I question how often she even sees any of them. Once a month, maybe? Enough to get a quick snap with Ariella or Solomon to post as proof of family togetherness. I doubt she saw any of them every week, even before the pandemic. After all being stuck to each other for 20 years, the wives still seem awkward around each other, like a divorced couple trying to force cheerfulness for the benefit of their kids and the audience.

Does Meri take pictures with any family members beside Ariella, ever?? There's not even a picture of her with Robyn, is there? I deleted a lot of my social media recently for many reasons, so I can't check if things have changed in the last few days. But Meri has "sister wives" and a husband and a thousand sister wife family members, and the only person will be take a picture with her is the 5 year old. And all the Sister Wives have one thing in common besides Kody: they all suck at Social Media click bait. All the TLC "stars" seem to use the same ridiculous themes and staged pictures to try to draw people in.

Josh did only used to get a 1/21 portion of the tater tot casserole. Now he gets a 1/8 portion. Maybe that's the problem. I remember in the early episodes of however many kids and Counting, the Duggars shopped at Aldi and always bought and made crappy, unhealthy food. I agree portion control must have been key. And there is healthy food at Aldi, but you didn't see much of it in the Duggars' 15 shopping carts. I don't remember Michelle doing Weight Watchers. Did they advertise it?

Is it odd that Josh Duggar is the only one out of 19 siblings who is seriously overweight? Usually obesity runs in families, either through genetics or learned eating habits. But Josh is the only one. And for all the Duggars' other faults, they have some pretty good genes. No serious illness or disability within a family of 19 kids has to be rare.

Mady posted something a few weeks back of them decorating a Christmas tree. From what little you could see, it looked like a different house to me. So I assumed they moved sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas. But it's possible that they didn't. I'm super curious about whether Kate is trying to move the remaining kids farther away from Jon so it's harder for them to flee to his house like Hannah did.

Jinger's only teacher EVER was Michelle Duggar. I am shocked that Jinger can even string words together to make sentences considering her education. Take everything she says with a grain of salt. She's a moron and a grifter who lives off other people giving her a free home and buying her branded crap.

It's still way better than Paedon, or that other poor girl whose name starts with Y that I can't even begin to spell. I don't know how Aspyn got so lucky.

Christine has all but admitted on several occasions that Aspyn was the second parent in her house. I think their family is a lot like a single mom family. Kody just did drive-bys. I remember right after they moved to Las Vegas, Christine complained that Kody hadn't seen her kids more than once that whole week. They are 4 single mothers sharing a baby daddy. Which is apparently normal for polygamous families. One of them said once that most plyg families don't even spend Thanksgiving or Christmas together, but have separate gatherings with the father going from house to house. It speaks volumes that not a single Brown kid wants to live plural marriage.

Per their Instagram, it looks like they attended an in-person church holiday service. So they don't seem to be avoiding super spreader events, just the Duggar family parties.

In a comment on one of her posts, Jessa claims that the Dillards were invited to the Christmas gathering, but chose to celebrate with Derrick's family instead. I can believe this or not, as I equally believe that Jim Bob is an asshole, and that Derrick/Jill would play up their outcast role to get more viewers and more money for their YouTube videos. I can see Derrick especially as wanting to make the Duggars look as bad possible, even going so far as to make things up.

Also, it’s been forever since Meri was pictured with anyone besides Robyn’s kids. Do the other kids avoid her?

I can see where that poor kid will eventually end up looking just like either Robyn or Kody. Neither is a really good look.

I re-watched the last episode of the original series last night on TLC On Demand. Jon didn't look sober and he admitted he had just moved 3 hours away from his kids voluntarily to live in New York. Kate seemed far more upset about the loss of the show than she was about her marriage or the trauma the public fiasco was causing to their children. Then Jon acted like a complete dick to Maddy and Cara over posters for a lemonade stand, and Kate forced 6 five years old to march down a public country road for a mile to a farm while the crew and paparazzi trailed behind. They were both assholes.

Claire's mother is showing all the early signs of being a serious famewhore. It's not surprising she hooked her daughter up with a Duggar.

Jim Bob pays them, so he maintains control over them. I really think with Jim Bob it's all about control. They can't go to school, and they end up working for Jim Bob or one of his friends. I think part of why Jill is on the outs is that they really walked away from letting Jim Bob control what they were doing. Austin seems to want to be independent, as does Jeremy. I can't figure out what the hell Ben does, and all the Duggar brothers work for Jim Bob. I think Joy, Jill, and Jinger all mostly follow their husbands lead, while Jessa seems to be the more assertive person in her marriage.

I think Jill is estranged from the family because Jim Bob demanded it. And I think Jim Bob is only mad because Jill got a lawyer and demanded fair pay from her time on the show. I think this all comes back to money, and Jill being unwilling to repent and crawl back to Jim Bob like Josh did.

Josh the sister-molesting cheater gets invited when they are filming, and they just film around him. According to a reply Derick made on a post, they were not invited to that Fall family day thing at the big house. Jill might have been excluded from this too. Do you think it's Joy who is shunning her? We know Jessa doesn't care, and my bet is on Joy or Jana who is the most estranged from Jill. Anna occasionally comments on Jill's posts. I also wonder if Jinger is glad or sad to be so far away from it all.

They won't even think twice. The money is too good and the fame is too addicting. I have a feeling we will hear many stories like these as the former kids of reality television become adults.

From the short amount of time I spent watching Meri's Facebook Live Lularoe shows before I was kicked off, I really believe there are lots of women buying that shit. Meri has an actual fan club, from what I saw. These women LOVE her. She was getting like 200 to 500 people watching her Facebook Lives at once, and every poorly made Lularoe piece of clothing was selling. It was a bit horrifying to watch. She tries to act like she is Ellen Degeneres with the Let's All be Kind bit, but just like Ellen, there is a dark side. By comparison, I have known several people who tried selling Lularoe. Once the popularity of Lularoe started to fade, they had a horrible time getting anything to sell, and they all got out of the business, mostly at a loss.

Is she selling the mints to honor a giving spirit, instead of giving the mints away??? So she's making money to honor a selfless person?

That picture with the crystals looks only slightly better than my one attempt at doing Painting with a Twist. And at least I got to hang with friends after spending $35 to create a horrible picture. Does she charge shipping for that too? Honestly, I really wonder if she is going to farmer's markets and thrift stores, buying things on clearance, and reselling them. The stuff she is selling looks like it came from a school bake sale or a garage sale.

Meri is grateful for the huge financial benefit she gets from the fame of being on a show she complains about and tries to claim isn't real. From the time I had access to her LulaRoe lives before she banned me for "snarkiness", I saw some real leg humpers.

Josh was fed and breeding when Anna announced she was pregnant with Meredith, and I remember in the episode Josh looking miserable. I'm not so sure he's really happy. I used to feel bad for Anna, but now I feel like Anna is getting more out of their shitty marriage than Josh.

I suspect that Michelle remembers the oldest 4 kids and the youngest 2 kids. All the kids in the middle were just so she could keep getting pregnant and making a spectacle. And I have nothing against large families at ALL. But Michelle never really seemed that interested in at least half her kids. Especially the Howlers. The buddies did all the real work and interaction. I get the feeling that Anna is a lot like Michelle. And Josh wanted to be like Jim Bob, but couldn't pull it off. I really want to know if Josh is actually happy in his marriage.

I think Anna is already pregnant again. In recent Instagram pics, she's always hiding her belly. And all her kids are two years apart in age, so it's just about time. She and Michelle seem to be a lot alike.
