Nina’s runway was incredible this week. As she mentioned, Leigh Bowery was her inspiration.

When she put her glasses on during judging, she could have been sitting in my parent’s living room playing canasta with my mother in 1981.

That was complete and total bs. If you’re questioning a designer’s taste level every single week, why keep them over someone with an impeccable garment that didn’t wow you? Oh wait- they never keep older women around on these shows.

Nina has really been growing on me. I hope she makes it far. Wouldn’t mind seeing her win the season. Even though we have seen ‘comedy queens’ win before, they have all been traditionally attractive and slim. If Silky wins, it will feel like when Tyra gave the win to Whitney because a ‘big girl’ was due to win after having passed over far more deserving ‘models’ (Tocarra).

‘...and I include Caroline in that and I’ve had that wig for 40 years’. Perfection. I love this show.

Really impressed with Sonia’s work so far. It’s a shame the judges haven’t seemed to notice so far.

The episode didn’t air until last night in the US. I’m always shocked when people take the time to express such strong negative feelings about a show. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it. Easy solution. Last nights episode was enjoyable, but not memorable (still better than most of what is on TV). Meet The Parents was one of the most touching episodes of TV I’ve seen in ages. I’ll be sad when the show is over.

I’m going to pretend that the first half of the episode didn’t happen. Awful. The second half made up for it. They were kind, bad ass, supportive, and drama-free. I don’t watch this show for threesomes, creepy guys, and people who treat this like its Coachella. Cut the shenanigans please, producers.

I went into this season thinking I’d hate Vanjie, but she is a goddamned star. While she’s likely unintentionally funny, I cannot take my eyes off of her whenever she’s on screen. She is pure joy.

Two weeks in and already tired of the way that Brooke Lynne paints. She’s going to have to switch things up because there’s nothing fresh going on there. On the fence about Yvie- like her looks so far, but looks like she’s going to insert herself into every damn drama. Silky isn’t the only one there seeking camera time. Scarlet has already worn out my last nerve. There was something about Mercedes and a stroke- was there anyone else there this week?
