OK, Issa the Human Truth Serum was kind of funny and a cute plot device for the Pierces to get their issues out on the table.

Anissa, it's nice you got laid, but there's such a thing as being too loose. That ain't no game you're playing out there.

Glad they're letting Jefferson still teach.

Jennifer is such a cool customer.. All her scenes really feel like were peeking in on someone really just going thru all this stuff From her interactions with her sister and khalil to her just hanging on the roof smoking and talking to Issa.. Anissa is definitely feeling herself out in these street I did enjoy her happiness from the powers eliminating her cramps that kind of practical real world tidbit is gold... And I can't really be mad at her getting all sexy time with light skin singer lady cuz.. ( hello I have two functioning eyes and a soul)  but her kinda dismissal of Grace(?)  Was a bit sus and her getting all amped for the crowd while in a vacuum isn't really a big deal I'm assuming the show out it there to let us know  shes gonna be making some bonehead moves.. Glad Jefferson is still gonna be a teacher.. Actually felt a lil sad for khalil.. Bill Duke is doing what he does best as the new ASA  guy and that's being creepy and unsettling AF

I love Anissa. Male superheroes grandstand all the time and get laid wantonly as well. I had no problem with it. I agree it was not great how she treated Grace.

I think it remains to be seen how things go with Jefferson teaching under the new principal. I think it will depend on whether the new principal is good or bad. If bad, I'm sure there will be plenty of drama as Jefferson finds himself unable to remain "on board". If good, that could be interesting, seeing Jefferson have to grudgingly accept someone else's leadership without resentment.

Jennifer is finally getting her balance. I liked seeing her be sensible and smart and not only freaked out or sullen.

I loved both this and the last episode. I like that Jefferson will still be a teacher at the school. I can see that the new Principal would get jealous of how much the students and parents respect him.

Jennifer is dealing a lot really. Out of the 3, hers is the one power no one knows how to control. Jefferson can be draining her whenever she gets out of hand. So seeing her controlling it here and there is good to see.

The show is setting Anissa up for a big fall. I just hope it is not one that exposes her to no one dangerous.

Forget electricity, fire, or weather powers: truth power truly is the most dangerous one yet that can totally cause damage beyond repair!

It does feel like the show is setting Anissa up for a downfall, even though I didn't feel like there was necessarily anything wrong with her celebrating with the citizens at the end.  If she started showing off while in the middle of saving people, that would have been more of an issue, but it's nothing that the likes of Spider-man or whatnot haven't also done.  Although her treatment towards Grace wasn't very nice, and I'm that is being addressed.

Jennifer just shoving Khalil off the roof made me love her even more.

Hopefully Lynn is smart enough to always keep an eye on Agent Bill Duke, because that guy is so shady.

At least Jefferson gets to remain a teacher, but I have to imagine some kind of drama is going to go down with this new principal.

Tobias is cleaning house!  Could that make Gambi a target?!

Disappointed that after the reveal last week, Henderson was a no show here.

Wow . . . so Jefferson gets forced out of his job, and they let him teach? That's messed up. I mean, he is the hero, and heroes need to climb uphill, but damn.

I thought Issai's "gift" was that he'd bring out hostility to whomever was around when he flared up, as opposed to "conventional" truth-telling. Wendy's wind powers seem more based-on-comics. The funny thing is that there could be pod people coming out that would be older than Jefferson. Okay, born before him. Apparently, there's a difference.

Last scene . . . dang. Touching. I just imagine his replacement backstage, thinking, "I have bit off way more than I can chew."

Heh . . . Jeff met Dubya and Obama. Given that he was an Olympian and a civic leader, that makes sense.

I dont mind Anissa grandstanding a bit and playing to the crowd after she saves someone. Its not like thats the reason she does hero stuff, and it doesn't seem to be really interfering with saving people or stopping bad guys, and there is something to be said for spending some time celebrating with the common folk. On the other hand, Anissa isnt very considerate in her romantic life. She ditched her first girlfriend in season one for Grace pretty quickly and not very nicely, if I remember, and now she is giving Grace the run around while hooking up with other women. Thats way more of a personality flaw than slapping high fives after saving a guy.

Awwww I love whenever the kids show their appreciation for Jefferson, although him going from principle to teacher is a pretty big ouch. At least he can stay at Garfield though, so thats something. Will this new principle be a decent guy, a jerk, or an all out villain? Considering the last vice principle turned out to be a shady government agent turning the kids over for experiments, I already question their hiring practices.
