I have very vague memories of the 1st-2nd episodes followed a young female, possibly a teacher, in a small town with lots of open fields, and some unseen aliens. Pretty sure the aliens have been underground and the teacher seems to be the only one who feels their presence at first and is shown visiting various spots in town and "sensing" something is different. Soon, she gets more people (students?) helping her. They may have ended up searching in an underground cave at one point. That's all I got. This is not to be confused with another alien show that popped up around this time and was about random people who found out that they were half human/half alien and the backlash they got from the people who were biased against them. I think some of these people were sent to sort of internment camps to be studied. I recall that this show soon turned into a mushy teen romance show when a hybrid kid fell in love with a fully human teen and had to hide their relationship. This is NOT Roswell. If anyone recalls this show, please let me know the name too! It may be a long shot but maybe the 2005 ‘Invasion’ https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invasion_(2005_TV_series) 1 Link to comment

patty1h August 2 Share August 2 (edited) I remember watching Invasion w/Eddie Cibrian on ABC. It's not the alien show I've been trying to remember. EDIT: I found the show with the teens in love - guess I didn't search hard enough previously. It was called "Star-Crossed" and ran on The CW for 13 episodes in 2014. Also the premise was that humanoid, peaceful aliens came to earth but were put into internment camps as precaution, then the show turned into alien Romeo and human Juliet. Palimelon August 2 Share August 2 Not the show you are looking for, but I did look at the wikipedia pages of shows from The WB/CWand came across a show called The Mountain and OMFG does the plot summary just scream The WB/CW in the mid-2000s: "The plot centers on a ski resort run by Will Carver (Anson Mount). When his grandfather dies, Will discovers that the resort has been left to his younger brother David (Oliver Hudson), an irresponsible layabout who returns to pick up the reins. There is familial conflict over the resort and over Maria (Alana de la Garza), a woman who previously dated David, but then dates Will. Additional conflict comes from the efforts of land developer Colin Dowling (Mitch Pileggi) and his attractive daughter, Max (Elizabeth Bogush), who falls for David." Link to comment

BlueSkies September 30 Share September 30 Some very vague and fuzzy memories from my kindergarten years..... there was this show I want to say on Nickelodeon then (very late 80s/very early 90s) about these puppets. and I remember one commercial for a show showed them getting stuck in what looked like in some kind of hallway. Enough I remember feeling very scared. Am I dreaming? Link to comment

The older brother was straight laced and it was obvious Pam and the older brother had the chemistry. This is many many years after your post but Stacked? I def remember this show. 1 Link to comment

It sounds like they have moved the love stories from high school to older people, not sure thats a good idea. 1 Link to comment

DoctorAtomic October 1 Share October 1 I'll jump in. I've been trying to search, but I'm coming up empty. I think there was a show in the late 80s or so on PBS(?) called Power Station. Something like that. It was a group of older teens, and they did stuff. I know it sounds like the Bloodhound Gang, but it's not. Link to comment
krankydoodle October 1 Share October 1 (edited) Was it 3-2-1 Contact? I still remember the theme tune: ETA: I just realized from reading the Wikipedia link that The Bloodhound Gang was a segment on the show, so my guess is probably wrong. But it's still a catchy theme song! Edited October 1 by krankydoodle Link to comment
DoctorAtomic October 1 Share October 1 No, I know it sounds like the Bloodhound Gang, but it was a different show. I thought it was on PBS because it might have been on after 321. Link to comment
DoctorAtomic October 1 Share October 1 (edited) Powerhouse. I was close. I was probably conflating them with the rock group at the time. I was right about it being on PBS. Edited October 1 by DoctorAtomic 3 Link to comment
