Instagram a week ago about mental illness:

I'll definitely be watching 20/20 tonight. Even though I've grown tiresome of 20/20 since I find they just rehash info that everyone knows already and drag it out for an hour. I still set my DVR though, so well played 20/20.

My issue with this season is that there isn't much crossover in the storylines....so it seems like I am watching two shows. There is the Noah and Helen show and there is the Alison and Cole show....and every once in a while Noah makes a guest appearance in the Alison show or vice versa.

Get a cardboard cutout of Leah and put it in the car.

Yeah, Mike told that tale in the Going Clear documentary.....when going over his last encounter with Sweeney. They showed those clips of Rinder and Sweeney battling and god, he looked so so bad. Even in the Scientology "We Are The World" mock video....I think Rinder looks a million times better now than he did then.

She also said in that letter how horribly sick and fat Rinder looked. Me? I saw Rinder when he was in London trying to stop Sweeney from doing his expose (where he just got out from the hole) and he looked like a gaunt zombie. His face has filled out, he has color and I think he personally looks great. I'd take current Mike Rinder any day of the week vs. the older version of Mike Rinder, on just a physical level. Because the e-meter is just a trick. It gets people to talk and do what they want them to.....the auditor can keep asking for more because of the e-meter and keep pressing. It's just a way to keep it going and make the person holding the cans think that the auditor is seeing or experience something that they aren't.

It is very nice to hear. I had hoped she'd behave more like a child once she stopped being in the limelight and such a prop to be carried around. A kid should just be able to be a kid.

Especially since in our recent discussion, I never saw what Cate had to actually say....just what another poster said she said in an instagram post a while ago (unless I missed it...which is totally within the realm of possibility).

Rinder's wife is just one year older than his oldest daughter.....so yeah, she's a youngin. Rinder's daughter mentions it often in the many internet bashings of Mike.

People in traumatic situations aka jail can have psychotic breaks....so I think that is what they are saying happened with Noah. Now do I think this kind of story is being done well....at all....I'd have to say no. However, it isn't something that doesn't happen. Someone can show zero symptoms and then the break happens and then it's like a whole new world.

After "Gunther" was chasing Noah in his big ol' truck....Noah crashes and looks into his rearview mirror there is no truck behind him. When Noah gets out to assess the damage the front is all jacked up, but the back of the car is not damaged at all even though "Gunther" slammed into it numerous times.

To me when someone says they no longer suffer from depression....what it most often means is that they are not currently symptomatic. I don't expect everyone to speak with clinical language. If Cate is saying she is no longer experiencing the symptoms of depression and that is true....good for her. But I forgot mention she's fat. Bad Shelley. Bad.
