Loved this episode, especially David's reaction to his doppelgänger. Just wish that he had more lines as his imitation of David was pretty spot on. Must say when i read the synopsis i wasn't expecting Wendy to be the ex colleague. Was a nice surprise. Wasn't a fan so much of the dead cat B-plot. But did love the return of Moria's pronunciation of baby. Also, I want David's jersey.

Iain really needs to tone down the pursed lips and facial mugging. I feel like he has only started doing it In the last few episodes.

When Peter and the gang were on the boat I was hoping that they would make a gag about the viral boat crash video on YouTube and I was not disappointed.

Can’t say I got too many laughs out of this episode. I think it would have been better if the entire episode was about the game and having the WHOLE town including all the Roses involved playing against an Elmdale team. It seemed weird to have a rehearsal/meet n greet without Patrick there. I did enjoy seeing Patrick in a sports uniform but Dan Levy looks like he has lost a bit of weight.

Interestingly Chris Elliot’s daughter was originally going to play Alexis and she played the role for the pilot. Maybe he is a hangover from that.

I actually thought Joselyn was channeling Moira a little bit at the hotel in the beginning of the episode minus the vocal affectation. The line and joke when she was congratulating Jonny on the hotel’s nomination despite her reservations sounded like the sort of thing Moria would say.

I think they missed a trick by not rhyming Lexus with Alexis.

Thanks for the heads up about the song beings on Apple Music etc. It’s fantastic. I loved how they even included an “ew David”. Although I do wonder how Alexis planned on pulling off showing her full range in one of the verses when said verse required a lot of auto tune on the actual track.

This was an absolute cracker of an episode with real great character moments. While I was a rather put off by Patrick’s rude attitude towards Ronnie but then I thought, Patrick is always such a good nice guy it was good to see a different side to him that we have never seen before. Alexis’ 30 seconds one of the funniest things I’ve seen on this show. Loved it. Although was it just me or did Annie Murphy’s face look a bit different this episode. Loved the moments between Moria and Jonny with Stevie and especially the end scene. It was so sweet and topped off by Moria decreeing that she shouldn’t burden Stevie with another bottle of wine and taking it back with her. Perfect. Definitely my fav episode of the season.

Great another episode where Roland is an inconsiderate schitt. This episode wasn’t as great as the last couple but I did like Patrick’s audition. Everything else didn’t really work for me, least of all Ted’s mother.

I realised a few minutes before Patrick walked into the motel room that it would transpire that he couldn't go through with it. He is too much of a good guy. "fuck off alexis" and " hey alexis, find a stick..." were perfectly delivered by David. Once again, second episode in a row, Roland was a piece of schitt. He had no right to deliberately look at Stevie's phone. Less is more.

I really don’t buy Betty as an addict. The actress does not sell it at all. Totally unbelievable. I’ve just finished a rewatch of series one and just started on series two and it really made me miss early Bailey. She was such a stong character in the beginning and seeing what she is reduced to now is really sad. She’s pathetic. Also I want Richard back as Chief. Also also, they never show Joe the bartender any more. Wonder why.

Strongest episode of the season for me so far. Drunk Ted is so funny and singlet Ted is very hot. The “I’m a light sleeper” / “it’s a design flaw” line had me laughing. I dunno how they write such amazingly funny scripts. This show is definitely one of a kind. Also, Roland is a schitt. Purposefully slamming the door shut.

That was so tedious to watch. It felt like being in Tartarus. Its just so boring and has none of the spark or charm of the original series. Why is Macy so underdeveloped using her powers? Like why would you TK some keys at a demon. Ugh. Seems like this show is shying away from practical effects which is part of the reason I think the original holds up so well. It had a good mix of both.

Sounds like I’m in the minority for liking Andy’s new hair and I’ve never had a problem with Gina. I’m sad to see her go.

Patrick was definitely giving out the wrong impression regarding the living arrangements. They also need to evolve Moria as a character as she hasn’t really progressed since the first season. Dunno if it’s intentional or not but it really is noticeable.

Ethan looked like he was working out inbetween scenes. His arms looked huge 😍👌🏼 Can’t say this episode worked for me. Felt a bit off.

I knew straight away that the love letters would be from Moira and that she had simply forgotten. I don't understand why Patrick was downplaying the robbery. I don't have an issue with how Stevie and David reacted.

This is black mirror. There was never going to be a “good” ending.

Ngl something got into my eye when Moria bought Johnny back to the motel, and he saw the lit up motel with the cars parked out front.
