  1. Episode 7 (next week) was initially marked as episode 3 by the Official Dr Who YouTube channel before being corrected. Makes me wonder if there was a shuffle around of the episodes. Obviously could have been a simple mistake but it would answer why this week had no relationship to last weeks big events.
  2. I wondered if that was Jim Beaver. My initial reaction was that it was him, then I quickly dismissed it because he looked so different than I remembered. My he’s changed.
  3. My fav line was Patricks response to Alexis' line "Stevie said yes?!" Patrick " It was more of a reluctant 'sure' " I can totally hear Stevie saying that. Followed by the second best line "Diplo still sends me nudes"
  4. How on earth did they manage to keep so many plot points so under wraps and spoiler free. Well done to the production team. Best Jodie episode, and probably the best episode since Heaven Sent imo.
  5. Sol’s colour swatch shirt was awesome. Alison is just the worst. I wish they would focus on Coyote more. Bud and Brianna are the two children that seem to get the most air time.
  6. Damn the writers are really making Mallory super pathetic this season. Wasn’t Mallory’s boyfriend introduced as the principal at her children’s school? Scary if so. Debbie Allen looks really different than when she’s glammed up on Greys Anatomy.
  7. Or maybe it’s worthless. Hence why in the pilot, the IRS didn’t bother seizing the ownership of it.
  8. I guess the show wants the viewer to forget this. The obvious joke they could have made would have been Johnny following up Roland’s comment about being the mayor with his own about owning the town.
  9. Theodore's romantic date night for Alexis was super adorable. I would melt if that happened to me. I was amused by David dismissing Ted on Skype because Ted had his clothes on. Was a great funny throw away moment. I'm not a fan of Roland but I thought it funny when he said he didn't want to have to pull out the fact he was the mayor and the banker said he had already tried that trick. Not seeing Patrick was slightly made up for by the fact Patrick was wearing his clothes. I actually found David way more attractive dress this way compared to his usual OTT ensemble.
  10. I perfectly believe Adam and Michael are father and son. The casting is absolutely spot on. The actors look so alike! I hope Jackson doesn’t do anything silly and hurt himself.
  11. I fear for Adam, hope he doesn’t end up in a dark place.
  12. The fact Amy was in labour completely went over my head.
  13. This episode left us with more questions that need answering. I wonder who the person in the hazmat suit was in the flashback. Does anyone else think it’s slightly unethical to unknowingly feed guests placenta? And the young couple helping with the tv and questioning how Sean and Dorothy could afford such a nice house seem iffy to me. Wonder if they were part of the cult.
  14. I looooved the Grace and Frankie dolls. They missed a beat by not having Joan Margaret talking to them thinking they were real with her poor eye sight. Sol/Robert have always been the weakest part of the show for me. They go to extraordinary lengths to not have Martin show any sort of gay action. This was particularly evident in the first episode of the season where they had them nearly kiss many times but were always interrupted. He’s clearly not comfortable with it which takes me right out of the show.
  15. Now I remember why I dropped out of the Arrowverse. This wasn't any where near being a decent episode.
  16. I found it amusing that Patrick went and put a mattress protector on the bed. And of course David needed 7 showers to feel clean. Less Roland please and thank you.
  17. I thought the whole episode was going to turn out to be one big hallucination by Ryan brought on by the attacking Vending Machine.
  18. Both are as bad as each other. Neither were good episodes and neither of them were at all scary. I would have liked it to have been some how tied into the 6th Doctor episode “The Mysterious Planet”. Both have a similar scene of an underground passage where it’s revealed that the planet is future ravaged Earth. The old lady was a terrible actress. How she was cast is a mystery to me. It would have been a perfect role for a famous elderly actress.
  19. This episode was poorly produced/directed/edited. What a shit show. I found it all pretty decent until Ryan got attacked by the vending machine. It all went down hill from there.
  20. My take on it is this. It started when Leanne unintentionally “spiked” the omelette with cayenne pepper. When Shawn asked if she had added it yet, she lied and said no. So when Shawn told her it would make Dorothy sick, Leanne decided to intentionally feed it to her anyway. Shawn then asked Leanne to taste the blowfish and taunted her by saying that if he had prepared it wrong, Leanne could die. Leanne followed that up by taunting Shawn by saying it tasted like an Apple that had been left out in the sun. it’s all so cat and mouse and I love it.
  21. Damn Leanne was burning people left right and centre. “It tastes like bruised fruit, like an apple that was left out in the sun” and her comment about Dorothy’s post baby weight.
  22. Holy hell what a tense episode. Knowing that Jericho was going to die and just waiting for it to happen, wondering if each misstep was the event had me on the edge of my seat. well done show and well done to Lauren Ambrose she was fantastic this episode.
  23. Missy was never explicitly the next Master after John Simms Master. So I’d love if this new incarnation was in between those two. Make it a bit timey wimey.
  24. Robbie’s performance was really nice. Had to rewatch it to understand what his hand signal was about when he whispered to “put them down”. Don’t know if he was a bit tipsy and or high but he was still rather hilarious why am I not surprised that Henry Cavill, bless his soul, was still as a rock during the song. He seems the type. this was my first exposure to Daisy Ridley. I quite enjoyed her. Very reminiscent of Kiera Knightly. Rob Brydon was a treat. Although I had already heard his joke about his dubbed voice when I went to stand up gig he did earlier in the year.
