Right? This is the same guy who told her last season he didn’t want a baby with her because she’d parent like her fucked up mother.  And changed the locks on her the season before that.

Sexually harassing the cameraman (I think he did it) has costs. I’m sure he had to pay hush money, he has to pretend to respect his wife, and sire a secure the bag baby that he never wanted.

Not grabbing asses would’ve been cheaper.

Yep. They looked like snow crab legs, the less expensive cousin to king crab legs.

We recently moved to the Baltimore area. Purchased a home, a lovely townhouse.  We are in a stage in our lives where we purchased our home for cash while still owning our primary home in the Midwest. This is not to boast, just facts. Here is what we had to do...

-we had to provide records to our Realtor showing our financial standing (cash standing).  Showing we had the cash standing to purchase properties we were looking at  Cash standing!  Not what we MAY have if we inherited money, won the lottery or sold our home (that would have been a contingency).

-we had to provide earnest money (about 2x what someone with a mortgage would have).  Earnest money is what you lose if you walk away from the deal

A legitimate agent is not going to take you to see properties you cannot afford unless you are just willing to waste everyone’s time. 

If you need a mortgage your bank will write a letter telling you what your budget is. It’s not based on what you may afford in the future, what you may inherit,etc.

When we accepted an offer on our home in the Midwest, there was a letter from a bank showing the buyer had the funds (cash and mortgage) available to purchase the property  

A seller is not going to a accept an offer from someone who is not pre-approved by a bank or shows means that can actually afford to pay for the property.

I'm dying to know if Ashley's old white guy daddy looks anything like her old white guy hubby. 

Robyn's flip house looks nice, but I don't see how she will be able to make much money on it after paying all those mortgage payments and going way over her budget (on mid-grade finishes). Robyn says she's doing business but who has an open house with all their family and friends hanging out? The"buyer" that left was probably wondering why she was over there talking to her friends instead of showing him around the house.
