I believe this was the same scene where Tristan said something like, "you will be going to that hospital for the first time with your legs up like THIS (he sort of held up a leg) and screaming!"  That stood out to me as being weird.  That is not something an adult says, that is something a child thinks to say.  I know he is young, but for some reason I didn't realize he was so immature and goofy and dumb.

She actually thinks that she lives in Cleveland, and that she lives with Tristan.  I am sure he is unaware of this.
