WendyCR72 October 7, 2016 Share October 7, 2016 When a car plows through a crowd of concert goers and gunfire erupts, Lindsay and Ruzek are on the scene. Unsure of the motive and concerned a terrorist group may be responsible, Voight orders in Homeland security, customs and the F.B.I. to assist. At the same time, Burgess spots Atwater's brother, Jordan, out where he shouldn't be. The team use their connections to throughout the city to bring some peace to the community before more blood is shed. Link to comment

BindsTheTuna October 13, 2016 Share October 13, 2016 Can someone explain this episode? I got so confused. The shooter was just a kid? Who shot another kid? And then there were three gangs? What was the whole thing with Atwater's brother? Link to comment

If I followed it right first Latino kid wanting to make his bones kills the gangsta rapper and his gang finds out and tries to shift the blame to the Black gang which starts a war between those two. Then the Sergeant tells the black gang shot callers it is over but I can't tell you who as if it is not all over the news the minute the kid gets arraigned. That Chicago is already a war zone how things are supposed to be so much worse? The big brother story line was one showing the two ex partners still loved each other and mainly the father figure was needed to keep the kids out of the gang life. 1 Link to comment
Mars477 October 13, 2016 Share October 13, 2016 This show could use more casual moments, like that brief conversation between Lindsay and Ruzek. 5 Link to comment
MakeMeLaugh October 13, 2016 Share October 13, 2016 I don't know where this show is going--maybe the show needs to focus more on the non-gang detective work for a while--but I miss Mouse and Lindsey needs a better hairstyle ASAP. Trudy is healing nicely. Wasn't Burgess more essential out on the street with her partner than babysitting Atwater's little brother? I loved Atwater driving home through his neighborhood, though--the street scenes were amazing and really powerful. It is just so sad here in Chicago this year and that was a good reminder that life goes on imo. 2 Link to comment

Well Burgess is terrible so having her babysit and be in minimal scenes worked perfect for me. I actually liked this episode, and the whole concepts of cops using social media to track gang activity seemed really interesting. 2 Link to comment

Would have been nicer if the black commander lady had been the one to lecture both gangs instead of Voight, a white man who also happens to be Jon Burge 2.0. Also, was the interaction between Ruzek and nerdy analytics chick supposed to be a meet cute? Link to comment

No one really knows, because as usual this show tells half a story & then drops it all together. They shuffled around some episodes so basically....not a lot is making sense. Link to comment

I thought a couple of episodes back he told Jay and Voight that he wanted to reenlist in the army and needed Voights help to help fix his criminal record. Voight agreed. 2 Link to comment

I'm not sure I followed it all either, but I admit I leaned forward and held my breath as the SUV drove down the street past the kids on the big wheel. I kept thinking to myself - "they CAN'T do this, right????" gahhhhhhh. I'm glad they didn't but those 6 seconds were terrifying. I know Atwater is all "street" but I just cannot understand him. His mumbles are just annoying to me and then I can't follow the story. I laughed out loud at Voight leaning over to the new tech girl and whispering: "It's all true." SNORT Is this the set up for Antonio to leave for Chicago Justice? Starting to get bored/spent with the current climate? 1 Link to comment

So Sergeant Voight and the Intelliegence Unit is ripped from the headlines like Sergeant Vic Mackey's Strike Team on The Shield being based upon the LAPD's CRASH Unit with Officer Rafael Perez? Maybe not intentionally, because Dick Wolf apparently thinks that beating confessions out of minority suspects for murder or violent crime charges is 100% A-okay. 1 Link to comment
